 This is a gallery I've always wanted to introduce. Located in a quiet corner deep on the 4th floor of Nihonbashi Coredo Muromachi 3, the Chiba Bank is a free art space established by the Chiba Bank to contribute to the development of cultural and artistic activities in the region. We hold special exhibitions of famous artists and public exhibitions of artists related to Chiba Prefecture.

 

 I usually didn't shoot, so I gave up halfway on posting on my blog. On this day, Mr. Sho Honda, a Japanese painter on display, came to the venue, and the shooting was OK, and I was able to hear the story.

Sho Honda was born in Chiba Prefecture, graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, and was selected for the first time at the 68th Spring Exhibition in 2013, and since then has been selected in many exhibitions and has received numerous awards. It is an up-and-coming Japanese painter. The work uses a variety of techniques to express the vitality and beauty of wood based on nature as a motif. The art materials are layered with rock paint, gold leaf, silver leaf, and tin leaf on Japanese paper, and the delicate and rich texture is involuntarily watched. "I would be grateful if you could cover all over Japan and share the scenery that resonated with your heart with everyone who appreciates it through pictures." In Chuo-ku, where Tsukiji is located, ingredients from all over Japan are gathered. Food education education in Chuo-ku of food can be said to be one of the important educational activities. Early childhood education in Chuo-ku promotes dietary education not only with kindergarten children but also with parents. Therefore, I visited the "Home Education Study Group" at Toyomi Kindergarten, Chuo Ward on January 24. The lecturer was Professor Nobuko Itarashiki, a food education researcher. I'll give you tips for getting your family healthy, taking a week menu as an example.

◎Advice on making lunch boxes - Lunch boxes that children are pleased with

-Isn't there some parents who are worried about making lunch boxes for the first time? It is safe if you know the basics of making lunch boxes.

●Basic lunch making-The ratio of lunch menu is half the staple food by dividing the lunch box into 6 equal parts.

Basically, the rest is divided into three equal parts and one-third is packed with two-thirds of the main dish at the ratio of side dishes.

●Lunch box Saizou (Japanese dietary intake standard) 3-5 years old, 85-110cm, energy required for one meal 450Cal, lunch box size 450ml-6-8 years old, 117-128cm, energy required for one meal 500 to 550Cal, lunch size 50ml

●Tips for packing lunch boxes

●Tips that do not leak or stain

・Moisture from boiled dishes and boiled dishes can cause pain, so cut the juice and pack it, put it in a tea strainer, squeeze it, sprinkle it with bonito, thick kelp, sesame, etc. to avoid excess water, put it in aluminum foil or silicon cup・ Fruits have a lot of water, so put it in another container.

・When the meat cools down, the oil will deteriorate the texture and taste, so choose a place with less fat. When frying, add water-soluble potato starch and add toromi, or add eggs, etc., you will not be bothered by the cold fat. It is up to each family to actually work on it, but it is quite different just by having the prior knowledge and attitude in that case. I would like to introduce you to Toyomi Kindergarten. It was completed on September 1, 2016 as a kindergarten attached to Toyomi Elementary School. The school building and garden building that can image the sea very brightly and richly look like a boat floating in the open sea.

Tokyo Marathon Expo

He is a photographer who travels to places where ordinary people cannot go, such as Bhutan, Thailand, Finland, etc., and conveys the atmosphere of the people living there wonderfully. Matsu no Ochiya (Hamarikyu Onshi Garden Part 2) Swaying Staggered Stag

 It seems that only those who visited Matsuno Ochiya on the afternoon of a sunny winter day can see it.

 Matsuno Ochiya Special Opening is Thursday / 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm (cancelled during bad weather).


 The pine Ochiyaya was restored in 2010. It is a teahouse facing the Shioiri Pond and is one of the highlights of Hamarikyu.

 During the battle of Toba Fushimi (1867), Yoshinobu Tokugawa was raised by boat from Osaka Castle to Edo. It is said that it was Matsuno Ochiyaya that took a break for a while.

 Matsuno Ochiya is a teahouse, so the use is different from the teahouse (chashitsu) that performs tea ceremony.

 Walking around the stroll garden, resting your tired body, watching the tide pond, eating, etc....Yeah. It seems that it was a special place where important customers invited by the general could relax.

 There were many things to see inside Ochiyaya, a pine tree in Sukiya-style Shoin-zukuri Architecture.
