Highlights of Sakura near the Tsukiji River

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] March 29, 2015 14:00

In the past, a second-class river called Tsukiji River flowed around Tsukiji and poured into Tokyo Bay. Is it better to say that it came to be called the Tsukiji River.)

Most of them are now reclaimed, highways, parking lots, and culverts.

On the other hand, the bridge over the Tsukiji River has its name, but the adjacent small space is a park.

I felt that there was a variation in the flowering situation for each park and the cherry tree.

However, by the time this blog appears, Sakura will be more beautiful in each park and will be in full bloom.

Tsukiji TASS Gharari Wakamatsuya "Hisamitsu Noguchi Nostalgic French Film Poster Exhibition"

[Silver] March 26, 2015 14:00

Hisamitsu Noguchi's nostalgic French movie poster exhibition is being held at "Tsukiji TASS Gharari Wakamatsuya" at 6-12-3 Tsukiji.
The event will be held from March 23 to April 4 (Sat).

When I entered the gallery, I thought it was an old-colored poster, and instead, the untouched poster was displayed beautifully.
20150324 013.JPG

Unfortunately, I have never watched these masterpieces, but the theme songs of those films are still being sung.
For example, "French Kankan" is "heaven and hell" played at the athletic meet, is it like this?

"The third man" has seen it aired on TV. Melo Day is like LaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLaLa!

There is also an exhibition and spot sale of the Western Painting Road Shop Program.

I purchased "Anna Karenina of Vivien Leigh", "The Third Man", "French Kankan", and "The Seine under the Sky of Bari flows" with posters.

The unit price is only 100 yen (tax included). It's very nice if you decorate it in your room.

[Many Books] March 20, 2015 14:00

Recently, a doctor told me to take a walk, and I took a walk from my home in Toyocho opposite Nikkawa to Ginza via Akashicho.

Akashi Elementary School became beautiful, and an explanatory version of "Tsukiji Foreign Settlement Site" was installed on the corner (2013) along with "Pillars of Gas Street Light, remain of bricks during the Settlement Era, and stepping stones on the stairs of Akashi Elementary School". .

Also on the 19th, I went for a walk to Nihonbashi and saw "Okame Sakura".

It seemed to have passed, and the leaves were coming out. But it was blooming beautifully.

If I thought it was cold, I felt that it was already such a season.

Mr. Kibun served a free oden. It was very delicious.

You can also buy it at shops outside Tsukiji or at supermarkets. I had a cup of oden at night.

We listened to a commemorative lecture about Dr. Chuta Ito, who was involved in the architectural design of Tsukiji Honganji.

In particular, the explanation of the Buddhist research and exploration journey to India was very interesting. I was once again convinced that the explanation of the encounter between the expedition and Dr. Chuta Ito.

Next, we participated in the "Honganji Tour" where you can guide you through Tsukiji Honganji Temple.

Everyone who participated together seemed to have fun.

Finally, we also visited a video screening related to Tsukiji Honganji.

The contents include the recorded video owned by Tsukiji Honganji Temple, edited by the Chuo-ku Board of Education, such as the `` Ochikei Hoho / Great Kanto Earthquake '', and not only the situation at the time of the disaster, but also the activity at the time of the earthquake The hardships of Tsukiji Honganji were well understood. I wanted to express my deep respect.

Thank you for having fun and studying for two days, and thank you for many delicious things. Thank you very much.

"The Story of Tsukiji Honganji with Light"

[Sam] March 17, 2015 08:30

R0032346LS.JPGR0032365ERS.JPG  The main hall, Mikado-mon pillars (main gate, north gate, south gate) and stone walls of Tsukiji Honganji Temple, which were rebuilt in 1934, are typical examples of pursuing Orient-like architecture using the latest technology at the time, as well as valuable buildings during the reconstruction period (1) that have been designated as important national cultural properties.

"Goen," The reason is "I" and "you" that are utilized by various ties.

Mr. Ginzo contributed a notice blog about the event the other day, and I took a look at the night of eve festival on the 14th.

Following the "Live performance of dance with instrumental accompaniment" Langling King" by the Gagaku Association of Tsukiji Honganji, the projection mapping "Tsukiji Honganji Monogatari with Light" is finally performed to main hall, supervised by Professor Toshihiro Okada of Ryukoku University, to project the history of the current main hall incorporating ancient Indian style.

The main hall burned down in the Great Kanto Earthquake, the encounter between the architect Chuta Ito and the Otani Expedition Corps in China, and the monsters and animals associated with Chuta Ito-en (Yukari) appearing everywhere.

3D video with an impact of about 10 minutes, twice at 19:00 and 20:00.

It is a fantastic work proficiency that is a bit different from what you usually see, woven by colorful light.
