You can get 2 chopsticks for lunch ★Ginza Hanadaikon

[Mapo ★] April 28, 2011 08:30

Natsuno, a shop specializing in chopsticks in Ginza, was introduced in June last year.
There is a restaurant called "Hanadaine" on the first basement floor of the Natsuno Honten.

I made a telephone reservation in advance at 11:30 right after the opening.
I took a picture with no customers yet.
I was guided to a private room in the back. By the way, there are only 2 private rooms.

After all, I ordered a healthy "homemade tofu Gozen" of 1200 yen.
First of all, tofu comes and ignites!
Then the fire goes out and the table is carried by the time it is completed.

RIMG6116.JPG RIMG6119.JPG

Egg-yaki, boiled beef and carrots, red soup, rice. It's healthy.
And the freshly made tofu is very delicious~ (* ^^*)
Boiled beef and carrots also have a strong taste and rice goes on!

And the staff brought me a chopstick bag.
"Please take your chopsticks home."
I'm happy because my chopsticks are cute with red daruma~★

The coffee after meal is a small spoon with a demitas size.
Kagawa Prefecture's traditional confectionery "Ori"
It is also cute and delicious with a crispy feeling with less sweetness.
It was sold next to the cash register (*^^*)

In addition, you can get another chopstick if you take the flyer you got with the chopstick bag in the small summer on the 6th floor.
Small summer is a shop specializing in chopsticks for children, but chopsticks seem to be available for adults.
This was a different color of the rabbit chopsticks that I use! This chopsticks are very easy to use.

It's really great to have lunch and get 2 chopsticks.
There seems to be a self-service salad on weekdays.

Rooftop of Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi

[Mido] April 26, 2011 08:30

A long time ago, during the Showa era, the rooftop of a department store was a little amusement park.
The Ferris wheel, monorail, and mini SL are moving.
For children, such as game corners and penguin shows.
It was a fun place.
How is the rooftop of such a department store now in Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi?
I went to the rooftop. The rooftop of a department store, for short, "Depaya" is right?

Since the Mitsukoshi Main Store is 7 stories high, the rooftop is on the 8th floor of the building.
Perhaps because there are many high-rise buildings around the building, there is a gap between the buildings.
It's like a "space" ..., and unexpectedly there is a sense of openness.
The first thing you'll notice is the tower tower that towers on the rooftop, a symbol of Mitsukoshi.
The mark is quite noticeable.
And there are various plants in the garden called "Chelsea Garden".
Heals the tired heart of everyday life.
In addition, there is a stone monument engraved with "Echigo-ya in Soseki". Soseki Natsume's
Echigo-ya (currently Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi) often appears in novels.
Before going to elementary school, Soseki himself went to Echigo-ya to buy yellow Hachijo and shrink surfaces.
It was written that he was brought to me.

There was a shop on the rooftop, but looking at the menu, zaru soba 315 yen.
Ramen 500 yen, Tarako pasta 500 yen, and Ninmari is a common setting.
On the day of the interview, despite the warm weather, people were sparse.
So I took a leisurely nap.
Sleep in a prime location in Tokyo without being disturbed by anyone.
I don't think there are so many places where you can do it.
I think it can be used for a date as a secret place.
Why don't you take a look at "Depaya" for the first time in a long time?

Hamarikyu Sakura Various

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] April 14, 2011 16:00

I was invited by the recommended information on the correspondent blog and went to Hamarikyu for the first time.

Adjacent to Shiodome's skyscrapers, it was incredibly quiet that the capital height was running right next to it, and it seemed that time was slowly moving here. Bolas and black dais were swimming in the pond that drew seawater.

Hamarikyu, where the village cherry blossoms are at their best (until May 5, free of charge for Chuo Ward residents)

[Yurikamome] April 14, 2011 10:00

This year we are blessed with good weather and cherry blossoms are beginning to bloom.

Pink-white white Myo, Suruga Dainioi, Sendai Ya

You can enjoy 5 colors of cherry blossoms, such as green gyoiko yellow turmeric ...

If you walk along the row of cherry blossom trees on a large site, you will forget that you are in the city.

Guests invited to the Hama Goten during the Edo period look at the cherry blossoms, falconry, write waka at Nakajima's Chaya and Matsuno Chaya, look at expensive hanging scrolls and pots, and fish. You can imagine how you enjoyed it.

There are various types of village cherry blossoms, and the name is unknown ... It is quite interesting because it is different from the name I learned before.

Yoshino cherry tree, which bloomed a little late, is now in full bloom.

Because the trees are large, many people looked at them a little distance.

2011_0412 Hamarikyu Yoshino cherry tree 0034.JPG       On the other side of the maple young leaves is the "Matsu no Chaya", but the "Matsu no Chaya" and the greenery of trees are beautiful on the surface of the water.

     It was reflected.

2011_0412 Hamarikyu Pine Tea and Autumn Leaves Photo 0115.JPG It seems that the weather will be in spring today. Now, a TV announcer is talking.

From now on, the cherry blossoms will bloom more and more beautifully.

Yesterday, when crossing the "Oden Bridge", Ai (the name of the fish) was swimming in the "tide pond".

Please come and think of the time of the Edo period when it was Hama Goten.

Yoshino cherry tree of Hamarikyu is beginning to fall.

But from now until the beginning of May, the cherry blossoms bloom one after another, and the cherry blossoms welcome us at any time.

Others Odorikosou Kanto Dandelion Murasakikeman Fuji button, etc., buried with flowers.

Enjoy the flowers blooming under the more beautiful blue sky as seen in the picture.

After the Meiji Restoration, the shogun's garden became a member of the Imperial Family.

From the middle of the Meiji era to the early Taisho era, a cherry blossom viewing party was held every year at Hamarikyu.

Currently, it is a "Cherry Cherry Blossom Viewing Party" at Shinjuku Gyoen.

Let's do our best to visit the antenna shop Tohoku! Ginzo's creative dishes are also available

[Silver] April 11, 2011 09:00

First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to those affected by the disaster in Great East Japan Earthquake.

Newspapers and news have reported words and actions to support people in the affected areas.

By the way, what can we do far away from the disaster-stricken area?

Donations and excursions are important, but the special products that people in the affected area have grown over salt for many years.

I think it is also necessary to support them so that they will not be interrupted.

Today, with that feeling, I opened an antenna shop in the Tohoku region that is opening a store in Chuo-ku.

I went around. The first thing I visited was the Yaesu Tourist Exchange Center in Yaesu.

It was already full of customers and the inside of the store was full. On another occasion, I went to the next Yamagata Plaza.

CIMG8115.jpg

At "Delicious Yamagata Plaza", more people offer special vegetables, konjac, sweets, etc.

I was looking for it. Ginzo bought rare vegetables and other items.

CIMG8116.jpg

"Gunma-chan family" in Higashiginza. Safety and security Gunma fresh vegetables, konjac products, and beautiful folk crafts

It was on sale. There is also a tourist information center.

"Iwate Galactic Plaza". It is famous for its excellent exhibits and special products with content.

CIMG8118.jpg

"Lossing Monka Iwate!" It's a powerful declaration.

Instead of saying "Please do your best", I said "Let's do our best!"

Unfortunately, Saturday is until 15:00. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Let's check it out.

CIMG8122.jpg

Today, I bought a vegetable called "ice plant" at "Delicious Yamagata Plaza".

Can I see it? There is a sparkling blisters on the surface of the leaves.

According to the guidebook, "It is said that there is an effect of suppressing neutral fats and lowering blood sugar levels."

It's written. Well, this is the introduction corner of Ginzo's creative cuisine.

CIMG8127.jpg

"Ice plant" has sprout like flower buds at the center of the leaves.

The tofu was broken by hand, sprout was released, and the blisters were arranged so that they could see the blisters.

The dressing is based on the image of cherry blossoms, and the COOP plum vinegar dressing and the tarako sauce for the pasta of Company Q.

I added it. The pasta on the right hand uses the same sauce, season the sea bream with salt and pepper, and use the stir-fried sauce.

It is "Taranome" which was used and sauteed.

The pasta on the left is Bongore sauce containing clams for Restaurant Use by N.

All of them produced the coming of spring. Everyone, please try it.
