Be prepared at a popular Western restaurant in Ginza

[Shitamachi Tom] May 30, 2014 14:00

Chuo-ku is the "city of food." You can enjoy a variety of tastes, not just Japanese, Western and Chinese.

Therefore, even if you go out for lunch occasionally, you will be in trouble with your eyes.

Among them, Ginza is a treasure trove of gourmet food.

I often go out to eat because it's close to my home.

Also, when I pass by between work, I'm looking forward to visiting various hiiki shops.

This time, I would like to introduce a restaurant.

A brick pavilion. JPG

In front of Switzerland. JPG

I always use [brick-tei] [Switzerland] [Hayakawa] etc.

Of course, there are many other famous shops.

Restaurant Hayakawa. jpg
[Brick-tei] We keep pride and tradition firmly and value the dignity of the store. Is it the modernity unique to Ginza that makes you feel a little embarrassed?

[Switzerland] There is also a shop in my hometown, Tsukiji, so I feel even more familiar. Not only the famous "katsu curry", but also the standard taste that you will never get tired of.

Azuma. JPGThis time, I visited [Azuma] in Ginza 6-chome. This shop has a common sense of peace that can not be considered a location in Ginza anyway, and it is attractive that you can enjoy a meal without hesitation. The taste is like a nostalgic Western food.

The volume is perfect, making your stomach full.

It is also conscience that lunch is 880 yen for this quantity and quality. It's always crowded with regular customers.
Azu spa. jpgWhat I often order is the famous "Azu Spa" here. Cream croquette and Napolitan spaghetti beside curry rice, which has nostalgated rice. It's exciting because the longing taste of childhood appears on the plate together.

When you eat delicious food, you feel really happy.

Let's enjoy gourmet food firmly when you walk around Ginza.

Pilot Pen Station & Cafe

[Mapo ★] May 29, 2014 09:00

Pilots are the manufacturer of writing instruments that you all know.

This headquarters is located in Kyobashi, Chuo-ku.

RIMG1521.JPG RIMG1520.JPG

There is a cafe and a museum there, so I enjoyed it at once (*^^*)

First of all, there is a cafe on the first floor, so be prepared there.

In the menu called High Tea, it can be used as a High Tea Stand.

Mixed sandwiches, scones, etc. are listed and 700 yen with a drink.

And it's very reasonable♪

RIMG1510b.JPG RIMG1516.JPG

And the inside of the store is strangely calm.

It is easy for one woman to enter (*^^*)

After that, go to the pen station on the second floor.

There is a large maki-e fountain pen on display.

You can also see the evolution of writing instruments on the panel in chronological order.

RIMG1512.JPG RIMG1515.JPG

Speaking of which, when I was in elementary school, I had only pencils when I was 1.2 years old.

The appearance of the mechanical pencil was revolutionary and impressed.♪

When I was a junior high school student, a mossy ink pen that could write letters on a transparent underlay became popular.

Now, both public and private use gel ink ballpoint pens.

With that in mind, there is a considerable change in my history.★

Both the cafe and the museum can be very popular, so be sure to get it (* ^^ *).

Rabbit cream puff ★Nicolashal

[Mapo ★] May 22, 2014 14:00

Nishi-Gobangai Street in Ginza is on the street.

It has become a hot topic under the name Ginza Chocolat Street.

One of them.

Rabbit cream puff of Nichola Shar from Lyon.

I watched it once on TV and it was very cute, so I went there (* ^^ *)

KIMG0129d.jpg KIMG0126.JPG

It seems that Nikolaos's shop is the first shop in Ginza.★

He's a very friendly person.

In front of the store, both on weekdays and on Saturday, in front of the store.

I was talking to people walking along the street with a basket for tasting chocolate.

The cream puff from the show window is baked for a sample.

It seems that there is no cream inside.

KIMG0128.JPG KIMG0122b.jpg

I was planning to buy some cream puff and go home.

It's a great deal, so I decided to eat it at the cafe on the second floor.

Cute~ (*^^*)

There is no single cream puff in the cafe.

This rabbit cream puff plate (with drink) is 1870 yen.

There is a parfait with rabbit cream puff.

KIMG0123b.jpg KIMG0124b.jpg

By the way, you can buy only cream puff for takeout.

About 500 yen to 560 yen per piece.

I think it's cute and talked about making a souvenir (* ^^ *)

Ginza Mitsukoshi ★French food fair

[Mapo ★] May 18, 2014 09:00

This year, a French food fair is being held on the 8th floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi.

It's until May twentieth and the last day ends at 17 o'clock.

When you go up the elevator, you can sell miscellaneous goods such as bags.

The first food sales floor is oil sardine.

KIMG0124.JPG KIMG0125.JPG

It's an oil serdin in the Pluttany region, from a company called La Bell Iroisers.

The taste was very rich, and I was able to taste all 9 kinds.

All of them were delicious, but I made it a little spicy Pimento flavor.

And next is the mustard of Edmond Fallow for this purpose.

There are many kinds of mustards of Faroe.

I also sell it to Japan, but I went to buy a taste that I couldn't buy in Japan.

There was no pandemic, but there was a cassis, so I bought it.★

And next is cheese. It's also in Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi, and the main store is in front of Suitengu-mae.

A shop called cheese on the table.

This time, I also tasted cheese specially imported for fairs.

I bought shavre (goat cheese) and blue cheese.★

Next is the shops of Junbon (Ham) and Socison (Salami) in Byonne.

It was delicious, so I bought a ham.

KIMG0127.JPG

And let's go through the wine corner.

I've been drinking quite a lot of different kinds until now.

There are a lot of wines with labels that I have never seen before.

When I heard it, there are many wines that are sold only at hotels and restaurants.

It is also the real pleasure of the fair to buy such wine.

I tasted more than 10 kinds.

KIMG0137.JPG aRIMG0001.JPG

Sweets booths such as Essile Butter and Eskis Milfeuille were also exciting.

I will definitely go next year (*^^ *)

Why don't you enjoy the taste of Edo in late Tokugawa shogunate? late Tokugawa shogunate seats at Shimamura, Kappo cuisine

1. May 14, 2014 09:00

"Kappo cuisine Shimamura" is a long-established store founded in 1850 (1850) just after entering the corner of Mizuho Bank at the central exit of Yaesu. Since Perry arrived in 1853 (1853), he set up a store as "Shimamura of the caterpillar" on the eve of the turbulent late Tokugawa shogunate. It's also in the shop. In 1861 (1863), "Oedo Cuisine Numbering" is a famous restaurant that has been treated separately as a Gyoji along with "Hira Kiyo" and "Yaozen". This shop was loved by politicians and cultural figures such as Ito Hirobumi and Kaoru Inoue during the Meiji period.

100_1406.JPG

There are many exposures to TV and magazines, so many of you may know, but this time we will introduce "late Tokugawa shogunate Kaiseki", a special menu limited to Saturday.

The menu is as follows. "Wild sesame vinegar", "Uzura bowl", "sashimi", "sea bream helmet boiled", "Horaku steamed egg" (mix boiled chicken and shiitake mushrooms with the beaten egg, roast them and steamed in the sun)

"Kinpura" (Tempura, 3 shrimp made with egg yolk melted and raised with sesame oil) "White rice, incense food, miso soup" "Water confectionery"

The drink says, "Isn't there a lot of local sake not only going down at this time?" Although he said, "I didn't have beer yet, it's a bad way," it was just a "draft beer" because it was sweaty.

late Tokugawa shogunate seats are 3800 yen (excluding tax) Saturday night and night only for 30 meals. How about relaxing in the tatami room and enjoying Edo talks?
