Tsukiji Pickledtei, recommended by Ginzo fish shop in Tsukiji

[Silver] September 14, 2010 11:00

CIMG6279.jpg

Tsukiji River Park at Tsukiji 7-chome

Where you entered the alley between Minoriya

It is called "Tsukiji Pickledtei".

A shop that sells fish fillets has opened.

When I asked a young owner, "Do you want to bake?", They are happy and bake them on a seven-wheeled charcoal fire.

CIMG6280.jpg

There are delicious fillets lined up.

It's the same price.

Today, I took home the grilled silver cod fillet and enjoyed it.

The article and price are very reasonable.

CIMG6281.jpg

At home, baking is very recommended for those who avoid fish dishes because there is smoke indoors.

Business hours are from 17:00 to 20:00.

Market holidays, weekends and holidays

I'm absent.

It's delicious. happy01

The bees dance in the sky of Ginza (Ginza Bee Project)

[Yurikamome] September 8, 2010 15:00

2010_0906 Bees and Vegetables. JPGDo you all know that bees are flying in the sky of Ginza? ・・・・

Bees are called "environmental indicator animals" and cannot live long in environments where pesticides and pesticides are often used.

However, since 2006, the rooftop of the Paper and Pulp Hall has been used as a home to collect and transport dense from honey sources in the Ginza area.

The area where honeybees can carry honey is a radius of 4 km and the height seems to fly well about 50 meters.

Ginza seems to be far from the natural environment, but the nectar source carries nectar unrelated to pesticides from Hamarikyu, Hibiya Park, the Imperial Palace, street trees and flower beds.

On the roof of the paper pulp hall in Ginza, people of the "NPO Ginza Bee Project" keep Western bees and Japanese bees, actually collect and bottle them, sell them, or cooperate with confectioneries to make sweets together.

Honey is also sold at the honey specialty store "Laveil Ginza" on Matsuya Ginza B1F.

Let me see you

Thank you very much.

A population spleen frame made of straw material.

In a month, it accumulates so dense that it can be collected.

Take nectar with a knife.

There is more bissiri nectar around May and June, but it is less in September.

Put the dried nectar in a stirrer.

Last year, 800 kg of nectar was collected, but this year it will be around 860 kg.

There are many be-gardens on the rooftop of the Ginza Building and other to nurture Ginza bees.

① Ginza Blossom rooftop: canola flower

② Whitezuru Sake Brewery Rooftop ... Sake rice edamame

③ Matsuya Ginza rooftop ... Summer vegetables (Nasuedamame sweet potato)

④ Tokyo Gallery ... is very popular with customers.

⑤ Marronnier gate

The following is a rooftop farm planting schedule scheduled for the roof of the Ginza Mitsukoshi New Building.

"Ginza Bee Project" is growing, supported by many companies and many individual members.

I borrowed a special combination of white jackets and green hats with nets in the hut where I received the interview very comfortably and worked on the bee.

Bees are perfume, hangovers, dislike the smell of sweat and get angry on rainy days, cloudy days, and cold days, so nestling box cannot be opened.

We hope that everyone will understand Ginza well in consideration of small creatures, and that pesticide-free flowers and vegetables will grow on the roof of the building.

"Lindt Chocolat Cafe Linz Chocolat Cafe"

[Satsuki Yanagi] September 8, 2010 11:40

lindt4.jpg"Lindt Linz Chocolate" was born in Switzerland in 1845.

I understand that some of you know the packages you see at department stores and international supermarkets.

lindt2.jpgFrom the "Lindt Linz Chocolate", a cafe that was only found in Australia in the world until now was born in Ginza.

lindt5.jpg

We told him that he was a correspondent of the Chuo-ku Tourism Association, and received permission to shoot.

There is a sales corner and a cafe corner inside the store.

At the cafe, you can enjoy Sweets such as cakes and drinks made with Linz chocolate, as well as waffles and snacks.

A set of cakes that can be selected from the showcase in the store and drinks that can be selected from the menu.

Both the "Cake & Drink" set and the "Light meal (slight meal) & Drink" set are cheaper than ordering individually! !

I came to you late in the afternoon, so the type of cake in the showcase was decreasing.

We had a "Cake & Drink" set.

"Milk Chocolate Shake" (normal 1/2 size), "Strawberry & Mango Verine (with glass)" and "Wimbledon".

I'm very happy that the drink comes with Petit Pralinee Chocolat!

lindt34.jpglindt33.jpg

The cake is made carefully and has a high-quality taste.

Is the shake blended with vanilla ice cream?

It's full of vanilla beans, but it's smooth and easy to drink, and I liked the first and second most chocolate drinks!

In addition to cakes and chocolates, various things are sold in the store.
