The carp streamer in the precincts of Suitengu Shrine is pleasantly in the spring sunshine.
In the aquarium in front of the station ticket gate, you can see wisteria flowers like waterfalls, and carp streamers swim along with beautiful tropical fish.

Koi is said to be a dragon by climbing a waterfall, and it is a very auspicious fish that symbolizes success.

In the Edo era, armor helmets and warrior dolls were displayed in hopes of healthy growth for children, and banners were set up in the garden. In the middle of the Edo period, the custom of raising this banner changed to "five-colored blows" in samurai families, and with the development of common people's culture, "Koinobori" was born and spread in the private sector.

The way carp streamers are decorated has changed significantly depending on the history.
