On the first floor of Gallery Ginza in Ginza 2-chome, Masato Sakuma's solo exhibition "Dream of Cats in That Town" is currently being held.

The solo exhibition, which began in 1998, seems to be the 20th year this year.

Last year's solo exhibition was also introduced on this blog.

Among the works exhibited at the venue, the landscape painting with cats was a retro and nostalgic atmosphere, and it was exactly Sakuma World.

The characteristic colors and the sense of silence with the disappearance of the sign of the person spreads in the picture.

On the other hand, original drawings with new illustrations of books were also exhibited, and the atmosphere was different from "landscapes with cats" and it was fresh.

Mr. Sakuma was born in 1973 and is a painter and illustrator from Aichi Prefecture.

He has worked on many books and magazines, illustrations, CD jackets, advertising illustrations, etc., and is active in various fields.

The event will be held from Monday, February 6 to 12 (Sun).

The time is from 11am to 7pm, and the last day is until 5pm.

A photo exhibition "Audrey Hepburn" is being held at the gallery "Art Gallery M84" on the 5th floor of the Wind Ginza Building in Ginza 4-chome.

With the background music of "Moon River" (the theme song of the movie "Tiffany breakfast") and "Let's dance (I Can Have Danced All Night)" (inserted song of the musical movie "My Fair Lady"), Audrey Hepburn is the best.

In the gallery, about 23 works of gelatin silver print monochrome works, mainly one scene of movies such as "Roman Holiday" and portrait works, are exhibited and sold.

"Eternal Fairy" continues to shine in monochrome photographs.

This is the second time following the photo exhibition "Audrey Hepburn" held at this gallery just a year ago.

"The 32nd Tokyo Private Elementary School Children's Exhibition Hora, I'm done-Joy in Color and Shape-" being held at Event Square on the 8th floor of Matsuya Ginza.

The event will be held from Wednesday, February 1 to 6 (Mon).

This is an annual exhibition by children from private elementary schools in Tokyo.

At 27 exhibitors, you will be overwhelmed by the power that can be filled with each of the exhibited works.

The strength of modeling and the clear use of colors are common to all school works.

Indeed, on the subtitle street, works that "joy in color and shape" are on display.

I visited during lunch on weekdays, but there were many people at the venue eagerly watching the work.

In the gallery space on the third floor, various incense trees such as cathedral, sinking incense, sandalwood, and Shinnanban are displayed and sold, and it is written as "up to 5g per group". I remember when I used to go to a classroom in Kodo once. In the back, you can experience "Kingka", and in the "Creation of smell bags by yourself" corner. There are 12 types of cases, from familiar ingredients such as sandalwood, choko, and katsura skin to the first name such as Amamatsu and Daiume Ryu brain. There is a recipe and weighs the amount. It's like 7.0g sandalwood and 0.5g choko. "I've put it too much!" It's like a science experiment, everyone is happy. When it is finished, mix it all well and put it in the smell bag of your favorite color. It seems that you can do about 5 pieces with the finished 30g. I had my friend put 3 pieces in order to raise them for home use. You can put it in a closet or in a shoe box ...

The participation fee is free, but the smell bag is 500 yen per piece. It's a bit interesting to give it as a present with MY Special Blend. It's full this week.
