A relaxing space

[Silver Fox 007] September 29, 2018 18:00

If you go to the ground from Exit A2 of Hatchobori Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line or JR Keiyo Line, you will find Sakuragawa Park.

Autumn leaves at Sakuragawa Rooftop Park. jpegPassing through this park with Shin-ohashi-dori St., you will find the Chuo Ward Women's Center "Bouquet 21". There is a staircase on the right side of the entrance, and it is written as Sakuragawa Rooftop Park. Sakuragawa Park often passes, but I've never been to the rooftop park, so I explored it.

I was surprised to climb the stairs out of breath, saying it was tight!

The surrounding building looks like Fukayama, and even the sound of the building's scream and the dokan sound of the building, and where is the maple that began to change color with the babbling flowing through the garden? It's a great feeling!

Various types of trees have name tags, and persimmons and pomegranates are also fruitful. There are many benches in the shade of trees, and lunchtime will be a great place for nearby office workers to relax. Like Chuo-ku, where the number of births is increasing year by year, there are playground equipment for children, and when the weather is nice, it will be crowded with little children.

View the Kamejima River from Sakuragawa Rooftop Park. jpegAs you pass under the trees, you will open the space and gateball field. There was a path along the side, so when I traced it, the Kamejima River jumped into my eyes. On the right, you can see the railway bridge of Minami Takahashi (reused part of the former Ryogoku Bridge of the bridge in 1904), and it is strangely impressive. Takahashi on the left and the moored boat reminds me that the city of Edo was a city of water transport. This path is a slope that can be reached on Gunshu Street.

Below the garden is the Sakurabashi No. 2 Pumping Station of the Tokyo Metropolitan Sewerage Bureau, which plays a role in protecting the city from flooding.

It was an autumn afternoon when I found an unexpected relaxing space.

The sidewalk in Chuo-ku is interesting! 15 [Ebisu Street]

[Minato kid] September 27, 2018 12:00

ebisu04m.JPGHello, this is Minato kid. Today, I would like to walk "Ebisu Street" from 3-7 Nihonbashi Honmachi to 14 Nihonbashi Daidenmacho.

On Ebisu Street is the famous Takarada Ebisu Shrine in Bettara City. Since the old days of Edo, as a god of business prosperity, house security, and fire prevention, it has been popular with the common people as "Ebisu-sama in Otemmacho".

When Ieyasu Tokugawa entered the prefecture, Magome Kageyu, who accompanied Mikawa Country (now eastern Aichi Prefecture) and accomplished this big business, was awarded Ebisu, a prayer for the prosperity of the Tokugawa family. Was. sacred object of worship is said to have been created by Unkei, a master of the Kamakura period.
Originally, Takarada Shrine was located in Takarada Village in Edo Castle (now near Otemachi). The name is also derived from this.

ebisu03m.pngIn 1606 (1606), with the expansion of Edo Castle, Kanmu Magome served as the guardian of Takarada Village and moved to this area with the residents. After that, we will stand up the large Temmacho.
Kanmu Magome became the master of this area, and for generations he played the role of Dochu Denmayaku. The role of horseback is the role of handing over human horses to official travelers.Kyobashi has the role of Minami Denma, and Kodemmacho has the role of horseback riding in Edo Prefecture. Was called.

ebisu02m.JPGBy the way, in the mansion of the Magome family, there was a 18-year-old daughter named Otake, who came out from Dewa Country (now Yamagata Prefecture) to serve. Mr. Take was very merciful, and he did not waste a grain of the United States and a piece of vegetables, but gave it to the poor.
One day, a man from Mt. Haguro, Dewa, appeared and told him that he was an incarnation of Dainichi Nyorai. This story spread throughout the city, and many people came to worship bamboo. It was around 1640 (1640). The well that Take used still remains on Ebisu Street.

The Bettara City and the Ebisu God Festival, which are held on October 19 and 20 every year, are still important annual events for merchants as a preparation for the New Year, as they are preparing for the New Year. I am. Originally, it was based on the customs of Kansai, with the religion of Ebisu God as a guardian deity of commerce.

ebisu01m.JPGOn the 19th, items offered to Ebisu-ko, fish and vegetables, and Komiya (household miniature shrine) were sold. On the day of the 20th, we had a grand feast with relatives. Also, in Edo, it seems that both the gods of Ebisu and Daikoku were celebrated.

Ebisu Street is a small street. Even though office buildings lined up, the history that has been handed down and the old streets left a remnant of time. I'm looking forward to the Beta City and the Ebisu Shrine Festival, which will be held soon.
At the festival, there is a city in front of Takarada Ebisu Shrine Gate and around it.

Tokyo Tower "Otsukimi Light Up"

[Sam] September 26, 2018 18:00

DSC07220ELS'.jpgDSC07223RS'G.jpg On September 24, when the mid-autumn moon (15 nights) falls on August 15 in old calendar, the "Otsukimi Diamond Ver" lights up at Tokyo Tower.

Sunset ~ 11:00

In order to make it easier to see the famous moon, which is the leading role, the top and feet are boldly illuminated, with lights off.

In addition, the 600 outer stairs up to the 150m-high main deck, which is usually open from 11:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, are specially released during the time zone from 11:00 to 22:00 only on this day, and walk up while watching the moon below the night view of Tokyo.

From the Sumida River Terrace in Kachidoki, over the Tsukiji Ohashi Bridge, a silhouette dyed with "Aqua Blue" with partial lighting is emerging.

Echizenbori Park

[Satoken] September 26, 2018 09:00

It's a park that I always go to. This time, I had my own discovery. The surrounding stones are excavated, but if you look closely, they are cut into triangles and there are grooves. It may be to improve chewing and draining, but I feel the skill of the skill and the spirit of the craftsman. I once again thought that the charm of the ward was hidden in familiar places.

Mid-Autumn Moon (Fifteen Nights)

[Sam] September 25, 2018 18:00

DSC07227RELS'.jpgDSC01465LSBG.jpg This year, September 24 is August 15 in old calendar, and the mid-autumn moon (15 nights).

During this period, the moon rises in the clear night sky at an angle suitable to look up, making it the best season for moon viewing.

This day was cloudy all over the country.

Although it was a worrisome sky, the clouds were cut off in the city center and I was able to enjoy the moon viewing.

From the Sumida River Terrace of Shinkawa Park (Shinkawa 2) along the Sumida River, a fantastic circle "moon" is appearing in the night view corner of the Okawabata River City Condominiums.

By the way, since the phases of the moon are not perfect one month, the mid-autumn moon (15 nights) is not necessarily the full moon, and this year, September 25 is the full moon.

Nihonbashi Takashimaya New Building opens today! The toilet is amazing

[Shiba Inu] September 25, 2018 18:00

DSC_0153.jpgThe new building of Nihonbashi Takashimaya, which has been attracting attention for a long time, opened today on September 25. Restaurant areas that open at 7:30 in the morning and specialty stores that offer highly sensitive lifestyles are attracting attention....

DSC_0129.jpg

The most wonderful thing I actually went and saw!

It's a toilet!

I'm sorry that I couldn't put an image, but it's a toilet with a different concept for each floor. There are several toilets on every floor, with a spacious and calm color, with sofas, dresser rooms, and many outlets. There is also a decoration like a waiting room in the restaurant, so you can take a break.

The nursing room is spacious and beautiful like a hotel room, and there is also a plan of Pikachu, so you can relax.

A toilet...Some people may think that it is important first in commercial facilities! Until now, in the toilets of commercial facilities in Chuo-ku, the taste was Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi and the practicality was Ginza Marronnier Gate, but today the Nihonbashi Takashimaya New Building has jumped to the top.

DSC_0135.jpg

The shopping area was also very good.

Personally, isn't it the best commercial building made in the last few years? I felt it. First of all, the colors inside the building are unified with ivory and brown, the decoration is made of tactile and eye-friendly colors and materials such as wood, bricks, and flowers, and the lighting is soft and not too bright. The aisle is also large and has a simple structure that makes it easy to go around the floor, so you don't get tired of walking.

Even if you go shopping with the latest large commercial facilities, "I'm tired, so let's go home now."...Often, I didn't feel such visual fatigue here.

However, there are not many places to sit in the shopping aria, so if you want to take a break, we recommend going to a restaurant or a nice toilet. There is also a healing rest area surrounded by vegetation near the entrance on the first floor.

The shops in the store also handle products such as "It's fun to see and healed" rather than "stimulating and sharp", just like the color inside the store, so the wallet's string seems to be loose.

Also, there is a bellworm in the rooftop aerial garden! I can hear a cool squeal from Japanese pampas grass, so I recommend that too. There are no benches, so it is not suitable for a break, but you can overlook Nihonbashi.

Last but not least,

The road leading to the Pokemon Center on the south side of the main building.

DSC_0158.jpgThis is a row of cherry blossom trees, and in the spring you can enjoy one of the most scenic views in the Nihonbashi area. It is very recommended for those who like the cherry blossoms in the city.

Let's have a wonderful toilet at the new Nihonbashi Takashimaya New Building! I hope everyone will experience it.
