Tokyo Marathon 2015 like Skanda

[Ryokichi] February 28, 2015 18:00

It's been a week since the rush run. I have run various marathons and have already completed more than 20 races, but every time I run the Tokyo Marathon feels like a special tournament. It was my third participation this time, but when will the next time? I want to go over the hard lottery before that run, and run again.

I would like to make some reports on the topic of discussion.

(Expo)

Before the tournament, I have to go to Tokyo Big Sight to get a bib, and it has been decided that the venue will be fun with a festive atmosphere. I visited on Friday night. There are many booths such as manufacturers of sports equipment and supplements related to marathons, and most marathon contestants are busy preparing to the end, but in fact, various organizations are coming and those booths are also interesting .

Meanwhile, our Chuo-ku Tourism Association was also on display.

When I asked for a greeting, the Skanda hand towel of Daikanonji, which I prayed before, was sold. You're always good at grabbing your heart. I pledged a good weekend for one.

(production)

On the day, it did not rain and started in front of Shinjuku Tokyo Metropolitan Government at 9:10 in a just right climate. The first half is an easy course with many descents. After that, there are many flats, so the course layout is easy overall. It is said that Tsukuda-ohashi Bridge in Chuo-ku is the toughest, so there are no hills or mountains and it is actually an easy course. Yes, it's easy to run. In the first half, if you cross the guard of Yurakucho, it ends half. Up to this point, it was good to take 1 hour and 35 minutes, but it feels a little over pace. At that time, I decided in my heart that "If you still enjoy Tokyo, if you crush it, that's fine, I'll do my best."

IMG_9149.JPG

When I headed from Ginza to Asakusa in the first Chuo-ku section, I was in good shape, but when I headed from Asakusa to Ginza, my feet stopped around Kayabacho. It's sometimes something, but I'm sorry. You have to practice more and more.

The goal is to change quickly. It's important to go to the goal without giving up even if it's a slow pace. In the gorgeous glamorous situation of Ginza, my heart was about to break, but I remembered the happiness of running in this city and proceeded without losing.

(goal)

I managed to get to Tokyo Big Sight. 3 hours and 24 minutes. Yeah. It can be said that it is not bad, but the result is tough compared to the previous Tokyo Marathon. Except for my feet stuck, my feet were solid after running, so it was a good run. If you cross muscle pain with this, you will surely be a runner on one sheet. There was a strong desire to run better at the Tokyo Marathon in the next race or in the future.

A non-alcoholic beer and a celebration. To myself who ran safely.

I want to run like a fly next time! I couldn't get to Skanda this time.

Decoupage Exhibition [Seigetsu-do Gallery]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] February 27, 2015 09:00

A decoupage exhibition has been held since February 24 at the Seigetsu-do Gallery, which faces Azuma Street, just near the intersection of Ginza 4-chome.

decou1.JPGDo you know the decoupage?

Decoupage is a handicraft that includes three elements of cutting, pasting, and painting, when Venice furniture craftsmen were fascinated by oriental () lacquer crafts around the 17th century. (I didn't know)

decou2.JPGThere are many variations in the technique, which makes works by combining prints, materials, and paints. It seems to be useful to recycle things around us, such as wood, glass, cans, and pottery (Hey, this is just an eco idea).

decou3.JPGThis decoupage exhibition is officially an "Original Decoupage Grand Lecturer Exhibition", and the disciples of Midori Nagata, who presides over Decoupage's Atriel Grand (Even if you are a disciple, you are a teacher) ) Is an exhibition of works by

decou4.JPGCertainly, it is just an exhibition of the instructor's teacher, all of which are wonderful, beautiful, su, amazing works, but the color tone of each work is very chic, the work itself can be used in daily life, so to speak, It is an art work closely related to life.

decou6.JPGIn addition, what surprised me was the breadth and depth of the decooperage's work, which is so surprising that I asked, "Is this also a decooperage?" decou7.JPGThe last day, which is held until March 1 (Sun), is until 14:00.

When you come to Ginza, please stop by.

The Ninoon Festival in Kabukiza-February Kabukiza Theater

1. February 25, 2015 09:00

The day after the death of Goro Mitsu was reported, I went to Kabukiza Theater. Minosuke, dressed as Saburo Asahina of the first act of the daytime part, "Yoshie Kotobuki Soga", has shouted "Yamatoya" and warm applause. Speaking of which, I remember seeing Goro Mitsutsu's Suketsune Kudo many times, and Ull came to see what the actor's job is to stand on the stage the day after his parents and siblings died. (It seems that there was a press conference after this.)

When you go to the lobby in the intermission, the guide said, "It's the Ninoon Festival. After you visit, the soup powder will come out." "Ah! It was today!" From the side exit, Kabukiza Inari is right away.

100_1573.JPG100_1572.JPG

I came back to the hall and had sacred wine and red and white shiratama soup powder.

"I was lucky today." "I knew for the first time that Kabukiza was doing the second afternoon festival," he told his neighbors. I have been attending Kabukiza for a long time, but this is the first time I have encountered this "Nino no Yomatsuri". Do you have anything good this year? How much did you make? Don't you need that much because it's only the intermission of the first act? What should I do if I run out of it? I'm thinking about extra things like that.

"Seki Door" I was fascinated by Kikunosuke who plays Sumizome with Princess Ono Komachi. It's the beauty of the present. "Oban Black Lord" was also the role of Goro Mitsu. When I wonder if I can't see it on the stage anymore, shock seems to continue for a while.

The other act of the daytime section is "Moriya Village", and the night section is "Jinmon / Kumiuchi", "Kanda festival", and "Kuriya Kobei".

Senakiraku will be held on the 26th.

For inquiries, please contact Ticket Hon Shochiku 0570-000-489 (10:00 to 18:00).

The first day festival of Ko Inari Shrine will be held on February 23.

Ko Inari Shrine on Namiki-dori St. in Ginza 1-chome.

I couldn't worship for a long time because of the rebuilding of the building.

The first day festival will be held from 2:30 pm on February 23, and you can visit as before.

The newly built building called ZY GINZA is called NEW YORKER.

An apparel store enters and sits in the alley on the left side of the store.

Please enjoy visiting the Ginza Hachicho shrine before and after shopping and meals.

Tokyo Marathon EXPO Chuo-ku Tourism Association and famous stores open.

[Silver] February 21, 2015 20:00

"Tokyo Marathon EXPO 2015" is an exhibition and sale centered on the Tokyo Marathon runner reception venue, marathon-related products and official goods, and city PR in Tokyo.

This year too, Chuo-ku Tourism Association and a long-established Nihonbashi sold masterpieces.

Yamamoto-noriten's booth when I first visited.

A woman in a kimono greeted me and unintentionally, "Oh! "Yoko Yamamoto?"

ck0924_20150220 (1). jpg

We were greeted by the 31st Chuo-ku Tourism Ambassador.•Mr. Shoko Ikeda in the middle of Miss.

Yamamoto-noriten purchased his favorite seasoned laver because he offered a zodiac picture plate every year at Nihonbashi Seven Lucky Gods. Both green onion miso flavor and salmon flavor match with beer snack.

At the booth of the Chuo-ku Tourism Association, Shoko Ikeda joined the two men who were watching, and they stored in the photo with Skanda at Daikanonji Temple in the background.

ck0924_20150220 (2). jpg

There was a hand towel and nocturnal list band designed with "Skanda" that would benefit the runner. Both are exhibited from Daikanonji Temple in Ningyocho.

I bought one to wrap it around my bag, rather than to wear it on my arm.

From "Ninben", I purchased a base for cooked rice with clams.

It's 500 for two, so I bought four. I ate it right away, but it was delicious that the cheeks fell. Click here for today's shopping!

Yes, "Ninben" gave me a present containing a bonito dashi pack. Thank you! The design and color of the list band at the bottom is also good.
