Imabari bath width imabari yokkin

[Silver] April 30, 2014 18:00

Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture is one of the leading producers of towels in Japan.

Recently, cotton has a reputation for being gentle on the skin and being warm.

There is a shop that sells such towel products near Tokyo Metro Higashi Ginza Station.

The name is "Imabari Bath", the reading method, and the English name is imabari yokkin.

Towel fabric muffler which is gentle to skin. I'm using it right away.

And this is what I thought was good!

When I say "Pie Le Mans Thor" and think it's a bit chilly, I put my hand from my shoulder to my arm and put it on.

That's the price of less than 2,000 yen.

Because it is small when you go out, you can put it in your bag.

I think it will be useful when the air conditioning is too effective on the train.

In addition, wonderful towel products such as bathrobes and robes are sold.

The address is Ginza 4-13-8 Sophia Square Ginza 1.

It is located on the first floor of the building in front of the restaurant "Ginnoto" from Higashi-Ginza Station.

"Sukiyabashi Jiro" Ginza Sushi Store in Chuo-ku

[Mr.Chuo-ku] April 29, 2014 18:00

Sukiyabashi Jiro, a sushi restaurant located in Ginza, Chuo-ku

Many people know the news that Prime Minister Shinzo Abe had dinner with U.S. President Obama at this sushi shop "Sukiyabashi Jiro" on the night of April 23.

"Sukiyabashi Jiro" is located on the first basement floor of a prime location building in Ginza (Ginza 4-2-15).

Regarding sushi, in particular, it seems that there is a unique commitment to shari, sushi vinegar, and ingredients. For example, the timing of cooking shari rice and mixing with vinegar, adjusting the acidity according to the amount of vinegar according to the season, and controlling the temperature of shari and ingredients (about 20 types). "Sukiyabashi Jiro" is said to have been awarded three Michelin stars for seven consecutive years.

It seems that you can purchase original products (natural dashi, rice vinegar, sushi vinegar, ponzu, dashitsuyu) that are particular about "Sukiyabashi Jiro" online.

In addition, there seems to be a book related to "Sukiyabashi Jiro" (example below). (For details, please refer to the official website below.)

[Silver] April 20, 2014 14:00

"Edo Bunkamura in Hamarikyu Onshi Garden" was held for the first time and went on April 19, the first day.

At first, there was congratulatory address from Mayor Yada and other guests. Miss Chuo-ku Tourism Ambassador also adds flowers.

The concept this time is

1.Taste food culture

2.Knowing Edo products

3.It is about to experience Edo performing arts.

After the opening remarks, wadaiko's performance was powerful and energetic.

In the sense of knowing Edo products, I purchased Tabi from Onoya Sohonten.

This small tabi has a very popular reputation for "storeing feet (money)".

At Ginza Hiranoen, we purchased delicious Japanese tea and enjoyed it the next day.

There is a famous store in Chuo-ku in the "Edo Nikiwai Store Corner".

Well, what would you like to have a fun lunch?

I purchased a sukiyaki lunch box and a Sukeroku lunch box from Ningyocho Imahan.

Sukiyaki was very delicious because large Japanese beef was seasoned elegantly.

Sukeroku puts sukiyakiniku on Inari-san, and roast beef-style nigiri sushi was also delicious.

I look forward to this event going on every year.

Why don't you go to see Mumin and his friends? -Mumin Exhibition-Ginza Matsuya

1. April 18, 2014 14:00

When I got off the elevator on the 8th floor, a long line and a placard called "Here's last" jumped into my eyes. "Yeah!" The line at the entrance of the Mumin exhibition venue on the first day of today is waiting for the cash register of the person who purchased Mumin goods. It's 12 o'clock now. It's open today at 10 o'clock, but this line!

100_1385.JPG

This year, the 100th anniversary of the birth of Tove Janson (1914-2001), the original author of Mumin, who has been loved by people all over the world for generations, a large retrospective exhibition was held in Finland, where Mumin was first translated and published in Japan, and a commemorative exhibition was held. There are 200 original drawings, including 150 unpublished illustrations and sketches of Mumin fairy tales.

When you enter the opening, most of the visitors are young women (it's surprising to see only such young women). I'm going to eat one by one. Mumin Daddy and Mom, Snufkin, Sniff, Little Mii, Snowk's Miss, and Mrs. Mimura are all in good shape.

The diorama of Moominvalley, the statue of Mumin, and the exit are full of Mumin goods besides Mumin's fairy tale series. Mumin's fairy tale series has exceeded 10 million copies since it was first translated and published in 1964. The binding is the same as the old version, and when you turn it over, time trip to childhood at once. Why don't you go out to immerse yourself in the nostalgic world of Mumin and his friends?

Speaking of which, what is the next section manager who was called "Mumin Daddy" now?

Calligraphy Exhibition [Gallery Ginza]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] April 16, 2014 14:00

papie1.JPG

At the gallery "Gallery Ginza" in Ginza 2-chome, "Cligraphy Keiko Matsuda Works Exhibition" is being held from April 15th (Tuesday), I visited the gallery on the evening of the first day of the event.

The moment I entered, I was wrapped in a gentle pastel-colored atmosphere.

papie2.JPG

"calligraphy" means "beautiful writing" in Greek, and it is said that Western Japanese calligraphy, which expresses the letters of the alphabet beautifully by hand.

papie3.JPG

The work of Keiko Matsuda, president of the Western Handwriting Studio, is so elaborate that I can't think of it as handwriting, while on the other hand, I can feel the warmth of handwriting.

The contents of the written text are the words of the Bible, excerpts of the works of famous writers, can be appreciated as paintings, and you can enjoy the words slowly (under the work, Japanese translation is attached).

papie4.JPG

The color of the characters differs for each work, and when I asked, itArt was written with watercolor paint instead of ink, or the balance between the picture and the text is exquisite.

There are many typefaces, and if the typeface is different, the atmosphere will change.

papie5.jpg

The exhibition period is until the 20th (Sun), from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (last day, 5:00 pm).

The season has improved Please go to Ginza to taste the elegant Western Japanese calligraphy world.

*In addition, with your consent, we took a picture of the venue. Thank you very much.

Goro Mitsu, who returned to Japan-Phoenix Festival April Daikabuki-Kabukiza Shinkai Hall 1st Anniversary

1. April 13, 2014 09:00

Kabukiza, which has been one year since its new opening, is still bustling. The topic of this month is "Goro Mitsu's Return". I came back to the Kabukiza Theater seven months after I fell ill. It's been since August Noryo Kabuki. The performance is "Senju Saru". When Goro Mitsu appears on the flower path, great applause from the crowded seats. When I heard this great applause with Goro Mitsu, who became a little thinner, I was surprised. The next seat is also taking out the handkerchief. The cuteness of the monkey played by the son, Minosuke, who became even more splendid, Magoro, the female daimyo, and the child role that applauds each time he moves. I'm really happy to be able to see the sharp and cheerful appearance of Goro Mitsu, one of the best dancers in the Kabuki world, who can not seem to be post-sick. This month, I took care of it only in the daytime and took a rest for a while. The other performances are a gorgeous dance newly created to commemorate the first anniversary of the opening of the festival, "Shushun Phoenix Festival", and the stage art is a luxurious version called Toshio Matsuo. Finally, "Shinnaka Sonezaki" where Tojuro Sakata works for "Ichisei Ichidai". I am deeply moved to think that this is the last time to see Fujijuro's first performance more than 1300 times on stage. Even so, what is the youth of 82-year-old Fujijuro? ・・・・

100_1378.JPGShochiku started running Kabukiza in 1914 (1914), when it became the second Kabukiza Theater. The idea of the Phoenix Maru of the Zamon was Ouchi Fukuchi, the first lord of the first stage, but when he built a new mansion in Ikenohata, he liked the Phoenix Maru related to Horyuji Temple, which was used as a nail hide in the parlor ("Kabukiza 5th generation}").

The night part is "Ichijo Daizotan", "Women Date" and "Hairyu Shinzo".

It was also announced that Nizaemon's return to June. All you have to do is wait for the recovery of Fukusuke, whose name has been extended.

April Kabuki until the 26th
