Matcha Pudding and Matcha Roll from Hiranoen Garden

[Mapo ★] January 20, 2010 16:00

It is a tea specialty store founded in 1883.

A little in front of the Seigetsu Domoto store.
It has an old-fashioned atmosphere.

Matcha pudding is famous, so I tried to buy one.
A transparent plastic lid that is not sealed and can be removed immediately.
It was very handmade, so I took it home (* ^^ *)

The taste is extremely rich and delicious!
This is a real matcha pudding.

It seems that it was introduced on TV, and it seems that you can buy it online.

And what I thought was even more delicious was this matcha roll!
The outside is wrapped in crepe-like thin baked dough.
It was a rich matcha cream inside, and it was a taste I wanted to buy lipe many times.

Tokyo Port in winter

[Shitamachi Tom] January 19, 2010 08:45

2009-2010 Tokyo Bay _R.JPG in WinterIt's a cold season.confident

The air that I want to fill is spreading throughout the city.

But in winter, there is a winter atmosphere. The figure of a man walking in the downtown area with a cloak collar, a flock of sparrows playing in the sun, and the shadow of evergreen fluttering in the wind. There is a taste for each season.penguin

The sunset over Tokyo Port. The silhouette of Mount Fuji shines beyond Harumi Wharf. There will be a new bustle in Chuo-ku again tomorrow.

I hope this year will be a good year again.good

Speaking of soup curry ...

[Diet from tomorrow] January 15, 2010 14:00

This time itrestaurant's a delicious soup curry.

I recommend the Spice Piero Ginza store (Ginza 2-6-1).

There are black and red curry, etc., and you can choose from 5 kinds of spicy flavors.

It tastes a habitual taste, and once you eat it, you will be addhappy02icted to it.

Located in Hoodest (2-2-1 Yaesu), the home antenna shop in Hokkaido.

We also have soup curry in Hokkaido Zhu Bo, too.

The soup curry at the Spice Piero Ginza store is also quite recommended.scissors

Seeing is untouched, and be sure to have itsign01.

"Nippon's Western-style food Shinkawa Tsuzui"

[Satsuki Yanagi] January 15, 2010 08:30

tvI went to the lunch of the famous restaurant"Shinkawa Tsuzui", which is often featured in TV bookmagazines.

tsutsui.1.jpg

Lunch time on weekdays (Monday to Friday) that appears in these media, "Hamburg bowl" limited to 20 meals each, "Japanese-style hamburger bowl" 1050 yen each, and "Tororo Omurice" 1380 yen are particularly famous, and weekday lunch The line cannot withstand ... danger(Each lunch set comes with miso soup and incense sticks.)

However, I chose "steak bowl" 1580 yen (with miso soup and incense sticks).rock

tsutsui.3.jpg

It seems that beef (sirloin) is used. It's very soft, combined with Demigrass sauce and rice ... Delicioushappy02.

How is it different from "Akasakatsu Tsui"? It is often heard that ... The founder was the uncle of the current owner and chef Takeo Koshida's uncle Koso Tsutsui, and was created here in Shinkawa. After that, the founder, Tsutsui, opened a new store in Akasaka, and handed over the Shinkawa shop to Takeo Koshida's father.

tsutsui.2.jpg

The current owner and chef Takeo Koshida seems to have trained French at Hotel Okura before taking over this "Shinkawa Tsuzui".

It's impressive that the kitchen on the first floor through the glass seen from the street is always polished neatlyshine every time you pass nearby.

FREE CAFE by Okakidori Harimaya

[Satsuki Yanagi] January 13, 2010 08:45

"FREE CAFE Harimaya Station" Tokyo Ginza Main Store, where you canjapanesetea try oysters and drinks for free, developed by "Japan's No. 1 Ogakidori Harimaya Main Store".

FREE CAFE is operated as part of the return of profits to society and people. free.1.jpgI'd like to eyeread this brochure.

There are two major objectives...

①Promote oysters and rice crackers, a traditional Japanese food, to the younger generation.

cloverIt is said that measures that can correctly understand global environmental issues and completely solve them have been realized, and that they will be informed of the progress at any time ...

There were many seats from the entrance to the back, and it was almost full on this day.free.10.jpg free.9.jpg

In the drink bar, put a paper cup for drinks on the tray and a red plastic container for oysters and rice crackers (one by one). Drinks included hot coffee, hot tea, orange juice, hojicha, and green tea.

free.3.jpgThere was such a precautionary statement nearby.

free.4.jpg

There are about 8 kinds of oysters and rice crackers at another counter.

free.5.jpg free.2.jpg

You can taste various flavors and make it easy to purchase!

When you return (of course) yourself, return trays, paper cups and plastic containers to the designated place.

In addition to the ones that were served for tasting, various products, as well as sizes such as sachets, large bags, and cosmetic boxes are prepared, so it is easy to choose for yourself and for gifts.
