The taste of first love "Japanese bayberry" is a bell at Harumi Wharf.

During the rainy season, we took a walk at Harumi Wharf Park.

DSC_0164-1.jpg
When you enter the park from the old water bus stop, there are a lot of pigeons "swarm on the ground.

When you walk in what it is, the area is full of sour fruit scents.

DSC_0158-.jpg

When I looked up, I saw a big evergreen, a bright red, and a little fruit.

・・... "Japanese bayberry." ・・・・・・・・・

When contained in the mouth, a small grain but sweet and sour scent spreads in the mouth.

Even at the "Japanese bayberry" Tsukiji Market Fruits and Vegetables Department and outside the venue, they are lined up in stores for about a week in mid-June.

I told the wife of a standing drink in Tsukishima.

"It's the taste of my first love that I tasted with my lost husband during my honeymoon in Kochi ... nostalgic ..."

The sweet and sour scent of Japanese bayberry, which was sold in red, reminded me that I would never forget it.

Looking for it, it seems that there are two or three large trees in the park of this "Japanese bayberry".

During the rainy season, during the morning and evening walks, why not enter the evergreen forest and enjoy the scent of Japanese bayberry? Green trees deliver sweet and sour scent.

"Why are there no skyscrapers in Ginza?"

[Silver] June 20, 2014 14:00

Everyone, do you know why there are no skyscrapers in Ginza?
"It's because the ward office regulates height restrictions," and "Yes, there is a" Ginza rule "."

I didn't have any questions about it about 10 years ago.
I like Ginza, and I like walking not only on Ginza Street, but also on Namiki-dori St. and Marronnier Street, but I didn't think, "Why do you like walking around Ginza?"
It's not just because the sidewalks are well maintained. Eye-friendly space, calm building colors, stylish jackets in windows, etc.
And a pedestrian paradise on Ginza Street. People don't walk in a hurry.
This overlapped, and I felt that I could relax and enjoy the silver bra, so I could think.

Recently, I became interested in pursuing "why there are no skyscrapers in Ginza?" At that time, I found this book at the Kyobunkan.

20140609 011.JPG

The author is Eriko Takezawa, Secretary-General of the Ginza City Planning Council and Ginza Design Council.
This person's lecture had been heard at "Ginza Gaku" at Tsukiji Social Education Center and at the "Environmental Community Development Forum" at the Paper and Pulp Hall.
However, it was not possible to deepen the understanding of the "Ginza Filter" and "Ginza Rules" within a limited time.
After that, I passed the residential land and building transaction manager test, gained new knowledge such as restrictions on development such as district planning, and gained a different interest, and learned about this book.
The composition of this book is as follows.
Chapter 1 What kind of city is Ginza?
Chapter 2 The eve of large-scale development, Ginza in the 1990s
Formulation of the first district plan "Ginza Rules"
Chapter 3 A skyscraper of 200 meters is in Ginza?
"Ginza Town Planning Conference" started in 2004.
Chapter 4 The Voice of Ginza to Government
Chapter 5 New Architecture requires prior consultation with Ginza
Start of the Ginza Design Council
Epilogue
Sweeping

 (Impressions and recommendations after reading)
Ginza's history, it is based on the spatial size created by the relationship between the land and buildings of Edo townspeople.
I realize that the cityscape of Ginza has been cherished as a property, so it is fun to walk around Ginza.
In this book, the word "sharing" appears many times. For large-scale development, awareness of the current situation of residents and shop owners, sharing visions for the future, and sharing values.
Regarding the plan to increase the floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi, the question of why the installation of an aerial corridor was made clear.
Regarding the plan to rebuild Kabukiza, we also knew why we were able to clear the conventional height limit.
And the Ginza 6-chome plan is also described in detail.
What the author thought was great and great was not only a wealth of vocabulary, but also a solid description of sentences using adjectives and adverbs. I was amazed that this was the sentence of "Ginza-likeness".
And if he thought he had a great deal of knowledge about the Building Standards Law and urban planning, he said that he had passed through the gates of the university and studied again about what he had been involved in. I really admire you.

We recommend that you subscribe not only to those who live and work in Chuo-ku, but also to architecture, home construction, designers, and people of various genres.

Fumie Sagawa, music from Chuo FM "Chuo-ku Street Corner Sketch"

[Mill] June 3, 2014 09:00

The community FM radio in Chuo-ku, Chuo FM.

Local information useful for daily life and music programs of various genres are broadcast and entertained every day.

Among them, my favorite program is "Chuo-ku Street Corner Sketch".

It is a program that begins with a piano melody and introduces historical spots and people in Chuo-ku on a gentle sorrow melody.

Kachidokibashi, Kabuto-cho, Toki Bell, Akashicho, Takuboku Ishikawa, Ningyocho, Yaesu, Hiroshige Utagawa, Shintomicho, Tsukishima, Ryogoku Hirokoji, Tokasha 19, Tsukiji Hotel Hall ...

I am impressed every time I hear that there was such a wonderful story in the background of each city and people.

It's a very easy-to-understand program because it's broadcast several times a day.

(For broadcast time, please see the Timetable of Central FM. http://fm840.jp/timetable.html )

This program was also very useful when studying the Chuo-ku Tourism Certification Examination (^-^)

The music is very nice, so I wanted to know who it was, so when I contacted me in Chuo FM's lunch program `` Hello Radio City '', it was a song of a pianist named Fumie Sagawa I told you.

Sagawa's album "Wave a Light" and his self-produced version "Tamayura".

What a radio triggered me to meet Mr. Sagawa himself, and I handed it at that time.

It was a very friendly, bright and wonderful person, and I was really impressed to meet you.

The two songs used in "Chuo-ku Street Corner Sketch" are "Soon" that flows at the beginning and "Hikari no Ho".

As soon as you listen, the content of the program seems to be revived.

"Soon" is a song that is included only in the self-produced version, and "Hikari no Ho" is also included in the album "Wave a Light".

"Weave a Light" means "weave a light".

As the title suggests, Sagawa's spinning song makes you feel the light of various colors.

Mr. Sagawa, born in 1973, started playing piano at the age of eight, graduated from Toho College of Music, piano department, and went to the path of piano teacher.

He has continued to perform with artists of various genres, and in 2006 he produced his own CD "Tamayura".

However, he was notified of cancer in 2007 and was hospitalized.

It seems that the view of life turned upside down after a big operation.

After a year of anticancer drug treatment, he has now returned to performance activities and work safely.

When I met, I was very energetic and lively, and I couldn't believe that I had such a big illness.

It was in 2010 that the album "Wave a Light" was released.

What I feel in Sagawa's song is the brilliance and gentleness of life.

It seems that warm light is dancing in the beautiful melody.

When I met, I realized that Sagawa's personality, talent, and effort can turn the pain and sadness that I experienced into music into the "light that impresses people" Did.

Sagawa is currently working as an artist with an individual piano teacher.

On June 19th, a live concert will be held at a shop called backstage in Nakameguro.

If you would like to listen to Sagawa's music with live performances, please (^-^) /

Sagawa's homepage also has a live schedule, and you can listen and purchase albums, so if you are interested, please see here.
