Sakuragawa Park is a park built on the site of the Sakuragawa River, which was reclaimed in the 1940s, and this Sakuragawa was called Hatchobori in the Edo period.

There is an explanation board of "Hatchobori (Sakuragawa) trace" describing the origin of "Hatchobori" in the park.

Not only from the women's center side, but also from the gunshot street side facing the Kamejima River.

Lunch at IL BACCA

[Pampon] January 6, 2017 14:00

Hello.
We will continue to deliver gourmet information in Chuo-ku this year as well.

This month, we will introduce IL BACCA Ilbakka (2-18-9 Shinkawa, Chuo-ku), a local Italian restaurant located a 5-minute walk from Hatchobori Station. Everyone, have you already decided the venue for the New Year's party? Please refer to this shop as well.♪

‥I used it at lunchtime with my seniors because it was my favorite of seniors in the company.
The menu I ordered was 980 yen with salad, bread, pasta and drinks. After you finish eating, you'll be quite full. I was very satisfied with the taste and quantity.

Inside the shop, there are table seats and counter seats, and both are full after 12:00. A lunch party other than businessmen and OL? There are also Madame people who use it, and you can see the popularity. In particular, looking around, it seems that there were many customers ordering raw sea urchin pasta in the menu. If you look up later, you use plenty of sea urchins from Hokkaido and seem to be popular.
If you are looking for Italian in the Shinkawa area, please make it a candidate.♪
I would like to use it at night, too.

※Since it is not possible to attach photos well, I will post a reference URL.

new year worshipping in the business district [auxiliary shrine Hie-jinja Shrine]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] January 4, 2017 16:00

Hie-jinja Shrine Nihonbashi auxiliary shrine is located in a business district, just a few minutes walk from Exit 9 of Kayabacho Station on the Tokyo Metro 1-chome.

hiejin010.JPG

It seems that during the Kanei era (), this place was designated as resting place of portable shrines of Sanno Hie-jinja Shrine, and a place of worship was established.

resting place of portable shrines is a place to rest in portable shrine during the festival at Sanno Hie-jinja Shrine.

The area around the shrine is lined with buildings such as securities companies, and this is a space surrounded by trees.

On January 2, the surrounding business district was still quiet, but I feel that the degree of silence is even greater here.

On the other hand, the visitors to new year worshipping were never interrupted, and I felt something strange.

Sky Tree Light Up on New Year's Eve 2016

[TAKK...] January 2, 2017 18:00

On New Year's Eve, I saw a special light-up of the Sky Tree from the top of Chuo-ohashi Bridge.

The lights are turned off, and (expectations are increased.)

Light-up imitating the Hinomaru!

From 11:50 pm to 1:00 am, this red and white light was lit up.

From the test lighting before the opening of the Sky Tree, I'm watching the light up here, but it's a really good point of view.
