A solo exhibition by quilt artist Flame "Red Silk Momi-Ten and Earth"

[kimitaku] December 5, 2014 14:00

In mid-October at the Shirota Gallery in Ginza

A solo exhibition by quilt writer Michiko Someya was held.

 Someya lives in Kyoto.

I suffered a serious illness more than a dozen years ago and lived in a fight.

At that time, I happened to meet "Kofu" and was fascinated by its charm. After leaving the hospital, I used Kofu to produce quilts.

P1010152sibori.jpgSomeya says, "This Kofu and others are from the Edo period. It is not seen now and is thrown away. I was so sorry that I bought Kofu and revived it as a quilt work. "I was saved by these Kofu and others."

The event was held on the 6th, but he said, "I was very happy to see many customers."

You said you would like to hold it again next year.

・・... When I stood in front of the bright red "flame" quilt extending toward heaven, I was filled with a feeling of washing my heart. ・・・・・・・・

This is gorgeous!

Since 2012, Takashi Tanaka Metal Jewelry http://pn.blog.jp/archives/1013975573.html has produced a pure gold Disney tree.

The Disney characters loved all over the world are boldly expressed with a pure gold tree and exhibited at the store of GINZA TANAKA Ginza Main Store, but this year it is a platinum made with the motif of the blockbuster movie "Ana and the Snow Queen" It is "Disney Platinum Christmas Tree-Anna and the Snow Queen"!

It seems that it took about half a year from planning to completion, but the price is 31 kg of pure platinum and the price is 300 million yen (tax included)!
GINZA TANAKA Ginza Main Store 1F until December 25th.

For those who don't have a little hand, there is also a silver tabletop mini tree "Disney Silver Christmas Tree - Ana and the Queen of Snow". Is the price reasonable? It seems that it is order-made for 450,000 yen (tax included). (Released until March 31, 2015)

The platinum tree is 2.6 meters high and is an octagonal cone using 31 kg of pure platinum, depicting the highlights of the movie on each side.
The tree top is covered by Anna and Elsa crowns, platinum is also used for the snow crystals, and an indigo-colored platinum foil art frame is installed in the background.

The octagonal cone with the illustration is rotated, so you can immerse yourself in the silver world of the beautiful "Ana and the Snow Queen" woven by platinum.

The silver tree is almost the same shape and is about 28 cm tall. This is in a glass case with a height of 46 cm.
Each side of the octagonal cone also shows each famous scene of the movie, but it seems that this printing requires a great deal of technology.

In addition, pendants and earrings designed with snow crystals, platinum art amounts, platinum foil hand mirrors, and pure platinum calendars are also on sale.

The owner of a handmade shop

The doll put on hand salt seems to have the feeling of giving his child to his bride.

At a long-established doll shop, Japanese-style dolls are available to customers.

It makes you feel the tradition of Ningyocho.

 I'm heading to Harumi Wharf.

On the right side, the opposite bank of the Asashio Canal is the Toyomi district.

Tsukishima Wharf (Hokai Wharf).

Shortly after we went to Harumi Park. The stone walls are assembled and the atmosphere of the castle ruins.

As you go along the way, you will see Harumi Passenger Terminal beyond the fountain.

Proceed to the sea side, sometimes a large ship anchored on the quay.

Looking at the boat, look to the left and see the Venus sculpture.

On the way to the observation tower, there is a wonderful monument. There is a small bird on the surface of the water.

While looking at it, you will go up to the observation tower. Mount Fuji is beautiful when it's fine.

The Sky Tree and of course Triton Square are up close.

Take the elevator to the ground at once. It's comfortable with the gentle air conditioning.

Go outside and head toward Triton, this area is a candidate site for the Olympic athlete village.

From time to time, the Metropolitan Police Department White Bike Corps is practicing seriously.

In the past, sometimes airships flew off from here.

When you go east through the construction site of Ring Route 2 and head to the hotel group, you will get a good scent.

 It's the Katsuobushi Center.

Bonitobushi from famous shops such as Nihonbashi are transported here, dried in the sun at this place and shipped.

When I ask the clerk, "Tunabushi" is in front of me. It looked a little thicker.

Tunabushi is said to be used at a long-established soba shop in Nihonbashi.

After leaving the warehouses, go to "Hot Plaza Harumi".

There is a stylish Italian restaurant on the second floor. Take a break here.

After looking at the Rainbow Bridge on the terrace on the second floor, head to Asashio Kobashi.

Japan's tallest Noh theater (Ginza Noh Theater)

[Tachibana] 09:00 on October 2, 2014

The other day, an acquaintance appeared, so I went to Ginza Noh Theater. Located alongside Sony Building along outer moat Street (Ginza 6-chome 5-15).

g-nogakudo3.jpgg-nogakudo4.jpg

This Noh theater is located on the 8th floor of a building characterized by windows, so it is the highest Noh theater.

Furthermore, since Ginza is located in a high land price, it is the tallest Noh theater in Japan in two ways.

g-nogakudo5.jpg

The Kanze Noh Theater, located in Shoto, Shibuya Ward, is now in the redevelopment complex on the site of the site of Matsuzakaya in 2016.
It seems that it will be relocated with the completion of the building.

Ginza is the land where the residence of the Kinharu family, a Noh actor directly under the Shogunate during the Edo period.
In the future, when speaking of Noh, the age of Ginza may come.
