Chopsticks of the Chinese zodiac in Ginza Natsuno ★New design

[Mapo ★] September 15, 2014 09:00

Chopsticks are something that everyone uses almost every day and are perfect for gifts.

And the chopsticks of the Chinese zodiac sign in Ginza Natsuno have a special feeling due to their own zodiac sign.

A celebration or a little gift
I can't count how many people have given it.

I introduced it in the correspondent blog in 2009.
It was already out of stock, and it was only in stock.
I was looking forward to the new design.
This time, it was finally completed, and the shop contacted me (* ^^ *)

The zodiac animals are turning around, making them more cute than before.♪
I went to buy it for a present this time.
I bought my own portion as well (*^^ *)

By the way, it seems that Natsuno Honten has not yet handled it.
Currently, it can be purchased at the Namiki-dori St. store.

"Walking around the town" Gallery 1 course guidance report In Ginza, the heart of Utriro Izupiri

[Silver] September 14, 2014 14:00

On September 8, one of the “Town Walking Tour” art gallery courses sponsored by the Chuo-ku Tourism Association (Gallery Course 2 is still being recruited) http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/machiaruki/

We have guided our customers to three galleries, Tokyo Gallery, Kobayashi Gallery, and Galerie Tamenaga.

At the Tokyo Gallery in Ginza 8-10-5, the president himself takes more than 30 minutes.

At the Hermitage Museum of Art, the works of "Japanese Abstract-That Geometric Aspects" and Russian works, it was interesting to hear from many interesting stories from Germany that came to Japan, such as explaining the individual works and explaining the works similar to the Katsura Imperial Palace, or spreading the goodness of Katsura Imperial Palace. At the Art Festa in December, it seems that you are planning to sell paintings at a price that I can buy. I'm looking forward to it. Next, we visited "Galley Tasaga" on Namiki-dori St.

When you say hello, it's a very kind word, "Please feel free to see it."

I love a masterpiece of Aizpiri (probably a villa, a deep blue Mediterranean and yacht through open windows, a potos extending to the left, a papaya tree with fruits on the right, and a sofa on the two children sitting on the sofa, a portrait of a gentle grandmother-like bird, a yellowish picture of a bird like a bird, and a decor.Art

And the paintings of famous painters such as Utrilo, Laurentan, Buffet, Chagall were on display, and we recommended our customers' sofas and were able to appreciate the paintings relaxedly.

Every time he visits, he makes him happy. Marci beaucoup

At the last visit to Kobayashi Gallery, an employee who seems to be a young college graduate explained the characteristics of the gallery and the work of Izumi Akiyama, who is currently on display.

He also carefully answered the question from the customer, "How to draw pure white porcelain and glasses with a pencil."

It was a really fun tour of the gallery. Thank you very much for all of you in the gallery. Thank you very much.

In December, there is the "Christmas Art Festa in Ginza". I'm looking forward to visiting you again. At that time, please refer to this website. http://www.ginza-galleries.com/tour.html

What's the taste of Edo? "Senshu" and "Sweetness" of "Ginza Mikawaya"

1. September 13, 2014 14:00

One of the most prominent novels in the novels of the boom is the chef. I am amazed at the variety of Edo-era dishes that appear in the Mikutsushi Cooking Book (Iku Takada) and the Chef's Kizo Prediction (Hatsuko Wada). Of course, I think there are many places where the writer's brush is clear, but it looks delicious and I tried to make it. ・I don't know the taste. ・・ ・ I came to Ginza Mikawa-ya after hearing that the universal seasoning "Senshu" that appears in both works has recently been restored and commercially available, and has become popular. (If you have this, I can. ・・・・・)

"Senshu" (Irizake) is "Japanese sake made with dried plums and flower bonito and boiled down", and it seems that the taste was slightly different depending on the shop, and it seems that the chef's skill showed. "Sweetnessso" is "a bean miso that was naturally brewed for 18 months without using chemical seasonings and carefully kneaded with natural sweetness", and it was a valuable item because sugar was very expensive in the Edo period . It seems good for tofu Dengaku, miso oden, and grilled rice balls.

Mikawaya opened a restaurant in Shiodome, Genroku period as a sake merchant, as stated in the guide, "Edo food (slow food) store that conveys the food and tradition of Edo to today." In 2003, the 400th anniversary of the opening of Edo, it became the current business format as "Edo Food Shop".

In addition to the unchanging tastes from the Edo period, such as "abalone boiled shellfish", "old Sawaan", "sato burdock", and "ninuki soup", "Edo Genroku era sake" recreated based on ancient document is popular recently.

Is the DNA of Edo passed down from time to time? The store also introduces books on Edo cuisine, and it is a very fun shop that Edo lovers can not miss.

On the way home, I stopped by a nearby coffee "Rei" and talked to Madame about "senshu", and said, "Egg rice is the best!" Speaking of which, was this the first time I heard that "Senshu" is on sale? I finally remembered it. Oh! Is it because of age? I also received a recipe for "Senshu", so let's try it for a while.

I'm always bothered by the family members who are used as the experimental stand for "My Creative Cooking", but this seems OK. Fufufufu

Senshu 300ml 600 yen, sweet so 600 yen (excluding tax)

A retro tofu shop in Ningyocho

[Hidekun] September 1, 2014 14:00

This time, I would like to introduce the retro tofu shop "Takayanagi Tofu Shop" in Ningyocho.

I entered the alley on the way from the intersection of amazake Yokocho toward Tokyo Metro Suitengumae Station.

Founded in 1927, it is a long-established store that has been running for four generations to date.

The exterior is a retro copper-plated signboard construction (*) with a taste, and there is no plan to rebuild it at this time.

(*) Architectural style often seen during the reconstruction period following the Great Kanto Earthquake. The feature is that the front of the building is flat, and it is finished with a copper plate from the viewpoint of fire prevention.

The tofu shop is early in the morning, and for customers who come to buy tofu for breakfast, we open a shop around 5:00 in the early morning and start making tofu. According to the shop owner, "In the past, a nearby public bath was opened around 2 o'clock in the middle of the night when the business was closed."

There are about 30 types of tofu to be sold, such as Kinu tofu, Momen tofu, fried tofu, edama tofu with green soybeans, and sesame tofu with sesame. It seems that there are many customers who want tastes that are not available at supermarkets and convenience stores.

A long-established specialty store is still alive in Chuo-ku. Why don't you enjoy the special taste of the specialty store?
