A mini-lecture was held under the theme of "Danger of" raw things "I don't know unexpectedly."

During sunthe rainy seasonrain, the food hygiene in the midsummer was explained in an easy-to-understand manner.

Causes of food poisoning are bacterial, viral, chemical, and natural.

Bacterial ones have pathogens (bacteriums), have a large number of bacteria, and bacteria produce toxins. In order to have a safe meal, ... (as shown on the left).

If you put meat for yakiniku on raw vegetables, bacteria will adhere to vegetablesng, so it may cause food poisoning or cause food poisoning, such as Salmonella, Campylobacter, enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli pathogenic Escherichia coli (O157, O104, etc.), Streptococcus, norovirus, etc. I also learned that eating with chopsticks used for yakiniku can make life bacteria alive and cause food poisoning.

He also introduced "Ingenuity when making lunch boxes and rice balls".

"Nihonbashi Information Center" which was good to open.

[Satsuki Yanagi] June 24, 2011 08:30

Recently, a Frenchman I knew suddenly came to Japan and suddenly returned to Japan.

"I'm going home tomorrow. Before that, let's have a dejune (lunch) together. "It was just after 18:00 on Saturday the previous day.

Oh, I'd like to give you a little "souvenir" ...

It is a small thing that is not bulky and has nothing to do with the expiration date, etc. (I like Japanese history, culture, and art) It is Saruya's [chip toothpick].annaijo1.jpg

"Saruya," HP: http://www.saruya.co.jp/

So, I saw the type of product, etc. ... I suddenly crossed my head

"Maybe Sunday may be a regular holiday ..."

As expected, the website also has a regular holiday on Sunday and public holidays.

After I was in trouble, I remembered "Nihonbashi Information Center" underground in Coredo Muromachi! !

There was a line of recommended products from each long-established store in Nihonbashi.

  annaijo2.jpg

“Nihonbashi Information Center” website: http://www.nihonbashi-tokyo.jp/information_center/index.html also provides information on products handled.

It was really helpful this time! "I'm glad I opened it!"note

There is also a "resting place" at the back of the Nihonbashi Information Center.

Yamamotoyama You can take a break with your tea (¥ 300 ~)!

(The picture is very difficult to see ... please understand.)

annaijo4.jpg

[A long-established tea set] Long-established stores in Nihonbashi with sweet taste

[A long-established tea 3 kinds plate set] The above three types:

Etc.

After that, a French friend who returned to Japan said, "Recently, I see toothpicks in various countries other than Japan, but it's such a surreal (cool ... cool, ... cool ... ... I've seen it for the first time! It is made of high-quality materials, is beautifully packaged one by one, and the package (paulownia box) is beautiful. It's wasteful, and it's displayed on the dining table!"

"Because it's worth it. I will buy it again when I come back, so please use it without worrying. "... The next "souvenir" is also decided without having to worry!

Ginza Yu is the night view of the building and fireworks.

[Silver] June 8, 2011 08:30

I often hear the voice saying, "I didn't know there spais a public bath in Ginza!"

However, my friend who likes public baths says that when I come on a business trip, I always refresh myself at a public bath in Ginza.

Ginza Yu is located in 1-12-2 Ginza, Chuo-ku.

Business hours are from 15:00 to 23:00. Please refer to the URL below for details. http://www.city.chuo.lg.jp/kurasi/komyunitei/fureaisentou/files/A4-ura.pdf#search= 'public bath', Chuo-ku

In the May issue of Ginza 100 points, "Sen Ishida" was written in Ginza Yu at the end under the title "Ginza Karugamo". --Excerpt from the article below--

"The mosaic mural of Ginza Yu is the night view of the building and the fireworks launched by Otama. What is a men's bath? I can't look into it." ・It was written ...

I can't even look into the women's bath.

CIMG8622.jpg
