All Japan Tug of War Festival will be held!

[Kyuta] August 20, 2012 12:08

Speaking of tug-of-war, it is a standard event of the athletic meet, but few people know the tug-of-war as a sport with official rules.

A national convention for such a tug-of-war competition was held at Chuo-ku Sports Center on August 19 (Sun).

Because it is a tug-of-war tournament, when I enter the venue that "Oes" would be loud and friendly and excited ...

Eight players in each team hold the rope silently, and everyone stops at the same posture = a sharp angle just falling down. What are you doing? ?

However, if you look closely, it sometimes moves little by little ...

What! In the middle of the competition! This was a classic attitude to pull the rope, and every team was dressed in the same way.

A game development that can not be imagined from the athletic meet tug of war, power Osako! I was very excited.

In addition, the tournament has not only championships, but also general teams and elementary school students, and this is a standard tug-of-war game, but everyone was serious, probably influenced by the next championship.

DSC04395.JPGIn the general section, those who are usually proud of their strength also participated, and it was a fun battle to watch, such as uniforms of cat marks and fire precautions.

In the elementary school section, in addition to the Kendo Boys and Fire Boys in Chuo-ku, teams from Kesennuma also participated. Moreover, the Kesennuma team won the championship! It was a great success for the Great East Japan Earthquake Reconstruction Support Competition.

In addition, at the exhibition, "Miss Chuo" and wrestlers in the local sumo room compete with children, and outside the venue, there is also a stall village with Tohoku specialty products, etc. Was full of people.

This tug-of-war festival is scheduled to be held next year.

By all means, why don't you visit the venue next year and enjoy a slightly different tug of war?

140th Anniversary of Meijiza Starring Mao Daichi Oedo Hitori 808

[Silver] August 14, 2012 08:30

Meijiza will celebrate its 140th anniversary on April 28, 2013. This year, various wonderful stages are being held as pre-events. Today, I enjoyed "Oedo Hitori 808" starring Mao Daichi. The original is Shotaro Ishinomori, and historical drama is being developed in dramatic style. Mao Ochi's Oiran and town daughter's kimono were glossy and heart04very nice. The finale of the play is also impressive. The young figure of Wataru Kozuki, the role of Naohime, was dignified and cool. The performance of Kei Kijo, the role of the town daughter, was also cute and wonderful. After the drama, the song was performed in a musical style, and it was like a kimono fashion show. This performance is until August twenty-seventh. Please refer to the following URL.

I have become a member and make a reservation at "Seatrooming". We have already booked a performance by Fuyumi Sakamoto and Ayako Fuji in September. httpheart02://www.meijiza.co.jp/info/2012_08/

Introducing "Why Ningyocho Seto Festival".

In the Edo period, the Ningyocho area, which was sandwiched between the Nihonbashi River and the Hakozaki River, was convenient for sea transportation, so sake and sand.

It prospered very much as a collection point for daily necessities such as sugar, soy sauce and grain.

Along with them, ceramic wholesalers in Hamacho and Kakigara-cho spread the household in the Kanto region.

"Setonoichi", which conveys the liveliness of the past, is held every year for three days in the first week of August.

At the Great Kannon Teramae, there is also a "Rokuro Experience Class".
