Enjoy oysters [Pescaderia Ginza store]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] March 6, 2013 09:00

During this season, I searched on the Internet restaurantto eat oysters as much as I wanted to go to the Pescadelia Ginza store in Ginza 7-chome. It is a dinner party for four people who also serve as a wife's birthday celebration.happy01

The shop is just a short walk from Ginza Chuo-dori to Hanatsubaki-dori. It's the first basement floor facing Suzuran Street.

First of all, we tasted four kinds of raw oysters with sparkling wine, and among them, oysters from Hyogo (Murotsu) and Nagasaki (Konagai), which were delicious, were baked with scorched butter soy sauce and garlic butter grilled. Both were large, well-balanced between the firm part of the scallop and the creamy and soft part, and raw, soy sauce and butter grilling were the best.shine

By the way, it seems that the oyster production area offered every day will change because we purchase good oysters every day.flair
