It's Central FM.

[kimitaku] July 27, 2012 08:30

I visited Chuo FM, a broadcasting station in Chuo-ku.

On a daily basis, our correspondents are also taking care of them on the radio broadcast.

The other day, after recording, when I asked the staff, he said that he had never been interviewed yet.

fm bill.jpgAt a later date, I took an appointment by e-mail and visited the broadcasting station.

The broadcasting station is located at the Daini Inoue Building under the Reigishi Bridge over Kame Shimakawa.

It's on the third floor.

This building is 80 years old and is as old as the Okuno Building in Ginza.

It tastes the scent of Showa.

・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・

 Overview of Central FM

Station Call Radio City Representative Director Kazuya Komatsu

Capital of ¥75 million was established in July 1996, May 31, 1998

   Frequency 84.0MHz Output 20w Call sign JOZZ3AX-FM

Radio waves are flowing from the roof of the power development building, and the reach range is Taitung Chiyoda Edogawa River.

   And a part of Minato-ku.

・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・

Mr. Komatsu, the president, is a very young person who looks good in light clothing.

I had an interview. ・・・・

It was my first interview, and I was very nervous, and there was an atmosphere in the photo.

I would like to see you and take a picture of me as soon as I would like to post an interview at FACE Book.

I did it.

Komatsu says that he always makes use of FACE BOOK for his work. The reaction of the project, etc. was immediately received.

It will be very helpful because it will be reflected.

The stairs up to the third floor are steep, so when I talk about it ...

The other day, a singer Nakajima went up the stairs, and immediately

He said loudly, "I'm going to kill me ..."

Two years ago, he was appointed president and came here by a local broadcasting station in Chiba.

Originally, I was in a major company and changed jobs to the broadcasting department.

FM syatyou 2.jpg fm syatyou taburetto 2.jpg
At first, he said that there was a lot of things that had to be reformed, and that he was finally on track.

That's right.

It seems that there are three staff, several contract employees, and three announcers.

When I talk about my favorite morning music program ...

Most programs are organized by computer control and are broadcast smoothly all day long.

Yeah. It seems that the music program is left to the contract staff.

What's the trouble of producing the program?

Since all people are moving, such as when broadcasting from the Tsukiji Outer Market, many staff are mobilized.

It's hard to notice.

 What are your future aspirations?

Currently, there are 260 local FM broadcasts, but 90% of them are not flexible due to management difficulties and the local community.

While trying to change logic, we aim to create programs that customers are listening to and think that they are really interesting.

I want to do it. He also wants to focus on J-STREAM.

Mr. Komatsu also feels the atmosphere of the entire company.

We have filled the so-called "relaxing" feeling.

That's right.

Mr. Tokumaru, the staff, goes to Mr. Endo, who is absent.

Thank you very much.

A rough question

When the customer who is recording is "get sick"

How are you? ・・・・・・・

"I'm surprised, but very few." If you change the language, from the previous part

I'm going to record it again.

fm kimikazu.jpg

When I'm doing this job, the most enjoyable thing ...

"I would like to hear the stories of many customers who come to the recording, and my world is doing so.

It's going to spread."

And he was talking with a smile.

It seems that working hours are from 10 a.m. to 18 p.m.

The interview ended peacefully and happily. Thank you very much.

[Silver] July 24, 2012 08:30

When you enter Tsukiji River Park from the gas station behind the Ginza Capital Hotel New Building, white flowers bloom on the giant trees of Taisanboku (Taiyamagi) and emit a sweet and elegant scent.

There is a kiwi shelf in the immediate vicinity, where fruit is growing. (Photod at the time of flowering in May)

Cross the traffic light at St. Luke's College of Nursing and move to the south. There are more than 100 apple fruits.

How about the subject of observation and drawing by children? It is a valuable space where children can interact with nature. I would like to take care of it. Silver

Pretty flowers in the downtown area

[kimitaku] July 3, 2012 14:33

During the rainy season, we took a walk in the morning and stylish, and walked around the downtown area. ASAGAOSINASO.jpg

I passed Kachidoki's "Shina Sobaya" with a refreshing feeling.

(Go to Mikami, it's full of morning glory.)

If you look up with handwritten announcements, you can see.

ASAGAOSINASOZEN.jpg"Asagao vines (electric wires, which are also vines) and get water."

The morning glory is in full bloom in the sky. Numerous group blue flowers bloom

I'm proud of it.

Go to the east a little and walk along the alleys of Tsukishima Nishinaka-dori.

The flowers were being watered happily. RURIKAZURA.jpg

  When asked, the woman was

It's "Ruri Kazura". On the left is the "Takesou"

A lot of flowers will bloom from now on.

As you proceed from Nishinaka Shopping Street to Tsukuda, it is blooming in various colors next to the prohibition of parking.

I visited Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine.

The hydrangea of the Kasuga lantern matches the color of the storehouse and is colorful. 。

The hydrangea of Tsukuda moat is also wet with morning dew.

Ladies and gentlemen

I was hanging a fishing line slowly.

When you go to Shin-Tsukuda, you will see Toki-colored flowers beside Kiyosumi-dori.

Behind the alleys of Higashinakadori are pure white Hamayu.

During the sunny days of the dew, the flowers of the downtown were pretty coloring the back alleys. TUKUDABORI.jpg

Thank you to everyone who cares for the flowers.

It gets hot in summer. Take care of your body.

Japan Christ Church Ginza Church Botanical Art Exhibition

[Silver] July 2, 2012 15:10

The Ginza Church has a gallery Elpis, where painting exhibitions and other events are held to support cultural activities. Today, I've been watching the "Ginza Adult Juku Sankei Gakuen 10th Botanical Art Exhibition", so I will report it. Immediately after entering, a fine work was exhibited. When the leaves of Tobera turned a little yellow, the depiction of the fruit played was wonderful. In addition, the cherry blossoms and their favorite Cattleya flowers seemed to have a fragrance.

CIMG0440.jpg

Next is the opening work of the instructor's teacher. Both camellia and Yae-zakura were painted very nicely.

CIMG0441.jpg

White flowers are not painted in watercolors, but they were beautifully expressed only by contours.

There were still a lot of wonderful works.

CIMG0443.jpg

I'm looking forward to visiting you again. Please look forward to the next time. Click here for information about entertainment.
