It's getting chilly day by day. ![](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/mt-static/plugins/InsertIcon/images/maple.gif) There are many days for going out, and I feel like going to play somewhere with Chibi ^^
By the way, I feel that Chuo-ku is a city that is easy to raise children and is friendly to children every day. An attractive event will be held at Harumi Triton Square on November 3rd (Thursday / holiday)!
“Ikusai Fes CHUO 2016” http://ikufes-chuo.com/ (Details → http://ikufes-chuo.com/2016/10/148)
Clearing storage course, food education course, recreational talk session, couple's house share workshop... And the disaster prevention experience is the theme of this time.
It seems that you can also make disaster prevention lights made with only water, sample disaster prevention food, and experience lifesaving training. Previously, I had a lifesaving course at a fire department, but I don't have the opportunity to learn about specializing in children, so I would like to go there. ![](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/mt-static/plugins/InsertIcon/images/confident.gif)

This month, I enjoyed it very much at the Chuo-ku event.
One was three lectures on "Edo's food" at Nihonbashi Elementary School.
In the story of Mr. Takeo Koizumi's `` Bansen competition '', a barrel boat loaded with sake from Osaka Nishinomiya competed with `` Yoidon '' aiming for Edo Minato, which ship would arrive first off Shinagawa. It seems that.
There was also a "Tea Clipper Race" in U.K., and there was a race to carry tea from China to U.K.
young sake must have been boiled in barrels this season and tasted.
There must have been a lot of sake brewery in the Nihonbashi area.
The second is the "Chuo-ku Marugoto Museum" on the 30th.
I became a correspondent of the Chuo-ku Tourism Association, and for the first time I did a bus guide.
Sometimes I heard a voice from behind me saying, "Oh, that's right," and I was very happy to respond.
I'll try it again next year.

The whole museum was approaching tomorrow, but I wasn't ready because I was busy recently. This year, the bus guide volunteer was the second time, so I thought it would be something, but last year it was a right course, but this year it was changed to a left-turn course, so while soaking overnight, the course in the afternoon I went around by bicycle (October 29).
First of all, Tsukiji Social Education Center

Before the evening of October 29, a very beautiful flower carpet was completed on the cherry blossom promenade at Harumi Triton Square.

You can see it until 16:00 on November 1st.
![DSC02872 (360x202). jpg](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2016/10/DSC02872%20%28360x202%29-thumb-360x202-36418.jpg)
This year's theme is "Thank you for the power of flowers-space and space flower carpet". I would like to report the leaflet of the explanation I received along with the photos. (I'm sorry I couldn't show the whole work.)
①Japanese crest pattern
![DSC02876 (360x202). jpg](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2016/10/DSC02876%20%28360x202%29-thumb-360x202-36424.jpg)
In the explanation of the leaflet, "We use traditional Japanese patterns used when congratulations with Kichijobun. It is said to be a tree where the god of rice cultivation dwells, and it has the meaning of rich harvest, and it is the beginning of things because it is reminiscent of spring and sprouts, and it is said to be very auspicious "cherry blossoms" and "ume" = "produced". There is also a meaning, and it is designed with a motif of a Japanese pattern that resembles a "ume" that holds an auspicious luck. ].
②Tradition
![DSC02882 (360x202). jpg](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2016/10/DSC02882%20%28360x202%29-thumb-360x202-36427.jpg)
"The motif of Katsushika Hokusai's ukiyo-e is to express Harumi, the gateway to the sea. "The people who live on the shores of the big swells and Mount Fuji represent the origins of the Japanese."
③Current
![DSC02886 (360x202). jpg](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2016/10/DSC02886%20%28360x202%29-thumb-360x202-36433.jpg)
I was very energetic and thought it was a work that expresses Harumi now.
④Future
![DSC02906 (360x202). jpg](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2016/10/DSC02906%20%28360x202%29-thumb-360x202-36445.jpg)
![DSC02892 (360x202). jpg](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2016/10/DSC02892%20%28360x202%29-thumb-360x202-36439.jpg)
"The gateway to the sea of Tokyo, Harumi, is expressed by Mizuno Flow. The flow of water eventually grew into large trees, making Harumi a flower island full of flowers and greenery. The ball passed among athletes and animals will be passed down to the children of the world and will create the future."
⑤Emphasis of emblems
![DSC02900 (360x202). jpg](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2016/10/DSC02900%20%28360x202%29-thumb-360x202-36442.jpg)
In addition, a flower carpet of works commemorating the 150th anniversary of the birth of Peter RabbitTM, Beertrics PotterTM, was also shown.

In addition, the flower carpet will be lit up until 23:00 on October 31, so please enjoy the illuminated flower carpet at ![](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/mt-static/plugins/InsertIcon/images/mist.gif) ![](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/mt-static/plugins/InsertIcon/images/flair.gif) night.

The silver tea ceremony, which has become completely famous as a feature of Ginza in autumn, is said to have been held for the 15th time this year. This year, the fifth-class tea ceremony school, Sencha-do, met together to teach us the world of tea, a traditional Japanese culture.
The Edo Senke light tea seat was popular every year, and customers were in a long line.
In a short interval, I took a picture with Shimbashi Geisha's sister.
![DSC02934 (202x360). jpg](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2016/10/DSC02934%20%28202x360%29-thumb-202x360-36477.jpg)
I'm looking forward to next year's "East Odori".
That's why I decided to participate in the Enshu-style light tea ceremony this year. It is all men who make tea and carry tea bowls.
![DSC02948 (360x202). jpg](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2016/10/DSC02948%20%28360x202%29-thumb-360x202-36480.jpg)
The greeting I received was an explanation of the Enshu style.
"Enshu-ryu tea ceremony is a samurai tea ceremony founded in the early Edo period, Oomi no Kunikomuro feudal lord Kobori Enshu. He played an active role in teaching the tea ceremony of the third shogun Tokugawa Iemitsu and many other daimyo, the public family and the Buddhist monk. The tea style called "beautiful rust" predominantly takes the world. "Beautiful rust" not only affects people's way of life and behavior, but also expresses architecture and crafts until it reached, affecting lifestyles. Today's beauty, Edo beauty and morality are influenced by Enshu's "beautiful rust." Speaking of which, I learned that the garden of the present Imperial Palace East Garden was built by Kobori Enshu. When you have tea, your back is pinned! It grew up.
Hideyoshi of Shiba Inu also wore a hakama and dressed up, and was charming.

"Yagenbori Mobile Shopping Street fair Festival" will be held, so I went on the first day of October 28.
This year marks the 425th anniversary of the founding of fudoson Yagenbori.
According to the weather forecast, it was raining around 15 o'clock, so I went out before that to enjoy shopping and talks. However, it began to rain before 13 o'clock, and it did not stop easily, and it continued to rain until evening.
Even so, everyone who is holding the event is professional.
The mobile shopping street was open with a tent.
At Yagenbori Hori fudoson, a zodiac talisman was awarded to those who came to visit.

This year's topic was that rickshaws and palan quins will guide you around Yagenbori. I took a rickshaw for the first time.
Despite the rainy weather, the rickshaw driver guided us from fudoson to Nihonbashi Junior High School and near Ryogokubashi.

The party of the chindonya also performed well, paraded around the town, and excited the festival.
