Rice lunch at Tsukiji Terrace

A while ago, I'm Tsukiji Terrace, a cafe dining room at Tsukiji 2-chome, which I introduced on this blog.

Facing Shin-ohashi-dori St., the seats on the second floor offer a panoramic view of Tsukiji Honganji across the street.

I ordered a rice lunch

It's Sangen pork saute.

The thick fat is also delicious.

There is a salad, a drink bar, and you can drink coffee after meals, so it's a great deal.

By the way, Sangen pork is a first-generation hybrid pig that combines three types of pigs.

When I chewed, the sweetness of the pork spread in my mouth, and the homemade onion sauce was well matched.

On weekdays, it will be open from 8:00 in the morning, and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, it will be open from 11:30 in the afternoon.

On weekdays, the morning menu is full.

Seafood Izakaya (Uoyu) at the base of Kameshima Bridge

At Hatchobori 2-chome, the back of the shop is Uoyu, a seafood izakaya facing the Kamejima River.

It is an izakaya with a wonderful lineup of liquor that claims to be a "fish and locally brewed sake" shop, but the lunch menu is also substantial and we use it.

People working in offices based in Hamacho and local residents will participate, and the harmony of people will expand. Even if you live in the same building, if the company is different, you rarely have the opportunity to meet everyday, but if there is such a place for local exchange, it is fun to have a conversation such as "I met again last time" That's right.
At the exchange meeting held on September 26, the theme was "Autumn Harvest festival," and a menu using freshly harvested rice and vegetables was served. The beer "Ise Sumiya Beer" was also very delicious.
I'm looking forward to next month.

Although it is a sweet of Iga, it is said that it was a preserved food of a very hard rice cracker, Hyoromaru, and Iga Ninja so that Iga Ninja can carry it.

It's a sweet with a good stomach.

It's really hard, so we sell it with a hammer like this, but it's still hard to break, so you can hit each other and break it and eat it.

There are two basic patterns, "same" and "blue seaweed". ]

Niihime-chan series

The new princess is a new kind of citrus from Kumano City, which is a hybrid of Yamato Tachibana and Wenzhou mandarin oranges.

Kumano City was registered as a variety in 1997.

The pouch in jelly is a blend of seminol and a new princess.

Mie's new sake brewing-friendly rice born in Iga, the so-called sake rice "Kaminoho", is made based on "good rice, good water, good technology".

It features a gorgeous Ginjo incense, a soft mouth full of swelling, and a gentle taste that feels slightly sweet.

"Delicious sake rice from the rice field of God", so it was named "God's ears".

Also, "Beautiful sake brewed in the land of Iga", so "Hanzo" bears the name of Hanzo Hattori.

"Mikan no Shizuku" is mandarin orange juice that irresistible sweetness of mandarin oranges.

Yamamura Soft Cream 360 Maruyama Village Dairy

Yamamura Dairy, which began in 1919 (1919), is characterized by "85 degrees 15 minutes passcharging sterilization" and a special milk production method.

It seems that this manufacturing method takes a lot of time and effort.

However, this method seems to produce natural sweetness and rich richness in milk.

This soft serve ice cream is based on rich milk and is finished with plenty of milk taste with homemade condensed milk.
