Hinamatsuri

[Marsha Horiuchi of Edo] February 23, 2017 14:00

An exhibition of the "Mitsui Family's Hina-sama," which tells the coming of spring, is being held at the Mitsui Memorial Museum in Nihonbashi until April 2.

According to the literature, "Hina play" is said to have existed since around the Shohei period (about 1070 years ago). Hina doll
When it was done, it was simply made of paper of men and women, and it was not necessarily a play only for women.
The fact that boys also played is in the "Goods and Classes". (From the catalog of Nara Prefectural Crafts Association)

According to the dictionary, "Hinamatsuri" is a celebration of the growth of the family's girls at the Hina doll festival on March 3rd.
With the hope that the children will be elegant and beautiful like the Heian nobles.
It is said that dolls representing the Emperor, Empress, and those who serve the court, dressed in beautiful Heian period costumes are displayed.

If you take a step into the museum, you will find a variety of tea bowls from the period, and if you like tea, you may be a coveted dish.
And there are many of the chicks of Meiji period, and I am surprised by the delicate skill of his work.

In particular, the chick decorations in Photo 2 are 3 meters wide and 5 steps high, and it is said that they are calm in gorgeousness.
I thought it was such a thing.
Hina doll in Photo 4 is a master craftsman at Nihonbashi Jukenten, and 5,6 dolls are works by master craftsman from Kyoto.
Photo 8 shows the heart of Wabi, a villa run by the Kita Mitsui family in the Koiso district of Oiso, Kanagawa Prefecture from the middle of the Meiji era to the early Showa era.

Cherry blossoms bloom

[Sam] February 22, 2017 18:00

RIMG2405'RSG.jpg Early blooming Okanzakura (Okanzakura), which is planted on the south side of Eitai Bridge Nishizume, is gradually beginning to bloom.

It is an impression of blooming much earlier than usual.

It can also be seen on both sides of the east filling.

Okanzakura is a hybrid of Kanhizakura and oshima cherry, and is a large tree with a height of about 10m.

I hear that the tree shape often spreads greatly.

The light red petals are round and large, and can be seen in fine cuts at the tip.

Japanese white-eye is coming to suck the nectar.

NISSAN CROSSING at Ginza Place

[Silver] February 21, 2017 18:00

It has been 5 months since Ginza Place opened on September 24, 2016 (Saturday).

I reported that I went to the underground beer hall, but I didn't go because the ground floor was crowded all the time.

Today, when viewed from the intersection of Ginza 4-chome on Ginza Street, it seems vacant, so I went out vigorously saying, "Yosha, go to buy a car!"

When you go up to the 2nd floor, there are two new cars. The future car, which was conscious of 2020, was super cool. I didn't ask the price for it because it's wild.

Looking at the cars and car accessories on display, I was tired, so I sat on a leather seat and saw the Wako clock tower.

I liked it a little, but the next time I came back to shop, I found a Cafe on my left hand.

Then, when I thought I would drink a little coffee and go home, I was told that I could roast coffee with the design of Nissan cars.

Cookies also look delicious at an affordable price of ¥300 per piece!

The coffee I ordered right away, Maki Art, is a coffee made with beans from South America, which is well balanced with milk.

It was a work of art that was regrettable to drink and break the shape. I love NISSAN CROSSING.

Bairin's "I'm sorry" flowering

[Sam] February 15, 2017 14:00

DSC_0976ELS'.jpg

DSC_0978RS'G.jpg I heard that there are about 130 plums planted in the Hamarikyu Onshi Garden in total, about 10 types.

Last month, following the blooming of early blooming plums around the Service Center / flower garden from around the former Inao Shrine / Hanakien, about 80 Bairin plums began to bloom.

The 11th Shogun Ienari liked the double-flowered large-flowered "Kengyo", the double-flowered large-flowered "Yae-Yaba", which has red branches and calyxes red and double-flowered, and the green calyx with yellow-green branches and calyxes. It has been planted, but this time's attention is "I feel like it."

Among plums with many classic Japanese-style names, the middle ring of the double-flowered of the Noume family has a rare name and is called an unusual species.

Four patterns of flowers, red, light red, spot, and white, bloom in a single tree exactly mixed together.

Depending on the year, where and how it blooms, depending on the year, it is determined that the appearance differs every year.

It is a gorgeous flower figure that has the mystery of nature.

DSC_1011RSR'G.jpg Tokyo Tower's "Special Light Up" is illuminated and entertained according to weekends, anniversaries, events, promotions, etc.

Once a month, as a full moon night limited event, the "Full Moon Diamond Ver" lights up the upper part of the tower and the lower part shines pink in order to enhance the light of the "Full Moon".

In addition, a total of 100 candles are lit on the window side on the first floor of the large observatory and on the observation cafe "Cafe La Tor".

In the Great observation deck, "Candle + Night View + Full Moon Light" is a production to experience the ultimate healing space.

This month, February 11th, sunset-22:00 "Full Moon Diamond Ver" lit, 19:00-22:00 "Large observation deck Candle".

This time, you can also see the "Full Moon Diamond Ver" from the Sumida River Terrace in Kachidoki over the Tsukiji Market.

By the way, from 22:00 to dawn the next day, the standard "Landmark Light (Winter Version)" lights up.

GINZA SIX is unveiling April 20

[Silver] February 14, 2017 14:00

GINZA6 is unveiling and showing its gorgeous figure.

The completion ceremony of Ginza Six was held on February 1, and it is gradually appearing.

Will it be commonly called "G SIX" like the design of the front of the building?
The figure seen from the northwest of Ginza Street is like a window at the corner, giving the atmosphere of an Italian street corner. The outer wall is metallic silver with a calm color like Ginza.

Do you have FENDI in this corner?

DSC03774 (400x225). jpg

Next is the logo mark at the front entrance. The GSIX is particularly vivid.

It is said that there are 240 foreign brand shops in this building.

The banquet and restaurant on the 13th floor are located.

①THE GRAND GINZA, 2 Tsukiji Suzutomi, 3 L'homme du temps par a nu (Rom; du Tampagne)), 4-season aged ginza grill, 5 Grand Cru Café Ginza (Grunkuru Cafe Ginza), etc.

A Noh theater and a rooftop garden are also set up.

The opening date is April 20. I can't wait for you.
