Genpei bloomed melon (boke)

[Sam] March 30, 2015 09:00

The Sakura Front goes north to the Kanto region, and it is a sign that spring is coming in earnest, but in the precincts of Tsukuda Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine, the bokeh of Genpei blooming (blooming) planted beside Kagura Hall is in full bloom.

Bokeh is a deciduous shrub native to China.

"Genpei bloom" refers to red and white (in addition, light red and middle spots <pertures) on a single tree.> It is said that the flowers bloomed separately in the "Genpei Battle" in which the color of the Genji flag <white> and the color of the Heike flag <red> fought in a mixed battle.

It seems that various "blooming" varieties are being produced, but it seems to be the representative variety "Orient Nishiki".

Depending on the year, it is not determined how red, light red, white, and spots bloom together, and it is the mystery of nature that the appearance is different.

In the flowers that bloom all at once, it is a flower that gives a more glossy and distinctive color.

"Ryu Shrine" is the largest among Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine (Tsukuda 1) precincts, and is known as "Ryujin-sama" and "Benten-sama".

Every year, Reisai Festival is held on Sunday near the Snake Day from late March to early April, and the Sakura Festival is held at the same time as the cherry blossoms bloom on the grounds.

This year's exhibition will be held on March 28 (Sat) and 29 (Sun).

About 120 Yoshino cherry tree trees are planted in Tsukuda Park, which is adjacent to Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine.

On the grounds, free entertainment of amazake soup powder (11:00-15:00).

On the 28th, at 11:30, Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd. <Sanken Taiko> performed and at 13:00 at Tsukuda Junior High School Taiko Club performed.

On the 29th, a large festival ceremony will be held from 11:00.

✎In 1822 (1822), the god of water, Ryuhime Ogami, was founded as a dragon shrine. After that, a white snake appeared on Tsukuda Island, and the islanders worshiped as a dragon god and worshiped in the town. In 1838 (1838), the shrine was located near a workshop where fishermen's nets were boiled in a Shibugama, and was easily affected by fire heat. In 1839, it is said that the deities of Daibenzaiten at Nihonbashi Shirakiya were too large and could not be carried away, and they were enshrined together.

Today, Ryu Shrine and Daibenzaiten are collectively called "Ryuo Benzaiten", and they seem to be revered as a god with the gods of good luck, rising fortune, thriving business, fulfilling academic achievement, performing arts, and healing of illness.

I hear that many people came to visit this day because fair in Benzaiten is the Day of the Snake.

Benibusmomo in full bloom <akabazakura>

[Sam] March 25, 2015 18:00

R0032477ELSA.JPG On March 23, more than 5,6 flowers were confirmed in a specimen tree of Someisosino at Yasukuni Shrine, and the cherry blossoms were declared in the city center.

It is said that it is expected to be in full bloom this weekend, but here at Harumi Triton Square "Hana no Terrace", "Benibasmo (Autumn Leave Li)" is already in full bloom.

It is a deciduous Odaka tree of the same rose family, and it looks like it is in full bloom as "Sakura".

It is also known as "Akabazakura" and "Venice Momo".

Flowers resemble "wild cherry tree".

From March to April, many pale pink flowers are attached at the same time as the leaves develop, and the calyx is red-purple and its contrast is impressive.

I hear that the leaves have been reddish purple since the sprouting, and in autumn it has become dark reddish purple, and can be enjoyed as a color leaf for a long time, and is also used as a flower material.

I get drunk with flowers at Tsukuda Park

[Shitamachi Tom] March 24, 2015 09:00

2010.4.3 Tsukuda (X-1) jpgThe cherry blossom season has come again this year.

There are many famous cherry blossom spots in Chuo Ward, but unlike Ueno and Chidorigafuchi, the feature of Chuo-ku is that there are cherry blossom scenery along with people's lives in the town.

Above all, it is Tsukuda Park that I go to "Hanami" every year. In other words, it was the place where Ishikawajima's "Hitoshoro" and "Ishikawajima Shipyard" were located. Now it has become "Okawabata River City 21" and is a modern residential area.

High-rise apartments began to be built around 1989 (Heisei Gen) as a measure to return to the city center of Chuo-ku, which was temporarily suffering from population decline. It has been more than a quarter century.

2010.4.3 Tsukuda (2-1). jpgThe cherry trees planted on the banks grow completely and bloom beautifully during this season. It's great to enjoy the feeling of spring while waving your hand on the boat traveling back and forth between the Sumida River and just thinking of the song of Rentaro Taki.

(The photo was taken on site a few years ago.)

Will you be in full bloom this weekend? By all means, please go out for a walk.

We should be able to see the future of this town, which lies in the flow of the river. Look, rich smiles and hopes shine on the river surface.

◆ At the beautifully illuminated Eitai Bridge and Kachidokibashi

[Sumida Fireworks] March 14, 2015 09:00

The light-up of Eitai Bridge and Kachidokibashi on the Sumida River is very beautiful now.

s_hanabi16-1.jpgThe light blue bridge is Eitai Bridge, and the green bridge is Kachidokibashi.

Both are representative bridges of the Sumida River, which are designated as important cultural properties of the country, but the light source is actually fluorescent lamps.

Because of its nature, the lights are often turned off here and there.

Below is a photo of last spring, but the fluorescent lamps were cut off like this, which has been going on for a long time.

s_hanabi16-2.jpg

I've been waiting for it to be replaced, but this year it was finally replaced and finally all the lights were turned on.

I feel that the light has become more transparent than before. 100% charge is completed.

s_hanabi16-3.jpg

From now on, the cherry blossom season is coming.

Enjoy the cherry blossoms along with the light blue of Eitai Bridge, which has become beautiful. It looks quite good.

The photo is above dike in Shinkawa Park, Chuo-ku. promenade is full of cherry blossoms in spring.

s_hanabi16-4.jpg

If you turn around on the spot, you will find a typical night view spot in Tokyo. In addition, cherry blossoms are in bloom. It's definitely a good Kanji.

I'd like to visit promenade when the cherry blossoms bloom.

s_hanabi16-5.jpg

Kawazu Sakura at the end of Shinkawa Park, at the side of Chuo-ohashi Bridge, is already a good Kanji.

s_hanabi16-6.jpg

On the other hand, the green Kachidokibashi.

One of the features of this bridge is that the light is shining under the bridge.

When you go down a little on the terrace during a time when you do not usually walk, you will see a powerful landscape.

Oh, as early as one green light has disappeared.

s_hanabi16-7.jpg

The red glow under the Tokyo Tower on the opposite bank is the light of the Tsukiji Market, which is supposed to move to a new market in November next year.

I can't hear the story after the market or the move.

It means that the outside market will remain, but the lights of this market will eventually disappear.

This kind of scenery may be in the present.

s_hanabi16-8.jpgWhat kind of light do you have next?
