Did you see the pavilion of the half coat?

[Shubo's Ten Hands] June 18, 2017 14:00

DSCN0792.JPG This is the mark of the Bank of Japan.

It's printed on the back of the banknote.

In one corner of Sakamoto Park, there is "Kabuto-cho / Kayabacho Machikado Exhibition Hall". It is on display along with portable shrine, floats and fire-related materials.

The mark can be read as "day" and "books" in kanji can be read as Japan in a half coat made of deer skin. It is said that it was given by the Bank of Japan during the Taisho era. It's a very innovative design.

DSCN0794.JPGWhy don't you take a look while shopping in Nihonbashi?

You can see it. 。 。 。

Do you want to get more money?

This was the "sea" in the Edo period.

[Shubo's Ten Hands] June 16, 2017 09:00

DSCN0770.JPGThis is Hatchobori 3-chome. The ruins are being excavated

It is a place where you go about 30 meters along the Suzuran Street in front of the main gate of Keika Square in the direction of Kayabacho. If you look at the old map, the late Edo period is Machiya.

I saw it on June 14th.

About 5 people were working carefully.

DSCN0772.JPGThe color of the excavated soil is dark and looks like sand on the coast.

You can see shells and pieces of wood everywhere. You can see wooden gutters made of strong trees.

I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of things will come out.

It's a good place for foot comfort. Romance of history? You may feel it...

This time, I would like to introduce the fruit itself-Imano Fruit Factory-

[rosemary sea] June 11, 2017 09:00

This is rosemary sea, which covers "gifts and I enjoy myself" with macroscopic scoops.

Mr. Imano Fruit Factory, last time I introduced mainly sweets.

Click here for the previous article ⇒ /archive/2017/06/post-4373.html

Imano Fruit Factory has become very popular for sweets made with fruits and is attracting attention.

However, the commitment to visiting the market and purchasing carefully selected seasonal fruits is still the same.

Of course, we also have delicious fruits and fruits.

This time, Mr. Konno also took care of me.

Then...

Mask melon

It's a classic gift. Sales are strong.

It seems that there are many things to visit and use in company relations.

I filled the sold vacant seats for the image.

Crab, greenhouse mandarin orange, passion fruit in season.

There is also Mexican mango in the foreground.

DSC02416a.jpg

Mango

On the left, you know, "the egg of the sun." I don't need an explanation.

It's a magnificent style as the finest item.

The right is ripe mango. This is also shining.

DSC02415a.jpg

Cherry Sato Nishiki

The cherries are already coming out. Would you like a gift?

The left is Muscat of Alexandria.

It's the most delicious grape.

The noble aroma and condensed sweetness are attractive.

A variety of fruits

Other than mangoes include King Delaware, Crystal Bundan, Ruby Grapefruit, Fuji Apple, Shinano Gold, etc. There was a fig too.

Crystal Bundan has been highlighted as a high-end citrus in Kochi.

Naming from the fact that the pulp shines brightly like a crystal.

Rich in juice, fresh taste spreads throughout your mouth.

Gift sets, gifts, etc.

It's rosemary sea, which leverages "gifts and enjoys myself".

DSC02423a.jpgThe shop opened in Kayabacho in 1952 (1952), and Imano Fruit Factory is a long-established fruit shop.

We have a selection of seasonal fruits.

However, this is a fruit factory = fruit factory, and it is also a shop for all kinds of fruit making.

It is a very popular shop with sweets such as juices and smoothies using seasonal fruits, sandwiches and cakes.

The shop is open from 8:00 am on weekdays, and office workers, OLs, and oiiki shops use Kayabacho Station.

Mr. Si, the leader of the Rosmari Food Lipo Corps, is also a follower here. This time, wait for the machine to ripen and give the offer to rosmari.

Rosmari, who always use Kayabacho Station, is the first to introduce a nearby shop.

We spoke with Mr. Konno. Mr. Konno is at the store.

Store manager, this correspondent blog will appear for the first time in seven years.

Let's introduce the product. From the popular sweets series...

Izuko, a remnant of Rei Iwao Island

[Shitamachi Tom] June 7, 2017 16:00

Echizenbori Park_201704(2)_R.jpg

The renewal of Echizenbori Children's Park in Shinkawa has recently been completed and has been neatly maintained. It is popular not only as a playground for children, but also as a place for local residents to relax. It is also loved as an oasis for people working in nearby offices to take a break during lunch breaks. The local event, the Children's Center Festival, was also held here just before.

Reiganjima Ancient Map 2053_R.jpgThis area was dug in the Edo period, and it was called "Echizenbori" because there was a Nakayashiki of the Fukui clan, Matsudaira Echizen Mamoru. It is interesting that the name still remains in the name of the park.

In addition, the name "Shinkawa" was established by Edo shogunate in the early Edo period, which was called "Edo Nakajima" and then divided into two areas. The north side was called "Hakozaki Island" and the south side was called "Rei Iwao Island". The newly excavated canal is called "Shinkawa" and is connected to the current town name.

Echizenbori Park_201704(5)_R.jpgIn a corner of Echizenbori Children's Park, there is a stone monument indicating the connection of "Rei Iwao Island". It is explained that it is related to Rei Iwao-ji Temple, which was once in this area. The temple itself later moved to Fukagawa, but the name remained in the place name.
Rei Iwao Island appears in the "Kaibori no Okei" held in Shotaro Ikenami's popular work "Onihei Crime Book" Vol. 7. If you follow that description ...
"Shinkawa is a river that splits the original Rei Iwao Island into two north and south, and sake wholesalers were lined up on both banks. There are three bridges in Shinkawa from west to east, from Ichinobashi to Sannobashi. "
There are few remnants at that time now, but you can feel the scent of the past in the atmosphere of the nearby Kamejima River.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to take a walk while enjoying the scent of history? Please drop in.

Bridge tour course (Shinkawa area)

[GPP] June 3, 2017 09:00

In the Shinkawa area, I went around the bridge on foot.

Walking around the waterside of the Sumida River was pleasant.

It was also a discovery that there was a sky tree view spot on the Kamejima River.
