The rainy season is over - "Natural Ice" shaved ice at Ibaraki Marche Cafe

1. July 23, 2014 12:00

Today, the "Declaration of the end of the rainy season" came out. Well, the rainy season starts even if the "declaration" is issued or not, but it is scary to imprint that it will not be a full-fledged summer arrival unless the "bui season declaration" is issued. Speaking of "summer", it is still "shaved ice". I was worried about this "Ibaraki Marche"'s "natural ice shaved ice" every time I stopped by Senttle, a bread specialty store. Just looking at the signboard that seems to be delicious until now with bad timing, I put it in today. The restaurant part has a lot of space, but just after lunch time is over, the state of "chartered". I wonder if it's such a luxury!

Natural ice is sent directly from Ibaraki every day. There are three types, "strawberry, tea, and mango", and today we made "Hokota Strawberry Shigure" 580 yen. This "Hokota Strawberry Shigure", which is filled with freshly shaved ice, has a handmade syrup of ripe strawberries, and the strawberries in the syrup can still see grains. It's an impression that it's handmade. As you eat shaved ice, there is a part where the ice sticks together and hardens, but because of natural ice, you do not encounter this lump until the end. Smoothly, squashing continues to the last spoon. It's a great surprise for shaved ice lovers. "Sashima tea Sansai Shigure" is so-called Uji Kintoki, but here we use "Sarushima tea" from Ibaraki. "Sarushima tea" is well known, so I asked, "I want you to write it in kanji." If there are many people who can't read it, just touch ruby and it's going to be a topic instead. Lunch and dayners using ingredients from Ibaraki, which are blessed with seafood such as soba and pork, as well as shaved ice, seem to be popular. "I brought it to Ibaraki's most delicious Toko Ginza" is the phrase of Ibaraki Prefecture antenna shop "Ibaraki Marche". It's going to be a hot summer again this year. I have a feeling that the day of going to "natural ice" will continue.

TEAM Saga-Saga beef "Kiraku" (Kira) Ginza Seiro lunch

1. July 22, 2014 09:00

Even though the declaration of the end of the rainy season has not yet been made, this heat, before the arrival of the full-fledged summer, it is around this time, but how about everyone? In such a case, "Ginza Kiraku", who is popular for "Saga beef original steamed steamed" and limited to eating delicious food and refreshing it. It is located on the 5th floor of the building facing Namiki-dori St. in Ginza 5-chome. The "Kiraku Ginza" store opened in September 2005 as an antenna restaurant that is not an antenna shop of "JA Saga". It's almost 10 years now, and it's become one of the shops that are completely rooted in Ginza and difficult to make reservations.

100_1434.JPG

I made a reservation after a little shift, but the large store is almost full. We decided to ask for the recommended "original steamed steamed" of a friend of the eating shinbo. Depending on the meat rank, you can choose 9000 yen for "highest Saga beef", 5500 yen for "Saga beef", and 3000 yen for "domestic beef". This time, we asked for "Saga beef" 5500 yen course "Assorted appetizers-Aya of Saga", "Kiraku Seiro steamed", " freshly cooked rice and hometown pickles", "Special dessert-season Umakamon" and "Ureshino tea" is.

100_1431.JPG 100_1432.JPG

Assorted appetizers include cold potage of corn soup, cold Saga beef, confi, and eggplant soaking, and the main Saga beef steamed is seasonal vegetables and mushrooms spread on a 30 cm square. Saga beef is served when vegetables and vegetables are soft. The person in charge will put it in one dose at a time, and the person in charge will sort it on the plate. Two kinds of sauces, ponzu and sesame sauce, have been repeated several times, and that amazing volume of vegetables have been completely flattened. !The next one brought is a cute size j kettle, the most difficult to cook with time, or the shiny rice grains stand. Rice "Dream no Shizuku" from Saga. My friend changed it twice, so I was happy to have a meal. The dessert is Kinako's ice cream, fruit compote and jelly, banana and mango cream brulee. It's Ureshino tea. The vessels to be offered are Fukagawa Seiki, Kakiemon Kiln, Taroemon Nakazato Kiln, and Hizen Mei Owa Paper, which I first met. Mei Owa Paper is an old-fashioned Japanese paper that began in the Genroku era, but "Kaji" is the raw material. There are many mulberry and mitsumata, but this is the first time Kaji. Because of JA's management, most of the ingredients are sent directly from Saga, agricultural products in Saga Prefecture, livestock, etc. "Saga no Umakamon", and I feel like I want to say "TEAM Saga". Also noteworthy is the good feeling of the service, the knowledge of the response, the timing of the service and the pleasant customer service after a long absence, and a friend of Kyushu Biiki said, "The service is still Kyushu." I'm proud of my hometown. How do you spend a delicious time in Ginza surpassing the heat?

Sovaristrante ★Holiday lunch at Naal

[Mapo ★] July 17, 2014 14:00

Sovalistrante Nar is located near Takaracho Station in Ginza 1-chome.

It's a soba restaurant, but it's Italian-like and fashionable.

This day was a holiday, so there was a holiday lunch.

1450 yen including appetizers and tempura three kinds, mori soba and soba real ice cream and drinks!

It's really worth it.

It's a little far from Ginza, so it may be a hideaway shop.

If you know such a soba ya, you can be proud of it (* ^^ *)

[Chuo-ku to enjoy with children] #01: Café with Graffiti (Ginza, limited time)

[Dye] July 10, 2014 14:00

This is a new mom correspondent m(__)m

Correspondent blog, too? ) I'm getting used to it little by little, so I'd like to start a series from a mom's perspective without permission.

The title is [Chuo-ku to enjoy with children]!

Chuo-ku has the image of an adult city such as Ginza and Nihonbashi, but I would like to introduce some spots that can be enjoyed by children little by little.

The first one is "GINZA RAKUGAKI Cafe & Bar by Pentel".

The walls, floors, and windows inside the store...A dream-like shop where you can graffiti anywhere!

It's something you can't usually do, so not only children but also adults can fit.

However, it seems to be crowded for a limited time until 7/27 (Sun), so I think it would be better to make a reservation when going out. It was a 90-minute system.

The 7th floor of a new building with impressive trees.

As expected, in the calm atmosphere of Ginza, the shop is also a gentleman.

s05_01.jpg s05_02.jpg s05_03.jpg

...However, the inside of the store is full of graffiti

s05_06.jpg s05_07.jpg

Dr. Dazai, too...

s05_05.jpg s05_04 (2). jpg s05_08.jpg

The curtain is also a canvas. The bathroom is also a must-see.

I drew "Tenharu Senta-kun" of the Chuo-ku Tourism Certification Mascot.

s05_09.jpg

I wonder if you've made a mistake.

Both dishes and drinks are colorful and exciting. And it's delicious!

I had the cocktail made with non-alcoholic.

s05_10.jpg s05_11.jpg s05_12.jpg

↑A photo taken by a mom who went with me. Vivid~☆

I also had a souvenir. Mr. Pentel, please give me a smart measure!

s05_13.jpg

It's excellent in writing.

When I asked at the time of booking, there was no chair for children, but it was possible to put a stroller in the seat. There seems to be a children's menu too.

The shop was very kind to us with children, and I was grateful.

At night, I think it's a completely adult atmosphere with BAR, but I think you can enjoy graffiti even with children at lunch.

I can't see it.

This summer, you can experience only here!

Ningyocho Cup Sake and Canned Bar "Kiha"

[Mido] July 10, 2014 09:00

A maniac standing bar I happened to find. The place is Ningyocho Station
It's about 5 minutes on foot, but it's hard to understand.
The signboard inspired by the JR East station name card is a landmark.
You can laugh that the front station is bare (Shirafu) and the next station is Chidori foot.
Opened in 2006, this shop mainly consists of canned food and cup sake.
It seems to be famous for railway fans. A celebrity's signature colored paper on the wall
It was raised. From the entrance to the toilet, all railway tracks
It's finished.

By the way, when you enter the store, only men will receive an entrance fee of 500 yen (transfer fee).
It will be. The entrance fee came out as a mini-saw with cheese.
Sage. I thought it would be a little expensive as a whole, but I thought
It was a junky taste and it was delicious.
tidbits's recommendation is a conbeef called "marriage hunting".
It's fried canned (500 yen). As it is when it is taken out of canned food
It's fried with clothes. (It's wild~!)

The store is divided into the first floor (car No. 1) and the second floor (car No. 2). Car No. 1 is available.
Car No. 2, which specializes in standing drinking, is designed to resemble a train car.
It looks like a commuter train with a long sheet, hanging leather and cargo shelves.
(It is also possible to charter car No. 2 at parties, etc.)
The store is decorated with various railway parts and railway models, and "Tetsu-chan"
I think it's a nice space.

"Eemon Ade Tokushima" debuted in Ginza!

[Apricot peony] July 7, 2014 09:00

The west side of Ginza 1-chome is a very fun area to walk, with many antenna shops lined up in Hiroshima, Yamagata, Okinawa, Kochi, Ibaraki, Fukui, etc.

The other day, when I entered Ginza Brick Street from Sakura-dori St., I heard the lively music of Awa Odori.

When I thought something, I found a shop called Tokushima antenna shop "Emon Ade Tokushima".

It was said that the oven was opened in December last year, and local sake is lined up in the store, along with specialty products such as sweets, bamboo chikuwa, bare noodles, dried potatoes, etc. .

ck1203_20140706 (2). jpg

It's not so wide, but I've noticed something that looks delicious, but for the time being, I bought a popular item "Katsuten", which makes fish surimi like a cutlet.

When I was paying, the person who seemed to be a salaried worker in the neighborhood bought "Wa no Somen chips" and told me, "This is delicious and it's addictive."

That's why I bought this chips together.

ck1203_20140706 (3). jpg

It seems that "Katsuten" can be fried with vegetables, but when heated with an oven toaster, it feels like a crispy and crispy ham.

It's a bit spicy, so it's perfect for beer.

Similarly, the noodles are also spicy and don't stop eating.

The place is an alley a little from a big street, but it is likely to be an indispensable shop for visiting antenna shops in the future.
