[Shiba Inu] September 29, 2016 18:00

Do you know the event called "Kimono Salone"?

This is a major event in kimono and kimono fashion, which has been held mainly in COREDO Muromachi since 2012. Last year, the number of visitors was more than 10,000. What is the secret of its popularity...Whatever you say, the overwhelming gorgeousness that you can see! And it's a free event!

This year's event will be held twice in September and October. The September meeting has already ended, but I would like to introduce it briefly.

"Kimono marche" was held in YUITO, next to COREDO. There were about 75 kimono dealers who participated, and kimonos worn by each participating store elaborately at the entrance are slurried.

It is exhibited everywhere in the venue.

That team's yukata is a hot topic! There is also a back number.

The kimono on display is also popular. All participants can vote. It's also fun to find your favorite kimono and dressing!

At the store booth, all types of kimono and kimono goods are sold, from long-established stores to up-and-coming young people.

There is a convenient half-collar tape or kimono hanger that can be stored with closetts, and a stunning Yuzen dyeing that makes you feel like you are in the museum just by looking at it. There is also a special exhibition in Kyoto!

There is a demonstration corner of craftsmen in the venue.

IMG_5330.jpg

There is also a sales corner for kits that can easily tie Japanese hair. You can actually tie Japanese hair (charged).

IMG_5331.jpg

At the event corner, popular dressers gave tips on dressing and care courses, talk shows by popular cultural figures, stage for Nihon Buyo and shamisen, and even fashion shows. All of these can be viewed for free.

In addition, there is a corner where you can compare delicious Japanese sweets and Japanese sake drinks....。 Of course, there is also a kimono rental!

===========

This is the introduction of "Kimono Salone" in September.

October will be held at COREDO for three days, 28th (Fri), 29th (Sat) and 30th (Sun). The main item is coordination of 100 kimonos and a local kimono fashion show. There are plenty of other fun projects. Details have not been announced yet, but please look forward to it because it is a very exciting event every year. The venue, COREDO Muromachi, is directly connected to the station, so it is convenient to go out and safe even on rainy days.

When you go out, be sure to visit the neighboring Fukutoku Shrine. It is a shrine where lottery (lottery) has been held since the Edo period, and it is still a popular shrine that is said to have a spiritual experience in lottery. There is also a sale of "lottery bags" for storing lottery tickets.

Color Fish Farming Exhibition [Gallery Ginza]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] September 29, 2016 12:00

From September 26 (Monday), an exhibition of color fish reclamation has been held at Gallery Ginza 2-chome, a little southeast from Showa-dori toward Kamei Bridge.

This is the 37th Color Fish Takusaikai Exhibition.

gyota001.JPG

The period is until October 2 (Sun).

gyota002.JPG

Normally, fish reclamation is displayed on the wall of a fishing enthusiast's house, the wall of a fishing tool shop, and the ceiling, a black copy of the fish caught with ink, so to speak, a `` record of caught '' I think the image of what is left is strong.

gyota003.JPG

The "color fish reclamation" on display in this exhibition is completely different from that.

gyota004.JPG

It's a work of art.

It is beautiful and delicate in Yumi, and it makes me want to appreciate it closely.

gyota005.JPG

This method is said to be an indirect method, so paste a cloth (Hadouble) on the fish body with light glue, and after drying, use a special oily paint (ink) to 5 to 6 colors, with a unique dandelion, It seems to wear Aya carefully.

gyota009.JPG

I think that the beauty and three-dimensional effect of this color is best to actually see the work. Please come and visit the venue.

Opening hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The last Sunday is until 4 p.m.

gyota006.JPG

The photo below shows the late Pansho Nakanishi who founded this Takusaikai and made great contributions to the development of color fish reclamation.

Thank you for your understanding of the photography at the gallery. Thank you very much to the Takusai-kai for their kind and polite explanation.

From the front of the Bank of Japan to the front of Mr. Kaishin's storefront across Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi and Chuo-dori.

It was called "Nihonbashi Busy Plaza: Area B", and on September 22, it was a great rain leg at first, but it rained around 4 o'clock.

Antenna shops, including Tohoku and Kyushu, and shoppers from local communities sold local specialties and products.

We will show you the shoppers and famous items in order. Please note that we cannot introduce everything in photos.

First of all, Kyushu is a truck with specialty products from Kagoshima Prefecture. Products sold include "Satsuma-age", "Red Satsuma" and "Golden Senuki" gifts from the earth, delicious Satsuma potatoes, and "Fresh-eared mandarin oranges" of flooding.

Among the famous items that Nihonbashi Nagasakikan opened and sold, "hand-baked Kasumaki" is a completely favorite. I love red bean paste in the castella, so I love it.

At Nihonbashi Toyamakan, purchase "famous confectionery Tsuki World". It is a dried sweet and recommended for tea.

At Eitaro's booth, "I'm making handmade." I got this right away. This time, I decided to buy it at the shop.

The final purchase was on this street, very heavy.

Wild flora and fauna panel exhibition [Nara Mahorobakan]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] September 27, 2016 12:00

On the second floor of Nara Prefecture's antenna shop "Nara Mahoroba-kan" in 1-chome Nihonbashi Muromachi, a panel exhibition of endangered wild flora and fauna living in Nara Prefecture was held.

redd01.JPG

It seems that the current status of these flora and fauna Nara Prefecture Red Data Book for Wild Animals and Plants in Nara Prefecture has been published.

redd02.JPG

The period is from Tuesday, September 13 to 22 (Thursday), and I think that the panel exhibition is over by the time this blog is posted, but Nara Prefecture alone is such an endangered wild flora and fauna I was surprised that there were (some)

redd03.JPG

It seems that Red Data Books are made in each prefecture, but with this book, I thought that it would be better to deepen our understanding of protecting animals and plants and nature, and link them to some specific action.

redd04.JPG

It seems that these are all endangered animals and plants, such as Nipponbaratanago, Oyamarenge, Shirabiso, Himetaikochi, Gifcho, Komadori, Nagoya Dalma frog, Kasumi Salamander, etc.

redd05.JPG

There are many historical shrines and temples in Nara, and there are many natural and human heritages that should be preserved for future generations.

Chuo-ku Tourism Test again

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] September 26, 2016 14:00

I've forgotten it completely

The bulletin board in Chuo-ku reminded me.

This year was a year when I, a Chuo-ku sightseeing correspondent, wanted to continue to be a correspondent next year, I had to retake the Chuo-ku sightseeing certification.

kenntei001.JPG

This time, it was the 9th time.

In retrospect, I took the third time for the first time, and the sixth time I re-examined was a heavy snowfall day, which was certainly considered to delay the start time of the exam.

kenntei002.JPG

And the third exam was the ninth exam.

The test date is February 18, 2017 (Saturday).

The ninth theme is the "Kyobashi area", and it seems that about 10 out of 100 questions will be asked about 10 questions related to the area around Kyobashi and Yaesu in Chuo-ku.

The text is also timely, and the partially revised Chuo-ku Tourism Test Text "Chuo-ku Monoshiri Encyclopedia" will be released on October 1 (Saturday), the same day as the application start date. I will buy and study.
