Wanwan Square [Tsukiji River Park]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] April 24, 2017 12:00

It was the best season for a walk, and we went to Tsukiji River Park in Akashicho during lunch break.

Tsukiji River Park literally was a river (canal) in the Edo period, is now reclaimed, and the ground part is a park.

wanwan001.JPG

The underground part is a parking lot, and the area around Irifune Bridge is a multi-purpose open space used for ballparks in Chuo-ku.

wanwan002.JPG

The photo below shows the corner of the Tsukiji River and the multi-purpose open space from the ground part of Tsukiji River Park.

wanwan003.JPG

The ground part at the back of the left is the Irifune Bridge.

The arrow on the map below is the direction of photography.

wanwan000.jpg

The area under the Irifune Bridge is the dog run "Wanwan Square".

wanwan004.JPG

It is divided into a free area and a small dog area, and the usage time is from 7:00 to 20:00.

wanwan005.JPG

The area is 458 square meters for the free area and 189 square meters for the small dog area.

When I went there, there were people who had dogs play in the small dog area.

It's Tsukiji River Park, where you can feel peaceful and relaxed.

Osteopath where you can go with children! Asahi Osteopath

[Edamame] April 20, 2017 09:00

It's "Edamame", a correspondent with children.

I'm always taking care of you this time

This is an introduction of "Asahi Osteopath".

IMG_2527-1.jpg

As soon as I moved to Chuo-ku, there was no such thing.

My shoulders and hips hurt so much ...

Originally, I had extremely stiff shoulders and back pain before pregnancy.

It will not accelerate in the midst of being chased by raising children.

It is easy to be leaning forward when breastfeeding → I got stiff shoulders.

The weight of my child gets heavier little by little → Low back pain.

Because the pelvis is open at birth

It's a time when the body's distortion is easy to come out.

Moms who are raising children tend to be quite tattered ...

But I can go with my daughter, Azuki, who was 9 months old at the time.

I thought it was a massage shop.

In such a case

"Osteopath where you can go with children"

The character of the flyer.

That was my encounter with Asahi Osteopath.

How kind to children ...

IMG_2525-1.jpg

A stroller is OK to enter the entrance

If there is a step in the building, you may not be able to get over it unexpectedly.

Thank you for making it flat.

There is a space for nursing and changing diapers

IMG_2522-1.jpg

It is safe because it can be prepared even if you forget your wipes.

Kids space before reception

IMG_2531-1.jpg

There are a lot of toys, too.

There are even DVD players.

IMG_2526-1.jpg

Above all, the receptionist is a veteran mom.

Of course, it is safe to respond to children who are undergoing treatment.

You can talk a little about childcare before and after the treatment.

At first, she was crying as soon as she left her mom.

Now I'm quite familiar with this place,

When you come here, you can play with toys.

Even after mom's treatment is over

"Oh, now? Do you want to play a little more?"

I'm just showing my face

Well, this is the treatment booth.

IMG_2524-1.jpg

The partition with the next booth is not a curtain.

The place on the wall is also a point where you can receive treatment with peace of mind.

I'll change my clothes to the clothes I'll prepare here and wait.

The staff are all women.

So, you can feel free to consult about women's physical problems.

And everyone, it's powerful.

I think it's also a place where you can get energy.

Oh, many men come to the hospital!

Because she is a woman, she doesn't have enough power at the time of treatment.

You seem to be training very much.

It's not just a massage shop, but an osteopath.

And because the staff members are national qualified holders who know the structure of the body properly.

"Why did the waist hurt?"

"How can I avoid it?"

I would appreciate it if you could take a step in to that point.

IMG_2530-1.jpg

I have back pain, not only my lower back.

It's also important to treat other muscles that are connected to your waist.
IMG_2529-1.jpg

In addition, for example.

Edamame "I'm walking in the park for 2 hours every day with Azuki, why do my legs get sick?"

"Are you able to use your ankles?"

Edamame "... yeah! If you walk according to the stride width of Azuki, the ankles do not move at all! "

・・Since then, I have been consciously walking with ankles moving.

I tend to postpone my body.

If you don't reset the distortion regularly, the rest will be hard.

I'll take care of you a lot for you in the future.

Thank you very much for your attention!

Let's go to see the cherry blossoms by Edo bus

[Silver] April 9, 2017 18:00

The cherry blossoms finally bloomed in April.

For those who say, "I'm not good at walking, so cherry blossom viewing is a bit!", We recommend that you go to the cherry blossom viewing by Edo bus.

As we went on the north circulation service course to Nihonbashi from Chuo-ku government office, we report. (Departing at 10:00 on April 6, about an hour round course)

In the cherry blossoms near the Chuo-ku government office, the cherry blossoms at Kameibashi Park and Shukubashi Park spread large branches and are in full bloom. I think you can enjoy the flowers until around April 9th.

And in the planting beside the capital height in front of the main building of the Ginza Capital Hotel, "Red and White Hana Momo" is in full bloom. This will also be beautiful and gorgeous until around April 9th.

DSC04951.JPG

Well, I'm leaving by Edo bus. The cherry blossoms at Sakuragawa Park on the right, on the side of Shintomi Kuminkan in front of Hatchobori Station, can be seen. It is close to full bloom.

At the north exit of Tokyo Station, the entrance to Nihonbashi Sakura-dori St. and the row of cherry blossom trees in front of Hotel Ryumeikan are beautiful. I like the Japanese-style buffet lunch at the Hotel Ryumeikan.

DSC04938.JPG

The Edo Bus starts in front of the Bank of Japan, and also passes through the Edo Sakura-dori St., which extends between Mitsui Main Building and Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi to Choredo Nihonbashi.

"Edo-dori St.", a road from Shin-Nihonbashi Station to Kodemmacho, is lined with neat and pure white "Magnolia kobus" street trees.

DSC04944.JPG

The Edo bus showed the cherry blossoms next to Cored Muromachi and was able to see the street trees of "Magnolia kobus" again at the intersection of Kodemmacho.

In the direction of Ningyocho, in front of Meijiza, "Yae Red Weeping" still remains a bud. In Hamacho Park beyond that, "Yoshino cherry tree" must have been in full bloom.

I got off here, had a cherry blossom viewing at Hamacho Park, shop at amazake Yokocho, and then enjoyed the cherry blossoms in front of Suitengu-mae and in front of the Royal Park Hotel.

DSC04948.JPG

I thought it would have been nice to get on the Edo bus again at Nihonbashi Kumin Center.

After that, the row of cherry blossom trees in front of Ningyocho Station and the row of cherry trees in front of Nihonbashi Elementary School were also wonderful.

In this way, I enjoyed cherry blossom viewing on the one-hour Edo bus. The flowering of cherry blossoms this year was warm, and after the declaration of flowering, the cold days continued for about two days, so "weeping cherry tree is still buds" and "Oshima Sakura and Yoshino cherry tree also seem to have individual differences."

I think that the buds are still red weeping, even if they bloom this weekend, can be enjoyed until mid-April. (The condition of the flowers is forecast as of April 6 and in the near future.)

The price of the Edo bus is 100 yen per time. A one-day ticket that you can get on and off is 300 yen. In the car, you can get "Edo Bus MAP Sakura Newsletter".

Hakozaki Junction

[Tokyo Dumbo] April 9, 2017 16:00

Chuo-ku has been a major transportation hub since the Edo period, and the five highways starting from Nihonbashi extend radially, and there were many banks (Nihonbashi Fish Bank, Daikon River Bank, etc.) as a listing of water transport responsible for logistics in Edo.

Even today, the subway is arranged like a net, and the Metropolitan Expressway, which is responsible for automobile traffic in the Tokyo metropolitan area, has a number of junctions that serve as a junction of traffic.

ck1711_201704073.jpg

Among them, I would like to focus on the Hakozaki Junction today.

The Hakozaki Junction is a junction where the No. 6 Mukojima Line diverges from No. 9 Fukagawa Line, but there is a one-way Hakozaki Rotary clockwise in the lower layer.

ck1711_201704072.jpg

At the Hakozaki Rotary, the Hakozaki Entrance, the Hamacho Entrance, and the Kiyosubashi Exit Branch are branched and merged, and are connected to both No. 6 Mukojima Line and No. 9 Fukagawa Line. There is a traffic light at the junction of the Hamacho entrance and the rotary, and traffic control is performed. In addition, there is a small but Hakozaki PA at the rotary, and a toilet and vending machine are installed, so you can use it in case of emergency.

ck1711_201704071.jpg

The Airport Transport Service limousine bus departs and arrives from Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT) in the center of the rotary, and there is also Suitengu Station on the Hanzomon Line in the basement, making it a truly transportation node.

Airplane

Why don't you cross Ningyocho, Suitengu, Hamacho Park, Kiyosubashi and go to Kiyosumi Park?

It is also ideal for visiting the bicycle parking lot antenna shop in Ginza 1-chome.❗

[JRT Felt] April 7, 2017 16:00

The cherry blossom season is finally coming in Tokyo! The cold gradually eased, making it easier to go out.

At this time, I think bicycles will be a very convenient means of transportation.

But when I try to stop, where is the bicycle parking lot? Do you have any problems?

This time, I would like to introduce two bicycle parking lots in Ginza 1-chome.

The first is the intersection of Ginza 1-chome, Sotobori-dori St. (Nishi Ginza Street) and Ginza Sakura-dori St.

The name is "Eco Station 21 Tokyo Station Sotobori-dori St. Bicycle Parking C"

20170330084910_p.jpg
20170330084928_p.jpg

Nearby are "Ibaraki Marche", "Food Kuni Fukuikan", "Washita Shop", etc., which is very convenient for visiting antenna shops in Ginza 1-2 chome.

The pricing is free up to the first hour and then 100 yen every 12 hours thereafter.

(It was 100 yen every 6 hours, but the price was reduced every 12 hours.) 20170330085019_p.jpg

The second one is on the JR side, across Sotobori-dori St. (Nishi Ginza Street). 20170330085201_p.jpg

This is also just below the castle bridge where Tokyo Kosoku Doro passes, near Ginza Ins 3.

The name is "Eco Station 21 Tokyo Station Sotobori-dori St. Bicycle Parking B" Fee setting B is the same as C.

Please use it when you come to Ginza by bicycle.

In addition, please observe traffic rules when driving a bicycle.
