[Kra-san] June 24, 2015 09:00

At Koami Shrine, a large Chinowa made of a bundle of kaya is displayed from the 20th, and it is installed at the torii gate until June 30th, when the "Natsukoshi great exorcism" is held.

great exorcism is a Shinto ritual that has been handed down since ancient times, and is a traditional ritual that prays twice a year (June and November) in front of God for purifying sins and filth, purification of the mind, and reviving the soul. Also, if you put a doll (Hitogata) to the shrine with the first ho fee, you can pray in the great exorcism style.

I go through "Chinowa" to cleanse my mind and body, but this is based on thetopographical record of Bingo. At the time of this passing through Chinowa, "The person who purifies Natsukoshi of Minazuki is the life of a thousand years." On the way back, he will remove the ring kaya, which is said to exorcise evil, and leave it at the entrance.

Sukiyabashi Park 2015/05/23 I went to a free real estate consultation on holidays

[Silver] June 1, 2015 14:00

In Sukiyabashi Park, a stone monument called "There is Sukiyabashi here in the past", was erected, and it was the stage of the radio drama "What is your name?"

In Sukiyabashi Park, Taro Okamoto's "Young Clock Tower" warmly watches the people coming and going and continues to carve a peaceful time.

At the willow festival in May, a concert was being held here.

That's why I felt like something fun today, so I came here.

Today, the "Free Real Estate Consultation on Holidays" was held, sponsored by Chuo-ku and sponsored by the Housing Association Chiyoda Central Branch. .

Well, I remembered that a free consultation was held during the autumn "Marugoto Museum".

Today, if you apply for the "Look for mistakes" drawn on the flyer, you will receive all souvenirs, so I applied.

I received a small LED portable light that is convenient in the event of a power outage.

And I decided to talk about the land and house where I moved.

My question is:

①Do I have to report to the tax office after selling the disposed land and house?

②Whether or not there is any preferential treatment under tax law if the disposal is damaged.

③If you do not replace it, the difference if you do it.

What is the applicable condition of the tax incentives? I asked a question.

The lawyer's teacher answered such questions carefully and clearly.

In addition, even though I asked a question, I received a souvenir (radio) for disaster prevention goods.

In Chuo-ku, which is sponsored by the Housing and Construction Association Chiyoda Central Branch, which is engaged in such social contribution activities.

I was deeply respectful and grateful. Why don't you feel free to consult at the next event?
