Tsukiji's "Takasei" brown sugar dorayaki

1. April 28, 2011 08:30

Do you like "Dorayaki"?

In addition to red bean paste, "Dorayaki", which has a wide variety of items ranging from white bean paste, Uguisu bean paste, chestnuts, fresh cream, and custard cream, is a classic snack for the common people.

The origin of the name "Dorayaki" seems to be various because "Benkei Musashibo was grateful for the treatment of injuries, drew the flour that was melted thinly in a heated gong and baked, wrapped the bean paste, and served it." It seems to be powerful because it resembles the shape of "gong".

"Funoyaki", which is said to be the prototype of dorayaki, has appeared in many tea ceremonies as Sen no Rikyu prefers, but this "Funoyaki" seems to be like the present crepe, and it became a specialty of the late Edo period. It is also known as "Kojimachi Sukeno Fukuzono" as "Edo specialty" in late Tokugawa shogunate's Edo customs record "Morisada ware manga".

This "Suso ware" is "baked in a hot pot that melts flour and wraps the bean paste in a square with this dough" ("The present and present of Japanese sweets" published by Tankosha"). It is said that the shape of sandwiching the bean paste with the dough "is said to be the idea of Ueno Rabbitya in 1914.

There are many favorite shops you like, but my favorite now is "Takasei"'s "Black Sugar Dorayaki" (@ 178 yen). The dough made with brown sugar from Okinawa is soft, moist and light. The disadvantage of the bean paste is that the taste of Dainagon red beans is firm and the sweetness is moderate, and the hand grows on the second hand. It does not last long because it does not use preservatives. Previously, it was open at Tsukiji 7-chome, but now the shop is 6-chome. It's a small shop with only your wife and two people. In addition to dorayaki, there are various types of Daifuku, seasonal cherry blossom mochi, Kashiwa mochi, and red rice.

You can get 2 chopsticks for lunch ★Ginza Hanadaikon

[Mapo ★] April 28, 2011 08:30

Natsuno, a shop specializing in chopsticks in Ginza, was introduced in June last year.
There is a restaurant called "Hanadaine" on the first basement floor of the Natsuno Honten.

I made a telephone reservation in advance at 11:30 right after the opening.
I took a picture with no customers yet.
I was guided to a private room in the back. By the way, there are only 2 private rooms.

RIMG6111.JPG RIMG6113.JPG

After all, I ordered a healthy "homemade tofu Gozen" of 1200 yen.
First of all, tofu comes and ignites!
Then the fire goes out and the table is carried by the time it is completed.

RIMG6116.JPG RIMG6119.JPG

Egg-yaki, boiled beef and carrots, red soup, rice. It's healthy.
And the freshly made tofu is very delicious~ (* ^^*)
Boiled beef and carrots also have a strong taste and rice goes on!

And the staff brought me a chopstick bag.
"Please take your chopsticks home."
I'm happy because my chopsticks are cute with red daruma~★

The coffee after meal is a small spoon with a demitas size.
Kagawa Prefecture's traditional confectionery "Ori"
It is also cute and delicious with a crispy feeling with less sweetness.
It was sold next to the cash register (*^^*)

RIMG6131.JPG RIMG6133.JPG

In addition, you can get another chopstick if you take the flyer you got with the chopstick bag in the small summer on the 6th floor.
Small summer is a shop specializing in chopsticks for children, but chopsticks seem to be available for adults.
This was a different color of the rabbit chopsticks that I use! This chopsticks are very easy to use.

It's really great to have lunch and get 2 chopsticks.
There seems to be a self-service salad on weekdays.

Delicious chocolate from Ginza Namiki-dori St. ★Piesmonte

[Mapo ★] April 21, 2011 14:00

Most of the search around 7-chome and 8-chome is Ginza-dori, so I learned about this shop for the first time.

It is a Western confectionery shop called Piesmonte that came out with the keyword "Ginza luxury Western confectionery".
It is a region with many luxury clubs, and it is located on Namiki-dori St., where there are many brand shops.
The price is, indeed, Ginza price.★

RIMG6394.JPG

In addition, this shop has been around for more than 20 years.
Counting from the time of the predecessor shop (El Dole of 6-chome), I am surprised at a quite long-established store.

The cake also looked delicious.
The inside of the shop is not elaborate on the display.
The products are lined up with a little clutter.
It also has the atmosphere of competing with products.

Because Ginza has been changing rapidly, it has been going on for so many years.
It can't be delicious.

Today I bought Ginza Namiki-dori St. Chocolat. 8 tickets are 1800 yen.
This naming "Namiki-dori St. Chocolat" is good again!

I don't need a cold pack even though it's a raw chocolate.
When I put it in the refrigerator, it became hard, so it was at room temperature.

 RIMG6436.JPG RIMG6438.JPG

I brewed coffee at night and ate it, but it's just soft and texture.
And it's rich and creamy, but there's a slight adult bitterness.
It has a luxurious taste and is extremely delicious!
And there's a lot of alcohol.★

I like raw chocolate, so I buy it from time to time, and almost any raw chocolate is delicious.
This is a bit different, time-consuming, raw chocolate of adults.

It looks good as a gift for adults who can pass chocolate.

Introduction of Chuo-ku Tourism Association member stores 7 Senbikiya Sohonten

[Silver] April 20, 2011 08:30

Today, I entered the store at 11:30 for the mango curry I wanted to eat before.

When I entered from the fruit shop, a kind clerk told me that I was in the back right.

CIMG8274.jpg

There were a lot of delicious fruits in the fruit shop.

I ordered the fruit next time, and I ordered it. 700 yen happy01including tax, including fruit!

(Information as of April 16, 2011, the price that fruits are also attached to the menu.)

CIMG8275.jpg

Curry with a little sweetness of mango, I loved it.

Ginzo also bought fruits for two and a half years at Brasil's Petrolina.

I know the taste of mango that I forgot to harvest, bananas left behind, and ripe tomatoes that have fallen from a 4-ton car.

When I was alone, eating while watching the outside scenery, I feel like eating at an open cafe in France.

But, I hope next is fruity ..., it's together, or avec in Japanese ...

Japanese sweets from Ginza in Corridor Street ★Ginza Kanra

[Mapo ★] April 15, 2011 08:30

I'm in Ginza Mitsukoshi and have bought chestnut kinton and chestnut middle, but I've always bought them.
The other day, I went to the main store in Corridor Street for the first time.

It happened that this day was April 6, and it was called behavior.
I was doing an event where I could eat freshly made rice cakes.
Twice at 12 o'clock and 15 o'clock in the afternoon.

RIMG6482.JPG RIMG6479.JPG

Unfortunately, it was around 14 o'clock, so I couldn't eat rice cakes, but I couldn't eat it.
There was also a tasting of red rice and tora rolls, and we also had tea (* ^^ *)
Unfortunately, the winding is just gone and there is no photo ^^;

RIMG6478.JPG RIMG6484.JPG

RIMG6480.JPG RIMG6483.JPG

Because it is located in Ginza 6-chome, there are Ginrokuchu and Ginroku mochi.
Every time I see this cute dorayaki called Ginrokumochi, I would like to eat it.
I'm not good at granules ... I'll buy something different after all (laughs).

Today we have seasonal cherry blossom rice cake and yuzu sweets~♪
This Red and White Domyoji Temple is bite-sized, each with Koshian and White An!
You can enjoy 2 flavors little by little and it's delicious.

"Toramaki", which was also sampled, contains yuzu bean paste and beef skin.
The yuzu bean paste is light and this is also delicious!

In addition, a sweet chestnut called astringent Japanese chestnut Grasse and Soju chestnut.
There is Grasse, but it's not hardened with sugar.
Chestnut has the original sweetness, it is elegant and irresistible for chestnut lovers.

The photo in the lower right is the middle of chestnuts, Kuri Daifuku, Kurikinton, which I ate two years ago!
All of them are delicious, but I think Kuri Daifuku is quite rare.★

RIMG6497.JPG 2009920165938OJvTI.jpg

It is also recommended for Japanese sweets with the name of Ginza and souvenirs from homecoming.

It seems that the behavior event has been canceled.
