This is also a shop I happened to see for something. I walked all the way along Ginza Yanagidori towards Showa-dori. If you go about 200 meters over Showa-dori, you will find it. The small rice cracker shop on the left is Tagosaku.
The specialty is this hand-baked rice cracker. It looks delicious because you see it~ (*^^*)
I was happy to talk about the correspondent blog and received permission for photography. Then there happened to be a senior managing director today, I received 5 rice crackers saying, "It's broken, but please try it!" (* ^^ *)
This day is sometimes called Valentine's Day. To the heart rice cracker! This is a beautiful rice cracker, and I feel sorry (>_<)
It seems that the shop does everything from carefully selecting brand rice to making dough, baking and seasoning. It is a savory rice cracker baked with charcoal fire, with the original taste of rice! I don't get tired of eating this kind of natural taste!
Not only as a souvenir for those who like rice crackers, but also as a souvenir. Ginza's handmade rice cracker is topical and seems to be good as a souvenir for homecoming.

Do you know "Argan Oil"?
Received the 1st Slow Food Grand Prize in Italy in 2001
It is an oil called "Golden of the Desert".
This is a very rare plant oil unique to Morocco.
Vitamin E, which has a fragrant flavor, is rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid, and balmitinic acid, and has a high antioxidant effect, is said to contain two to three times that of olive oil.
[Patisserie Lavalan Ginza] Yeah
The material that Mr. Ishikawa, the representative, encountered in the world, thought "this is this" ...
A product tailored to delicious sweets by Chef Seiji Yamamoto, who has experience of winning the overall championship at the world tournament.
It's a shop where you can buy it!

Sir
One of the most carefully selected materials...
"Alibacao,"
This is the name that means "the food of God." Made from cacao beans produced in Ecuador.
It has a fruity scent, and polyphenols seem to be effective in improving skin problems due to arteriosclerosis, fat burning, and ultraviolet rays.
![balance12.jpg](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/balance12.jpg)
All the fresh cakes are neat, waste-free and beautiful!
It seems that Argan oil is also used for "cheese cake".
![balance17.jpg](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/balance17.jpg) ![balance16.jpg](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/balance16.jpg)
Another "Baumkuchen" made with Argan oil from Spesharite.
I tasted one ...![balance13.jpg](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/balance13.jpg) ![balance14.jpg](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/balance14.jpg)
It melts in your mouth softly and softly, and moderate sweetness draws back.
This time, I purchased this "Baumkuchen"!
![baum3.jpg](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/baum3.jpg)
Then, Mr. Ishikawa, the representative, gave me a picture book written by me (I'm happy!) 。
There were also products that match this season.
I have no eyes on "Mont Blanc" ... [Japan's best Japanese chestnut] and [Argan oil] ... ! ![balance18.jpg](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/balance18.jpg)
Next time it's "Mont Blanc"!

It is a coffee room of Uogashi Meicha, and there is also a shop called "Cha no Ji Club" in Tsukiji. There is "Tea Ginza" in Ginza.
From Harumi-dori St., it's on Nishi-Gobangai Street, which is located in Armani. The atmosphere is completely different from Tsukiji, and it seems that the form has changed.
![RIMG6252.JPG](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/RIMG6252.JPG)
On the second floor, we had tea while talking to public relations people in various ways (* ^^ *)
Sencha course (500 yen) In Ginza, it seems that sake is first served. It is sake today, but it seems that there is also wine.
![RIMG6241.JPG](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/RIMG6241.JPG)
And at first, green tea with a slightly modest temperature comes out. It was a mild and slightly sweet tea.
Tea confectionery is from a long-established store in Nagoya, Mitsutaka Umeya. It was a little steamed, like a kettle like a wil. It's light and sweet and goes well with tea. It seems that tea confectionery is also quite particular about it and is searched here and there.
![RIMG6244.JPG](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/RIMG6244.JPG)
And the second cup of tea is hot and dark. It's bitter but delicious, the sharpness with the first cup is fun, and this is a great deal of 500 yen.
And this one comes out in the matcha course, but dark tea (lower right in the photo) I took it for the first time in my life. The common matcha is diluted, so it is "Osu". It is said that this is a kneaded tea and "Okocha". Certainly it's very dark, but it's fragrant and slightly sweet. It was a good experience to drink deep tea without any manners.★ It seems that overseas customers are also pleased.
![RIMG6247.JPG](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/RIMG6247.JPG)
The second floor is also bright and nice. The ceiling on the third floor is made of glass, making it even brighter. Is it a good atmosphere that has a no point? This room is designed by interior designer Shigeru Uchida. The hanging scroll also has an atmosphere.
![RIMG6237.JPG](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/RIMG6237.JPG)
At the end, we had a tea presso on the first floor. This tea is brewed by putting tea leaves in an espresso machine. It's a dark tea that has been compressed. It comes with chocolate and you can drink it for 100 yen. Personally, I love the combination of chocolate and Japanese tea. The tea and chocolate filled with this taste were perfect.
And this is "Konichiba" (lower right in the photo) that is being sampled. The name is interesting one by one. This tea is light and easy to drink.
![RIMG6257.JPG](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/RIMG6257.JPG)
We received a set with this "Hello leaf", "Shan" and a spoon! The package of konchi leaf is an illustration by Shinbo Minami. "Shan" also had such a limited package in Ginza. The illustration by Yuto Nadamoto is like Ginza.
![RIMG6255.JPG](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/RIMG6255.JPG)
I was able to drink a lot of tea today, and I heard a lot of very good stories. Green tea is a green image, but delicious tea seems to be yellow. And this tea is "It's delicious no matter who brewed it, and it's delicious even if you brewed it properly. The concept is "tasty tea that can be drunk easily without manners."
Certainly, when I brewed "Shan" at home, I thought it was yellow. I don't know how to make good tea, but it was delicious even if I brewed it properly.♪
This year is the 80th anniversary, and during the new tea season (May) and the brewing season (November). It seems that parties and lucky bags are also being planned throughout the building.★
In addition, a spring tea party will be held at Tsukiji New Store from March 14 to 19. The topic of Kakegawa tea is now appearing~♪

There is a restaurant near Nihonbashi Takashimaya where you can see Tokyo Tower and Sky Tree.
It's very bright and open, and you can enjoy cooking and scenery both day and night.
My recommendation is for lunch buffet ¥1250, but in the next room, there are weekly lunch and monthly lunch as lunch menu, soup, salad, rice or bread coffee or tea.
A luxurious dinner is also available at night.
There are also special plans such as parties.

From the restaurant on the 18th floor
It can be seen southwest
It's Tokyo Tower.

To the northeast of the restaurant on the 18th floor
It's a sky tree you can see.
It was over 600 meters.
To Hamacho.

It was served on a plate without a sense, but meat dishes fish dishes vegetable dishes
Pasta spaghetti seasonal dishes, etc.
In addition to coffee tea cake, juice
A number of small bowl jelly rice cakes, etc.
It is available.

Speaking of Meijiya ... jam, pancake syrup, vanilla essence among me. But there was no Meijiya shop in Osaka, so there was no Meijiya shop. When I saw a shop in Kyobashi, I saw the atmosphere of the building. "Is this the main store? I thought it was amazing! There is also the Meijiya Building in Osaka, but there are no shops just in the building.
What a Neo Renaissance-style building that seems to be designated Tangible Cultural Property in Chuo-ku! It seems to be the oldest existing building in a form directly connected to the building from the subway station. So, there are fossils on the floor (laughs).
![RIMG6046.JPG](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/RIMG6046.JPG)
![RIMG6068.JPG](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/RIMG6068.JPG)
Well, in Meijiya, first of all, the number of items is very abundant. When I went there the other day, I bought tea and soup and went home. Today, we had a public relations guide us all over the store. All of them wanted this, so I went shopping a lot (laughs).
Speaking of Meijiya, jams are sold every year, but My Jam Nouveau is sold. The lower left of the photo is Apple Jam 2010. And this year is the 100th anniversary of jam! They are planning various events of jam in spring and autumn. This jam is reprinted 100 years ago (right photo).
100 years ago, those who ate jam for the first time would have been impressed ~ (* ^^ *) I made it Amaou jam, but I was also worried about pineapple jam.
Isn't there a lot of people who have eaten this almond ROKA? It was a sweet that has been around for a long time, and it was a different design, but I feel like I was at home in the past. It has been 50 years since Meijiya introduced this candy.
There are everything from cans to bags and 3 small bags. I ate it after a long time, but it's nostalgic and delicious~♪
And in this Kyobashi store, there are some products that we wrote as recommended products. We do not spend money on packaging or design, and provide good quality products with each company. It seems to be very popular because it is made in collaboration. Fruit jelly, curry, persimmon pea.
![RIMG6047.JPG](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/RIMG6047.JPG)
In particular, this persimmon pea is quite popular. It was made from peanuts from Chiba Prefecture, and the oysters were large and delicious. Otagaki recommended persimmon pea 666 yen
And this store has a very wide variety of wines. There is also such a fine wine cellar, Wine is imported directly from 14 countries, mainly in France. We also have domestic wines.
![RIMG6043.JPG](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/RIMG6043.JPG)
Chateau Mercian's Koshu Kiiro incense that appeared in the "drop of God" that I wanted to drink before. I didn't see it sold easily, so it's heavy, but I bought it (laughs). There is also such a cheese that looks good with wine!
![RIMG6065.JPG](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/RIMG6065.JPG)
Every Wednesday is Wine Day! Wine is reduced by 5%. There are plenty of weekend wagon sales and tasting and tasting sales events. Check it out on this website★
1,240 yen for 50 packs of English breakfast of Kobe black tea x 2 bags. Heinz soup, 500 yen more than 3. The Imperial Hotel soup, chocolate and cream cheese. I was really looking forward to eating while shopping.♪

I'm moving from Ginza 4-chome to Higashiginza. When I felt a little cold, I was in front of Onoya.
The game, Mr. Peark. Free service of hot coffee and cocoa.
The hot cocoa was very delicious. We smoked purple smoke with small business and free breaks in the store.
![CIMG7638.jpg](http://www.chuo-kanko.or.jp/blog/CIMG7638.jpg)
The second floor of the Gunma-chan family, the intersection of Higashiginza, is also a great place to watch.
Look, you can see the runner well.
I'm experiencing strawberry Daifuku. "Gunma-chan's house" is always fun, please enjoy something too.
When I was looking at Karinto at the storefront, I received 7 pieces of Seven Lucky Gods Arare.
He also added hot hojicha, so I was impressed by the warmth and bought Karinto.
"Soft finish extra thick karinto" ¥420 which I bought at Kosenmochi was delicious.
Next, we will report on the support event, so please look forward to it.
