In particular, the first time was a little roasted, and it was very delicious.
When I told the landlady so, it was said that a good feeling was coming in at a time.
By roasting a little, the richness came out and it was exquisite.

[Chuo-ku Soba Tour] (1) "Ginza Meigetsuan Tanakaya"

[Shitamachi Tom] March 15, 2016 09:00

Edo Soba Rie design. jpg Do you know an organization called the Edo Soba Rie Association? We are engaged in various activities as a non-profit organization, so-called NPO.
Above all, there is a program called "Edo Soba Rie" certification, and many soba lovers challenge each year. I did my best a few years ago.

One of the qualification requirements is to "visit a lot of soba shops and report their taste, the atmosphere and characteristics of the shop." I visit various shops, but there are many famous soba shops in Chuo-ku, so there was no need to go out, so I was able to visit many shops in the city.

Humanly, when you become "Soba Rie", you will be surprised that there are many friends in Chuo-ku, and more specifically, there are so many people who like soba. I was able to get a lot of new encounters through soba. Above all, soba is a Japanese taste that continues along with sushi, tempura, and eel as a food culture of Edo. In recent years, the number of young soba craftsmen has increased, and I sometimes come into contact with the appearance of working on soba with new sensibilities. I feel it's a deep food.

Ginza Tanakaya_201500510_1_R.jpg As I wrote earlier, there are many famous soba shops in Chuo Ward. Each of you will have a favorite store. It's also fun to change your mood depending on the day and visit various shops. I would like to explore the charm of Chuo-ku while introducing my recommended shops.

Today, I would like to introduce "Akizuki-an Tanakaya" in Ginza. It is a safe shop located in an alley near Yasuaki Elementary School. Not only the soba is delicious, but also the casual atmosphere of the store, the staff's quick handling of customers, and the selection of sake and appetizers are attractive. And what's good, they're open on Sunday too. It's the best oasis to stop by when you want to rest and relax between shopping.

Of course, on the evening of weekdays, it is best to visit this shop through the dark streets, licking little bits of sake, and having a tight soba after having a satisfying taste with a friendly appetizer.

In the middle of Tokyo, this shop is close to the back alleys of one of Japan's leading downtown areas, and it is an "adult place" that embodies urban culture. Please visit again between "Silver Bra".

[Showa Doritanken Record] #07: At-home Healing Pet Shop (Ginza 2-chome)

[Dye] March 14, 2016 14:00

Hello. The pollen is flying around, how are you all going?

By the way, I love cats very much, but I'm sad, maybe I'm allergic and sneezed, so I've never kept them at the cat cafe for a while. 。 。

So, in fact, if you pass in front of this, you will be healed by seeing a cat dog.

That's why this time, I would like to introduce the pet salon "Char Charles Ginza" in Ginza 2-chome.

s25_01.jpg

It is on the way to Chuo-ku government office along the road between Ginza Ichi Post Office on Showa-dori and Kuroneko Yamato Building.

It opened 16 years ago on November 22 (Wanwan Nyan Nyan Nyan Day).

In a cozy atmosphere, I will kindly teach you a lot of things you don't understand.

And above all, the love for dogs and cats is very deep.

s25_02.jpg s25_03.jpg

Charles' wish is that they want these children to be loved and be happier than they are here ('@`*).

It was said that breeders were also being done, and on the day I heard the story, there was a rare ear-breaking manchikan.

In the past, he also handled large dogs such as Great Pirenees and Barneys.

s25_04.jpg s25_05.jpg

All of Charles's children are good.

He had a good personality, was friendly, relaxed and calm, and after a while I was on the side (* ^^*)

In addition, the following is done, and anyone can use it.

☆Trimming (reservation required. If your hands are empty, you can jump in.

☆Training consultation (held once a month. Reservation required.

☆Pet hotel

s25_08.jpg

It would be nice to start a new life in spring soon with a cute partner.

In the case of a cat, it is OK if it is tall, and he is good at answering machine.◎

Charles is a reassuring shop that can help you, and it's a coincidence, the veterinary clinic and pet goods shop are close to you.

 s25_10.jpg

In addition, there are many people like me who can't keep it but look at it, and that's OK.

In fact, while listening to the story, many people stopped walking in front of the shop and looked into the window.

The hot spot I found in Ginza.

Please take a glimpse into it and will be healed ~ (=^ ・ ^=)

Recommended "Asari Ramen" [Ramen Matsudomi]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] March 14, 2016 09:00

This is Ramen Matsudomi, a ramen shop located on the back street of Ginza 6-chome near Yasuaki Elementary School and Sony Showroom.

rama01.JPG

The signboard states special Matsudomi gyoza and specialty Dandan noodles, but I recommend "Asari Ramen" here.

rama02.JPG

It is characterized by its large salt butter-flavored soup, straight thin noodles, and clam grains.

Since Tsukiji is near, I go to Tsukiji by motorcycle at dawn after closing.

Due to the purchase, the number is limited.

I recommend "Casari Ramen" which is light and rich.

rama03.JPG

My address is Ginza 6-4-16.

The map below, red □That's right.

Hama-rikyu Gardens in March, 2016

[Silver] March 13, 2016 14:00

On March 13th, I went to Hamarikyu Onshi Garden. According to the explanation of the leaflet I received, it is a special scenic spot and a special historic site.

"Edo's sea breeze" was a bit cold because it was a shogun's garden.

However, there were many couples who took photos of memories of marriage in the canola flower field, and many foreign customers came.

There's a guide in English every Saturday from eleven o'clock and Monday from 10:30.

Foreigners walking in the canola flower field were painting.

A group of women enjoying tea and sweets on the veranda of the teahouse in Nakajima was also having fun talking.

1457777650238.jpg

There is still a faint scent of plums.

1457777692302.jpg

canola flower is harvested every April. This year's flower seems to be fully enjoyed until March 21 of the equinoctial week.

Please go out for a walk in the bright spring sunshine.

Delicious shop of dandan noodles (dandan noodles) [ladder Ginza 4-chome store]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] March 12, 2016 14:00

It is "Chinamen Ladder Ginza 4-chome Store" located very close to Kabukiza in Higashiginza.

hasig01.JPG

This is like a chain store, and in Chuo-ku, there is a "Ginza Main Store" near Yasuaki Elementary School, an "Irifune Store" near Shintomicho Station, and a "Ginza 8-chome Store".

hasig02.JPG

The dandan noodles here will be a habit.

Today, I ordered "Zasai Dandanmen".

There's also rice on the service (I'm not alone)

hasig00.JPG

Thin noodles and soup bites, char shoe cheeks, refreshing soup, a little modest volume, all fit in my taste and have lunch rotation.

hasig03.JPG

My address is Ginza 4-13-1.

Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 22:00.

Saturday will be by 21 o'clock.

Regular holidays are Sunday and public holidays.
