Panel exhibition "Things and Animal memorial monuments in Chuo-ku-ku-What does" mound " convey?"

[Apricot peony] August 29, 2014 09:00

From August 2, in front of the inhabitant of a ward gallery of the Local Tenmonkan (Time Dome Akashi), a mini panel exhibition called "Chuo-ku Mono and Animal Memorial Monument Tour-What is the Tsuka" Tell "?" Is being held.

As the title of "Mini", it is a photo panel display of 12 memorial monuments in 8 places, so it feels small, but if there was such a thing in a place passing casually, I think that those who saw it will be surprised.

At the venue, there was an A4 flyer called "Chuo-ku Mono and Animal Memorial Monument Map", so I received it and immediately went to the nearby Namishi Inari Shrine.

On the precincts, Ebitsuka and angler mound were erected as shown in the panel photo.

After reading the explanation on the panel, I can't help but think about not only the rarity, but also the lives of those living on the fish shore and the gratitude for the lives we take in our lives. I can't help it.

But speaking of fish banks, tuna.

What is the monument of tuna? I thought it was at the main gate where Tsukiji Market Station was located.

According to the map, there are other things that we usually take care of, such as "Katsuozuka" in Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine in Tsukuda, "Harizuka" at Tetsuzu Inari Shrine, and "Unagizuka" at Minobubetsuin in Kodemmacho. There are memorial monuments for things and animals that are being done.

It's enough distance to walk or go around by bicycle.

The lingering summer heat crosses the pass, and it will be easier to spend from now on.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to see this panel exhibition and actually visit the memorial monument?

In addition, the mini-panel exhibition by the supporters of the local Tenmonkan will be held until September 28, but the theme will be changed thereafter, and it will be held four times in total until the end of March next year. .

For the time being, I'm looking forward to the "Ryusei Kishida and Ginza" exhibition scheduled from October 4th.

Fumino Seki St. Luke's Gallery Exhibition 2014

[Silver] August 5, 2014 19:48

From August 4th to 9th, an exhibition of bags made of kimono fabrics is being held at the gallery in St. Luke Hospital.

Fumino Seki was a classmate of Kyoba Peony's junior high school, so I was encouraged to go out.

There are two nice parasols at the entrance of the gallery. There was a wonderful parasol that could block the hot summer sunshine and pass through the occasional cool breeze of the Sumida River.

I see, there are a lot of handbags that mainly use kimono fabrics.

What impressed me was that in consideration of the users of St. Luke Hospital, a small bag that subdivided drugs was also created.

And not only for Japanese clothing, there was also such a nice casual bag. It's a fun design that imagined Jurassic.

I bought a bag called "Wine Carrie".

I thought this was stylish and wonderful not only for carrying wine, but also for carrying plastic bottle drinks and folding umbrellas.

This is like a Hawaiian quilt fabric. It's a cute turtle design.

I hope you will meet a wonderful work!

By the way, here is the article of Fumino Seki of Kyoba peony.

August 1st is "Water Day" and the first day of "Water Week".

Needless to say, the usefulness of water resources and the importance of conservation, but the secondary utility of "landscapes with water" cannot be overlooked.

The water area ratio in Chuo-ku is 18.3%, which is the best in Tokyo, and is blessed with waterside space.

Especially during this season, when the intense heat continues every day, strolling along the riverside while blowing in the night breeze will not only heal your heart but also enjoy the coolness.

At the mouth of the Sumida River (excluding the school river), the Ryogoku Bridge, Metropolitan Expressway Route 6.7, Shinohashi Bridge, Kiyosu Bridge, Sumida River Ohashi, Eitai Bridge, Chuo-ohashi Bridge, Tsukuda-ohashi Bridge, Kachidokibashi Bridge, (Ring Route 2 Sumida River Bridge <tentative name>) are lit up.

The bridge type is different from each one, but the color of the light is also devised.

On the river surface, the light of the bridge lit up, the lights of the riverbank, the illumination of the houseboat, etc. are fused and reflected, creating a unique sense of color.
