"Bach English" ~ amazake Yokocho ~

[Orii Mai] May 29, 2012 08:30

There is a shop called "Bachiei" in amazake Yokocho. It's a specialty store of shamisen. It doesn't matter.

The grandfather of the current president (Mr. Kobayashi) is the founder. He set up a store in Hamacho in 1914 and moved to his current location two years later in 1916. It seems that it was rebuilt in 1983 and is now the current store. It seems that the shop in amazake Yokocho has changed a lot. From that time, there are Tsuzura Iwai and Santaiyakiya's tea and Morinoen's yakitori and Kusuke's liquor store Shinkawa.

Anything is OK if it's about the shamisen. We handle everything from skin to music. About 60% of Nagauta, 10% of Kiyoharu, 10% of Jobanzu, and there are few gidayu in folk song.

As the number of people involved in Japanese music decreases, we have to create such a shop in order to connect DNA as a Japanese person.

Do you know "Everyone House"? Kimono Kobo "Ogiya"-Tsukuda

1. May 25, 2012 08:30

After the middle of May, the number of days of sweating increased. It's also a time to get lost in what to wear, "Is it okay to wear a single coat today?" It's almost time to change clothes. I found a stain in order to clear the line. I usually ask a kimono shop, but this time I decided to visit the "Everyoneya" I found during the walk. I'm going to have a little bit.

At present, June 1 and October 1 are generally designated as "clothing change", but it was originally a custom that began with the Imperial Palace event called "changing" in the Heian period. At that time, the days of April and October were changed from winter costumes to summer costumes (the opposite in October) as the day of changing clothes. This event was limited to the palace, but in the Edo period, the spread of cotton diversified due to the spread of cotton, and the Shogunate set a day for changing clothes four times a year for samurai, and this custom later penetrated among the common people It is said that spring and autumn are lined up, summer mailers, and winter cotton (from "Japanese calendar and annual events").

The word "Shikkai" (Shikkai) gives the impression of "Shikkai Seibutsu" from the character side, but "Everyoneya" is, as the name implies, "Shikkai" (everything) related to kimono (staining, washing, dyeing, etc.). It is listed in the late Edo period folk magazine "Keihan's style in Edo" in "Keiden's style".

100_0576.JPG"Ogiya" I visited this time is a long-established store that was founded in Yotsuya in 1898 and moved to Tsukuda in 1936 and has been operating for more than 100 years. Staining, washing, dyeing, re tailoring, and anything related to kimono is OK. The price list is also posted on the website, and you can ask for an estimate by e-mail, so it is safe for the first time. A "staining classroom" is also held, and it seems that simple staining can be done at home.

If the size or color of the kimono or obi you receive is "a little", why not consult us? I'm looking forward to reviving the "Kimono" sleeping in the chest.

Hachikan Shrine

[Silver] May 24, 2012 08:30

It is said that Hachikan Shrine has a high probability of winning lottery if you visit and pray. (I can't guarantee true or false) I've been searching many times before and finally found it.

As shown in the photo, the location is enshrined between Ginza Nikko Hotel, "Ginza Felice" and "Sushi restaurant Ukai". It's about 15m from Gallery Shingendo near Shimbashi.

CIMG0343.jpg

According to the Kyobashi Library's holding materials and the first issue of the public relations magazine "Ginza Hachikan" (published on January 1, 1978), the history of the event was published.

"At the beginning of Genroku, Inari welcomed the divine spirit of Ogami, who was enshrined at Matsu Hirasabei's residence in castle owner, Banshu Akashi Castle, to the present 8-chome. Since then, we have continued to walk along with the history of Ginza." If you are interested, please check the details at Kyobashi Library. Let's take a look around the history of Ginza while expectheart04ing lottery winning.run

The story of Shinohashi, Hitosuke Bridge

[kimitaku] May 16, 2012 08:30

  SINNOOHASI.jpg
"The frost of the bridge that you step on,"

"On the first snow and over the bridge."

These two phrases were written by the poet Matsuo Basho.

That's the phrase I wrote.

This is because the joy of Shin-ohashi Bridge was made into a phrase.

Shinohashi was rebuilt many times after the bridge was built in Genroku 6 (1692), and was built as an iron bridge in Meiji 45 (1912).

I'm sorry.

The name "Shinohashi" was given as a bridge following the other name of Ryogoku Bridge, "Ohashi".

SINNOOHASI NI.jpg

It connects Hamacho in Chuo-ku and Morishita in Koto-ku, and has a total length of 170M and 24M.

On the way across the bridge
The origin, the original bridge, Nishiki-e of Hiroshige Utagawa is a relief.
The gently flowing Sumida River matches the color of the bridge and is beautiful.
There are many people who stop their feet and write an inscription.

The other name of this bridge is derived from the "help (help) bridge".

(There are many stories in the future, we will focus on "Walking in the ward, Vol. 6 Bosha Kawabata section")

 SINNOOHASI YURAI.jpg

 1923 September 1, 1923
Tokyo was hit by an unprecedented shaking.

>>>"Many of the storehouses collapsed quickly, sand smoke was wrapped, and my eyes could not be opened. Immediately after, there was no noise and the state of silence continued. The people were anxious.

The fire from the nearby warehouse quickly spread and rained the sparks. Although the fire was extinguished immediately, the fire from the Kanda area burned out Ningyocho.

It seems that black water came in the river like a tsunami.

At 8:00 pm when the fire was approaching, the Kayasha family came to Kakihamabashi and amazake Yokomachi burned more than half and was unable to move with a lot of luggage and cars.

The Kayaya family broke the fence of Hosokawa's house, went out into the garden, but turned around the fire, and went out to Ohashi.

He desperately interrupted and sat in the middle of the bridge and spent all day and night.

Those who were attacked by fire from both sides of the bridge rushed into the middle with death, and even the center was unbearable. It looks like a scream. They also stepped on deadly, and eventually the people beside them will not move.

It seems that all the people at the side of the bridge were burnt down.
The wind blowing was hot, the bridge swayed like a hammock, and the river seemed to have muddy streams. " <<<

Shin-ohashi Bridge was covered with iron floorboards, so it escaped disappearing. At that time, it was only one of the five Sumida River bridges.

There is a "Shinohashi Evacuation Monument" on the right bank of Shinohashi, under the left bank just before crossing the bridge.

It is a very large monument, and its origin is described in detail. It is noted that many people were helped and "helped" on this bridge, and the lessons learned.

SINNOOHASI INUYAMA.jpg

A part of the former Shin-ohashi Bridge is located.

It is preserved in Meiji Village in Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture.

A young woman heads to the monument

He was holding his hands deeply.
