Koransha's lovely porcelain celebration

[Silver] June 19, 2012 08:30

My granddaughter was born and I was looking for a gift to return. Pay attention to the selection, as it is a memorable item that will return the amount you receive with the appropriate item. At that time, I remembered Koransha, who was supporting the "Samurai Blue" of the World Cup South Africa tournament two years ago.

Immediately after entering the store, there is a black bamboo pottery. The splendid tableware is said to have been used for tableware at famous hotels. I've noticed, but I chose the budget and memorable items.

The site of Meiji Hall

[Apricot peony] June 16, 2012 08:30

The back of Kabukiza on Matsuya-dori, which leads from Ginza Matsuya to Tsukiji, often goes through, but the other day, in front of the Koseikan Building ahead of the magazine house, I found an explanation board called "Meiji Kaido Ruins"!
Since it was "March 201212", it was relatively recently built, but I didn't notice it at all.

ck1203_1206143.jpg ck1203_1206144.jpg

According to the explanation board, the Meiji Kaido, which was once in this place, was built in 1881 by Yukichi Fukuzawa, and is said to be the best in Tokyo for dinner, and its capacity is 3,000 people! It seems that there were 200 seats in the cafeteria.

In 1882, the formation ceremony of the Constitutional Reform Party was held, and in 1883, Japan's first Western-style dance party was held ahead of Shimeikan.
Later, from the possession of Fukuzawa, it was renamed "Koseikan" in the hands of the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce, and it was paid to the private sector in 1890, but it seems that it disappeared in the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923 .

The name "Koseikan" that still remains has such a origin.

By the way, in a short distance between the Koseikan Building and the next building, there is a monument to the birthplace of Senshu University, and on the corner of the street on the opposite side, there is a coffee shop `` Tree Flower '' that John Lennon liked very much.

Gallery Night Party 2012

[Silver] June 15, 2012 14:00

The gallery's night party began in 2004 and this is the eighth time this year. This is a one-night art event by the gallery from Ginza 5-chome to 8-chome.

I would like to report that I participated in a gallery tour on June 8.

Is it a special business trip from London to a night party in Ginza on display? It was also shown.

They prepared champagne and delicious canape for wine.

Nichido Gallery purchased a book written by Tokushichi Hasegawa, entitled "The Eye Power of Painters". There were a lot of publications that were useful for art appreciation.

I'm glad to hear the explanation of the work directly from the painter.

It is said that he expressed the struggle of ideology.

I will listen to the story while having a delicious wine.

It was this work that I loved silverware.

An elegant lady. I fell in love with the picture.

What impressed me was the children of elementary school students. It's unique to Ginza that is safe and secure.

An elementary school girl is asking Hiroshi Okano about drawing. My dream is a female painter.

There was also a picture of Marie Laurentan in this gallery.

In Yoko Noro's "Ginza Gallery Tour", I remembered a sentence describing "art education for elementary school students and town planning".

In addition, a tour of the city of Chuo-ku Tourism Association will be held, so please enjoy this as well.

Higashiginza ☆Omelet

[Mapo ★] June 13, 2012 08:30

Coffee & Omurice shop, Cafe You, right next to Kabukiza Theater.

It's like an old-fashioned coffee shop.

Lunch is until 15:00.

A set of omelet rice and ice lemon tea is 1100 yen.

Omurice with fluffy eggs.

Break the egg and wrap it on your own while spreading it (* ^^ *)

Lemon tea also has a traditional taste.

I miss the taste of ice lemon tea at a coffee shop where I worked part-time when I was a student.☆

I think it's often featured on TV and magazines!

Inari, Abira Shrine

[Silver] June 10, 2012 08:30

Anping Inari Shrine is enshrined near Kyobashi Plaza and Miyoshi Bridge. I've been studying the history for many years, but I found a description in the local archives of the Kyobashi Library.

According to the 1956 edition of Ginza Times, "Ginza Yearbook" edited by Ginza Times, the address was east 1-2, Suzuki Senkichi's residence. It was located in the residence of Minomori Shinjo during the Edo period, during the old Makuhaku period, and after the Meiji Restoration, the place was obtained by the predecessor, Senkichi Suzuki, and when opening Wan'an Tower in 1893, it was named Anping Inari Shrine. I worshiped it. " The following is an example.

I was able to see it on the map of the early Meiji era obtained in the local archives.

I thought about the background of that era, the settlement, and the origin of the name of Shintomi-cho.○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○

P1000001.jpg

It is an Abira Shrine with such a history. Even now, it is a scene where the neighbors pay tribute to the custom of greeting each morning with two bows, two beats, one bow, and one bow.

Why don't you visit the history of one corner of a large apartment and rest your mind?

Colored hydrangea in early summer <Ginza Kojunsha Street>

[Sam] June 8, 2012 08:30

R0019052LS.JPG R0019054RSG.JPG On June 5, two days earlier than normal and five days earlier than the previous year, the Tokyo region declared the "true flowering of hydrangea", and Iriume is approaching.

Hydrangea, which is planted along with the street tree "Toka maple" (also known as Sankaku maple) on Ginza Kojunsha Street to Ginza Mihara Street, also adds the color of early summer.

The most common "hydrangea" covers the central 'true flower (bisexual flower)' and forms a spherical inflorescence of 'ornamental flower' (singular flower/neutral flower)', but the flowering of "hydrangea" means "the first day when the 'true flower' of the standard tree blooms in two or three flowers."

Hydrangea has many varieties that have been crossed and improved, so you can enjoy a variety of diversity, including the differences in the shape of "Gakusai" that ornamental flower surrounds bisexual flower and the "Temari" that ornamental flower forms a densely populated inflorescence, the way ornamental flower blooms, such as single and Yae, and the shape and color of petals.

In the season when the rainy season sky continues and people's hearts tend to be depressed, the calm and calm flower color and the changing atmosphere, which is said to be seven changes, heal the mind.
