Supplied cream puff <Sucre-rie>

[whatever] September 10, 2013 09:00

One year before moving to Chuo-ku, Sucre-rie, a shop taught by a friend working in Kofune-cho. It is a popular confectionery shop with cream puff.

It was open until 19:00, and when I stopped by trying to buy it on the way home from work on weekdays, the tag of "Sold out" was ... even if I looked into another day while I thought sorry, "Sold out" is just hanging at the entrance ...
That's why I'll try it on the weekend. It seems that the sales time is fixed, and even if you go several times according to that time, there is also a "Sold out" tag again.

・・... One year has passed since I left my house to arrive 10 minutes before the sales time today. It's cloudy and there's a forecast to rain, so if you're going to be so high that it's not lined up, there's already a long line. I was a little impatient, but I was relieved that the clerk checked the number of purchases and asked me that it had not yet reached the sold out. However, it seems that the number of sales has reached around 10 people who were lined up behind me.

It will be the sales time and proceed to the store in order. Since it is not a cream puff specialty store, it also sells baked goods, puddings and cakes. I have had Mont Blanc, but it was delicious.

Well, it's a cream puff. The Shoo skin is crisp and baked, and the surface is covered with black sesame, and the texture and aroma that can be played in the mouth is a wonderful accent. Slightly hardened custard cream is packed tightly, and quickly goes to stomach.
