Spring Nihonbashi Osanpo Tour with a series of children Part 5: Limited menu at Nihonbashi Senbikiya Sohonten

[Edamame] April 16, 2017 09:00

When you get off the cherry-blossom viewing cruise ship, just 3 p.m.

It's time for snacks.

Well, where shall I go?

"Nihonbashi Senbikiya Sohonten" came to mind.

There are many small children, including a daughter who is not yet 2 years old, Azuki.

It's better to have delicious fruitsApple.

I can give you some food, is it okay? Yeah.

So, on the second floor of Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower, head to Nihonbashi Senbikiya Sohonten Nihonbashi Main Store Fruit Parlor.

It was a weekday, so it was quite a few people, but I was able to enter without waiting so much.

Speaking of Nihonbashi Senbikiya Sohonten, big classics such as fruit sandwiches are also very delicious.

What caught my eye when I saw the menu

The character of "Goodbye Toden 7000 Special Project".

Speaking of which, a little ago, a story about Toden 7000 was posted on the correspondent blog.

/archive/2017/03/7000.html

That's why I decided on this.

After a while after ordering, along with the setting of the tableware

DSC_1015.jpg

I have a special seat for this menu.

I'm a little happy. It's like this.

And thank you for waiting!

It is "Hawaiian Canoe" of the limited menu!

aviary-image-1491474761859.jpeg

From the shop

"Please enjoy it by mixing pineapple and ice cream."

・・It's delicious!

Refreshing sweet and sourness of pineapple and mild sweetness of ice cream.

It's a very good combination.

It seems that it is a limited time until April 28, so let's get as soon as possible! Oh, yes.

By the way, it is the behavior of my daughter, Azuki ...

The kiwi and strawberries you picked up quickly.

If you give the pineapple where it doesn't have ice cream, it's also like it.

In the end, I feel that half of the whole has settled in the azuki's stomach ...

The pineapple skin, which was used as a vessel, is also at the end.

"I still feel like I can eat this?"

I was trying to hit it with a fork.

・・It was very delicious.

I talked with friends I met for the first time in a long time, and when I noticed, it was already evening.

Here, "Nihonbashi Osanpo Tour" is dissolved.

I really wanted to take elementary school students to the money museum in the Bank of Japan, but that's again.

Let's do this again and walk together.

The first "sutra copying"-Nara Mahoroba Hall

1. April 14, 2017 18:00

After the death of a common acquaintance, one of his friends delivered the Hannya Heart Sutra once a week. 1 year.

One year later, I was young and thought, "Is there such a way of mourning?" I found it on the website for 10 years since then and applied for it. This is the first "sutra copying" experience. It is located on the second floor of the Nara Mahoroba-kan in Nihonbashi, an antenna shop in Nara Prefecture.

img1512.jpg 100_2335.JPG

The capacity is 20 people, but the seats are full. Most of the young women were surprised. Do you have an image of "sutra copying" as a senior citizen? Lecturer is Motoda Ikoma of Yakushi-ji Temple butler. You can choose from "Hanya Shinkyo" or "Parent Ongetsu". Speaking of "sutra copying", the image of "Hanya Shinkyo" is strong, so I became "Hanya Shinkyo". Wearing a ring robe, worshiping the three sons of Yakushi, and chanting the Heart Sutra, it is finally sutra copying. I'm a little nervous. "Please write 3-4 characters at a time with one stroke." The example is underneath and "copy", but if you write one letter to see if you do not have enough ink, it will be blurred. I noticed that I forgot my reading glasses here. Because the paper is stacked, the characters in the example below cannot be seen well, so I turned them upside down several times. If you think that the condition has come out soon and the black ink became smoother, it's over. While writing, "Is it really beautiful when I write another one?" I'm immersed in it. I don't have any trouble. It's less than 40 minutes, but during that time I concentrate on writing without thinking. This is the "world of heartlessness." After the end of the sutra copying, the story of Butler Ikoma, today's theme is "Shaka Birth" Historical Buddha's "Nirvana" (dead year)? I think many of you know the birthday flower festival, but Christmas is strange if you think about it, even though no one knows all over Japan. I'll tell you. (I'm saying Nante great, but I knew for the first time that I was embarrassed.) The day after Valentine's Day, February fifteenth. I remember it! Ikoma's light narrative told me about the Buddha of the previous life, "King of Deer" and "Small Bait Tiger", and the memories of the old days were revived. It was raining when I left Mahoroba-kan, but I feel very refreshed.

The Nara Mahoroba Museum holds about 180 cultural courses a year, such as "Manyo Ancient Studies" and "Mahoroba Sommelier's Deep Nara Course" (the courses quite ahead are also crowded). This "sutra copying Classroom" is one of them and is a series of courses, but you can take it only once. The application is from the website. The capacity is 20 people, so if you are interested, please contact us as soon as possible. Instructor Ikoma, who was the lecturer, also serves as the head priest of Choonji Temple, Higashi-Kanto Besin Temple at Yakushi-ji Temple.

For more information, see http://choonji.blogspot.jp/

It is a designated donation.

"sutra copying Classroom" May 9, June 12, 19:00 to 21:3000 yen sutra copying tools can be rented.

Ice and bread of Toshi Yoroizuka ★Kyobashi Edgran

[Mapo ★] April 14, 2017 14:00

In Kyobashi Edgran, there is also a cafe for Mr. Armitzuka.
I went to buy it because I made low-carbohydrate sweets.
Lower carbo sweets are available.
It's only tiramisu and berry roll cake, and the rest is limited to the net.
Unfortunately, it was evening, so it seems that both were sold out.

DSC_0110.JPG

Mr. Armitzuka has seen him at the counter of the main store, and he has seen him.
I eat cakes and baked goods many times.
This time I bought ice cream and bread.

As for the ice cream, I ate grapefruit and basil.
This is not a regular ice cream, but a French dish.
It was refreshing like a gelato that appeared (* ^^ *)

DSC_0116.JPG

DSC_0118.JPG

The bread is brioche with mushrooms and mushrooms.
This little brioche was buttery and crispy and exquisite!

DSC_10044.JPG

The baked goods in the box of cook's hats and clothes.
It's good for a small present, and I'm glad that you can buy it at Kyobashi.

There is a cafe on the first floor, and at the salon on the second floor, you can enjoy course-style desserts.
Next time, I would like to experience the salon (*^^*)

Spring Nihonbashi Osanpo Tour with a series of children Part 4: Cherry-blossom viewing cruise on the Nihonbashi River & Sumida River & Oyoko River

[Edamame] April 14, 2017 09:00

"Spring Nihonbashi Osanpo Tour" enjoys in the cherry blossoms.

Finally, today's main event.

That's it.

"Let's take a cherry-blossom viewing cruise ship!"

This time

"Tokyo Bay Cruising Co., Ltd."

http://ss3.jp/nihonbashi-cruise/

45-minute course (2000 yen for adults, 1000 yen for elementary school students)

I used it.

The boarding place is "Nihonbashi Pier".

It's located at the foot of Nihonbashi.

IMG_2438-1.jpg

Cherry blossoms are in full bloom! It's pretty.

The place you go down the stairs is the dock.

IMG_2437-1.jpg

There was a monument called "Sou Juro Riverside".

In 2011, two people, Sakata Tojuro and Danjuro Ichikawa.

It was named after all we boarded the ship together.

(This is also the knowledge gained from studying at the Chuo-ku Tourism Test.)

IMG_2468-1.jpg

This is where I got on board.

It is a type without a roof, and it has a feeling of openness.

Make sure you're wearing all your life jackets.

(Elementary school students were also prepared for children.)

Let's leave!

※The subsequent photos are taken with my daughter Azuki on her knees.

There are many things that are quite distorted.

It may be difficult to see, but please forgive me.

While looking at the highway upwards after leaving.

Continue along the Nihonbashi River.

IMG_2448-1.jpg

Surprisingly, water birds were flying.

IMG_2450-1.jpg

At the sluice gate on Reigishi Island, the boat goes from Nihonbashi River to Kamejima River.

IMG_2452-1.jpg

And to the main stream of the Sumida River!

IMG_2453-1.jpg

In front of you, high-rise apartments in Tsukuda and Tsukishima, and cherry blossoms in full bloom!

Because the river width expands at once more than before

It is a superb view spot where you can feel a sense of openness.

A guide on the ship

"At the timing of turning the ship, there is a reverse V in the middle of Chuo-ohashi Bridge.

There is a moment when the Sky Tree enters completely, so please take a picture."

That's right.

IMG_2454-1.jpg

・・It failed.

The Sky Tree entered the reverse V figure, but the top of the bridge was overlooked.

It was really a moment of photo opportunity.

Everyone, please take a picture better.

And the ship went to the Oyokogawa River on the Koto-ku side.

IMG_2459-1.jpg

As far as the eye can see, the row of cherry blossom trees spread on both sides of the river!

IMG_2462-1.jpg

Moreover, cherry blossom branches extend to the surface of the water.

IMG_2465-1.jpg

I was able to enjoy the superb view of this type of ship without a roof.

The smiles of the elementary school students are also bursting out.

It seems to have been a good memory of spring break.

It seems to have been a good experience for a 2-year-old Azuki soon.

Because, while walking on the road normally, the position of the cherry blossoms is too high in the eyes of a small child.

I don't feel like I'm in my eyes.

In this case, I was able to see the cherry blossoms at the position of my eyes.

I wonder if it was a situation where the fact that "the cherry blossoms are beautiful" was transmitted even a little.

Finally, when passing under Nihonbashi, the guide told me.

IMG_2467-1.jpg

"If you see the lion, your wish will come true."

IMG_2466-1.jpg

That's right.

The elementary school students are working hard to keep their eyes together.

In addition, even after getting off the boat, the lion and kirin of Nihonbashi

IMG_2469-1.jpg

I was working hard to keep my eyes on the lion statue of Mitsukoshi.

"That's right! I've met you eight times in total!'

I hope there are a lot of good things in the new school year, everyone.

And yeah.

Various plans other than the cherry-blossom viewing cruise were also posted on the website.

If you are interested, please join us!

When it's a warmer season, I'd like to go on the boat again.

"Watasu Nihonbashi" is a bridge between Nihonbashi and Tohoku.

[Mido] April 13, 2017 16:00

"Watasu Nihonbashi" is a spot for information dissemination and exchange that supports disaster-stricken areas in Tohoku, including Minamisanriku Town, Miyagi Prefecture, as part of the reconstruction of Great East Japan Earthquake.

"Watasu" has the meaning of "bridge", the bridge connecting Tohoku and Nihonbashi, and the meaning of "addition of sum" and "addition of ring" is also repeated. It consists of a “cafe (dining & bar)” that utilizes local seasonal ingredients, and a “Watasu Room”, an exchange floor that transmits sightseeing and event information. The nearest station is Nihombashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, and near COREDO Nihonbashi, it may be a little difficult to find because it enters an alley, but it is a hideaway-like building and has a stylish atmosphere.

"Watasu Dining & Bar" offers elaborate dishes using ingredients from Miyagi and Iwate prefectures. The basic concept is like "healthy", and the salt content is slightly reduced, but there is also a volume, and I think that the content is generally satisfactory because the richness of nature is felt. Lunch time is recommended for 1080 yen, a set of cooked rice and soups in eight Japanese and Western dishes made with plenty of Sanriku ingredients. In addition, the menu includes "seafood DONBURI", which is full of fresh seafood, 1380 yen, "Sanriku Mekajiki Burger", which is made with thick mekajiki cutlet and tartar sauce, 1080 yen, Yakuzen beef sushi curry 980 yen, etc. . Why don't you stop by when you come near?

Spring Nihonbashi Osanpo Tour with a series of children Part 3: Lion and Kirin in Nihonbashi

[Edamame] April 13, 2017 14:00

This is the continuation of the previous "Spring Nihonbashi Osanpo Tour".

Continue.

When I crossed Nihonbashi, I looked back.

Mr. Lion is Hello

Here is a quiz about questions that are often found in the Chuo-ku Tourism Test.

Q: This lion has an important role. What is it? ?

"Do you have something?"

"The rudder you often follow the ship?"

The correct answer is "Guardian of Tokyo City".

Shishi has a mark that is still used as a crest of Tokyo.

Nowadays, green ginkgo leaf-shaped marks are often used for announcements in Tokyo.

Surprisingly, more and more people may not recognize this emblem very much.

By the way, did you notice it? In the middle of the bridge

IMG_2495-1.jpg

There's a Kirin-san~

"Oh, Kirin? ? ?」

Oh, it's not a long neck...

"It's the label of beer!"

It was a wonderful reaction to the adults.

This is also a problem often seen in the Chuo-ku Tourism Test.

It represents the prosperity of Tokyo City.

Well. It's time.

I'll come to the main event today!
