Blessed with fine autumn weather, before 10 o'clock, customers were watching the dolls from boxes in front of their favorite shops. There are 57 stores.

The owner of a handmade shop

The doll put on hand salt seems to have the feeling of giving his child to his bride.

At a long-established doll shop, Japanese-style dolls are available to customers.

It makes you feel the tradition of Ningyocho.

The town of Tsukiji is very busy

[Shitamachi Tom] 15:00 on October 14, 2014

For two days from October 11 (Sat) to 12 (Sun), the Tsukiji Autumn Festival was held at Tsukiji Outer Market, which was crowded with more visitors than usual. There are many items that are sold at bargain prices, and some of those who are looking for shopping seemed to have walked around various shops with large bags.

P1130125(2). jpgOn the 11th (Saturday), a tour called "Edo Enjoyment Town Walking" and "Tsukiji / Tokyo Bay Coast Yurateku" was also held as a collaborative project between Chuo-ku and Koto-ku. I also participated as one of the guides. Some customers were new to walking slowly in Tsukiji, but they seemed to be wrapped in the charm of this area again. I would be happy if you could say, "I want to come again."

Also, on this day, the "Hatsuho Festival" of [Tsukiji Namiki Shrine] was held. I am ritual thankful for the harvest of autumn. In the afternoon, an old-fashioned "knife style" was also shown.

P1130126(2). jpgTsukiji Central Market is preparing for the relocation to Toyosu, but the off-site market is expected to continue to operate in this area. On the 23rd of this month (Thursday), a new commercial facility [Tsukiji Nippon Fishing Port Market] will open. It is said that fresh seafood from the famous fishing port that Japan is proud of will be provided. I'm looking forward to it!

Perth -300x228.jpg, Tsukiji New Market 1, Chuo-kuPrior to the relocation of the Central Market, construction of facilities that Chuo-ku will advance as a new "busy place" for the Tsukiji brand is also underway. It is planned to be a stylish and peaceful facility using the former site of the Tsukiji River tributary, which was previously used for parking lots. (The figure shows the expected completion of quotation from the Chuo-ku construction plan)

It goes without saying that Tsukiji is a place of moisture and liveliness in the future. Please look forward to the development of Tsukiji in the future.

Hario Family Sale

[Flatfuu] October 13, 2014 09:00

There was a family sale at Hario headquarters for two days, October 9 and 10.

I visited you in the morning of the 9th.

The location is 9-3 Tomizawa-machi, Nihonbashi.

It's close to Ningyocho, Kodemmacho, and Bakuroyokoyama stations.

It's just a little from the big street.

Although it is a family sale, you can enter freely even if you are not a related person.

The Hario headquarters building is a wonderful building that has also become a registered Tangible Cultural Property, former Kawasaki Savings Bank Tomizawacho Branch.

Unfortunately, the road in front of me was under construction and it was very difficult to take pictures....

The photo is the side and entrance part.

The interior was very nice, with chic, thick wooden doors and stairs on the walls of the white plaster.

If you don't have such a sale opportunity, you can't easily enter, so it's a great deal.

Well, the sale was a great success in the morning and was quite crowded. In particular, coffee-related equipment seemed to be popular.

I also bought a variety of bowls and dressing bottles, but what I'm looking forward to using is this "Fruit Smoothy Maker".

It seems that you can easily make smoothie by adding fruits such as strawberries and mango, milk, yogurt, etc.

Because it is heat-resistant glass, it is said that hot chocolate can be made when it gets cold.

After all, the price was very good!

On the way home, when I was walking toward Mt. Bakuroyoko, I found such a wild boar in front of Pigeon headquarters for baby goods.

According to the description, it is a reproduction of a wild boar statue in the square of Florence, Italy.IMG_0327.JPG

Any wild boar is a symbol of good luck, and if you touch your nose, it seems to be beneficial for money luck, marriage, child treasure, etc.

Perhaps because of that, the wild boar's nose was shiny

Although it is an area where new condominiums have increased, there are old buildings in some places, so it was a fun walk behind the alley.

Ishikawa Antenna Shop OPEN-Ishikawa Hyakumangoku Monogatari Edo Main Store

1. October 11, 2014 14:00

Chuo-ku is a ward with many antenna shops in each prefecture, but as the 24th on October 8 (participating in the liaison council), Ishikawa Prefecture's Ishikawa Hyakumangoku Edo Main Store opened at Sotobori-dori St. Ginza 2-chome. did.

A luxurious version of 3 floors, 1 basement floor and 2 above ground. The first floor includes fresh products such as Kaga vegetables and Noto vegetables, seasonings such as processed foods and soy sauce salt, and the second floor includes traditional crafts and accessories such as Kutani porcelain, Wajima Nuri, Yamanaka lacquerware, Kanazawa foil, and other household goods and interior goods, as well as Japanese sweets, locally brewed sake and delicacies. On the way back from the movie, I heard that there is a cafe on the second floor, and I can choose three types of coffee, black tea, Kaga stick tea, and three types of sweets can be selected at the window seat where you can see the street immediately. I'd like a steamed castella for 500 yen. It's a very conscientious price even from the place. Coffee contains gold leaf (it seems good for your skin). The cup is light Wajima lacquerware. You can purchase it.

On the second floor, there is also a "migration consultation" corner in addition to tourist information. There are many people who say "migration" can be done a little in a short period of time. The opening of Kanazawa on the Hokuriku Shinkansen will be in March next year, and it will be 2 hours and 28 minutes with Tokyo! It's the distance. Why don't you stop by touching on a part of the charms of the prefecture of "food" and "culture" that are getting closer and closer?
