The long-established bar "TARU" in Ginza closed on February 28, 2013.

[Apricot peony] July 27, 2012 13:30

Founded in 1953, it is now one of the famous Ginza spots.
The bar "TARU" is called
Building in the early Showa period (how a manual elevator!) In addition, it is a shop with an atmosphere that can be said to be a Showa heritage with the interior as it was in the past.

There is no charge or service fee and there are counter seats, so there are many female customers who enjoy drinking casually, but personally, I think of it as a "shops to be taken by a longing boss" It was this "TARU".

However, such "TARU" has been closed on February 28, 2013!
I'm really sorry.

ck1203_1207271.jpg ck1203_1207273.jpg
However, I still have some time before the store closes, so I'd like to invite my former colleagues and go there after a long absence.

If you've never been there, it's worth seeing the building and interior alone, so please come and visit us.

Recently, it is open not only at night, but also as lunch until 14:00 and cafe time until 16:30.

Special Katsudon from Ginza Bairin

[Mapo ★] July 27, 2012 08:30

This is also a shop I've been thinking of going here for a long time.
A tonkatsu shop called Ginza Bairin. It's located on Ginza Kojunsha Street.

The store is also a retro feeling that it was founded in 1927.

There are several kinds of set meals, and the hamburger set meal costs 1400 yen.

Regular katsudon costs 980 yen, special is 1800 yen, special is 2200 yen, special hirakatsudon is 2200 yen.

However, it seems that the special is also a finkatsu.

That's why I tried a special katsudon.

The meat is soft and katsudon has a feeling of fullness, so I like it more than Oyakodon (laughs).

This day was a Saturday of Shiwasu, so it was a late lunch time, but it was too late.
The inside of the store was full of customers!

I'm going to have a set meal with fried shrimp.♪

Vinuls Summer Woman! Ice ☆Señorita Summer Man! Ice ☆Cenyol

[Silver] July 25, 2012 08:30

There is a Spanish restaurant Vinuls in Ginza 2-5-17. It seems to pronounce Bunils, but I found an interesting shaved ice here. The name was red syrup, "Summer Woman !!" Ice ☆ Senorita, the coffee was put on "Summer Man! It's ice ☆ Senyor. Both are 400 yen. Something, the melody of the flamenco of the star came to mind. "♪ heart04I like notesit, but chachachachacha, I'm separatednotes, chachachachacha ..." This is quite delicious.

Use shaved ice to moisten your thirst throat and ask for TAPAS next time. 500 yen per dish for karasu ring fly, stir-fried olive oil of choriso, etc. The wine is also delicious for 500 yen. It's great to hang a little while cool. Try it once.

In addition, the map coupon of the shop says "Spain's best sparkling wine" Kava "1 cup service", which is only for the 2nd floor Shopper. Just in case. http://auxamis.com/vinuls/

[Sam] July 20, 2012 13:30

R0019251LS.JPG R0019286S.JPG     On July 16th, this year, friends from Churaumi came from Okinawa to the Ginza Sony Building.

An annual summer project in collaboration with Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium.

In the large aquarium of the outdoor event space, about 200 fish of 29 species born in the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium swim around, and feeding time from 11:30 to 12:00 & 16:00 to 16:30 is also popular. In the tropical fish aquarium at the entrance hall on the 1st floor, you can meet about 300 colorful creatures of 18 species living on coral reefs in Okinawa, and at the multi theater at the 8th floor OPUS Hall, whale sharks and nanyomanta appear in full-scale, and you can experience a powerful swim.

In addition, in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, corals raised from eggs will be exhibited at the 8th floorOPUS foyer. You can meet the unknown species of coral and the wonders of ecology.

The exhibition will be held until September 9. On the 16th of the first day, a ceremony was held in front of the outdoor large tank prior to the opening.

In addition, "SonyAquarium" is working on further power saving by using a power storage system to "storage and use" power.

Jujiya Hall Summer Festival

[Silver] July 20, 2012 08:30

"Energetic from Ginza! Summer Festival is being held at Jujiya Hall in Ginza 3-chome. My mood is Ginza for two peopleheart. We met at Ginza Matsuya and enjoyed a light meal and conversation to the venue.

I came to listen to the performance of Eiji Hanaoka Singing Shotz. With light chatting and light jazz, two hours passed quickly. Above all, I was fascinated by Madame Nakamura's sweet and light singing voice. The highlight was the competition between Banjo and guitar, and I could also hear the nostalgic Ninilosso song, "Night Sky Trumpet".night

The price of 3,000 yen includes barthe price of one drink, and there is also a food stall for drinks beerand snacks at the venue, so you can enjoy it as if you were a festival. Each time, different bands play famous songs such as Jazz, Latin, and Hula. It seems that there are days when you can dance with samba performances.note It will be held until July 31st, so please come by all means.
