Nihonbashi Coredo 2TOHO Cinemas Nihonbashi "National Treasure"
Appreciating the Kabukiza Theater with the husbands of Nihonbashi
I'm impressed with the connection from the Edo period!

Cherry Blossoms Yayino My Movie Theater is "TOHO Cinemas Nihonbashi".

After watching the boiling "National Treasure" that is eating the world of Kabuki, I was shaken by my heart like a powerful performer and couldn't stand up immediately.

1 Shuichi Yoshida's original "National Treasure" is a full-fledged work written by backstage based on his three years of experience wearing a black coat in the world of Kabuki.

1 According to the official website, In Story is a magnificent 50-year history of Kikuo, who was born into a member of the kyoku (a member of the kyoku), was taken over to the house of the actor of Kamigata Kabuki and became a national treasure.

1 The actors are also gorgeous. Ken Watanabe plays Hanjiro Hanai, a famous Kabuki actor, Hanjiro Hanai, who was the father of Yokohama Meteor Shunsuke, as Ryo Yoshizawa and his rival son, Shunsuke Hanai, who was the father of Yokohama Meteor Shunsuke. Kabuki actors are only Ganjiro Nakamura, and after that, many actors are firmly on their side.

From the early Edo period, Kabuki was able to know from the "A Little Good Story of the Great Husband" of "Toto Norenkai" that Kabuki had a deep connection with the husbands on the fish shore of Nihonbashi in Chuo-ku.

This was information from Keijiro Niino, a guide in charge of overall planning, design, and "Nihonbashi History Archives".

"Toto Norenkai" seems to be a gathering of shops that have continued in the same business from Edo to the early Meiji era, and are now thriving.

I would like to introduce it from the blog of "Toto Norenkai".

At the end of April 2010, Yasubee Hosoda of Yamamoto-noriten and Yasuo Fukushima of Onoya Sohonten appeared inJoruri's "Goodbye Performance" final performance "Sukeroku Yuo Edo Sakura".

1 This performance was not a professional, but it was a custom since the Edo period that patrons of the favorites played.

1 The play began with the story of Katobushi, who was born and spread in Edo, and "Sukeroku, the best man in Edo," also appeared on this survey.

1 It is a place to sing the husband's Katobushi inside the Miuraya no Miren.

1 In "Sukeroku Yuo Edo Sakura", Ebizo Ichikawa (now the 13th Danjuro) begins the song of Katobushi and his people in the mouth, saying, "Let's start something."

1 Talking with the shamisen of "Katobushi Jusunmikai" and playing with about 50 people.

(The old husbands are decreasing.)

1 You can also see Sukeroku Danjuro (late 12th generation) and the audience seats, where you can see the gorgeous costumes of Tamasaburo and the sound of clogs from the curtain high.

1 The relationship between Nihonbashi Uokawagishi and Kabuki has been inherited from the Edo period to the Reiwa era.

1 Husbands on the fish shore have been giving Sukeroku purple headbands and clogs from the Edo period to the present.

1 There is also a custom of having a "voice" before the stage, and then having a "oyushi sentence" for the stage appearance.

Before the performance, Danjuro Ebizo appeared to greet her husband backstage.

He had a deep connection with the Ichikawa family, and by performing on the last day of Kabukiza's "Goodbye Performance" at Kabukiza, he was able to enjoy the real pleasure of attending the end of the 4th Kabukiza.

A little good story of Daihusband 'The name of a long-established head'

Watch the great husband's little story "The name of the long-established head" Nihonbashi Coredo 2TOHO Cinemas Nihonbashi "National Treasure", and I am impressed by the connection between the husband of Nihonbashi and the appearance of Kabukiza from the Edo period!

The fact that the kindness of the great husband Katobushi has been inherited for generations since the Edo period is reflected in the fact that the name of the shop has been inherited.

Kabuki actors also grow into actors suitable for their names by succeeding their names by inheriting their names, and convey the essence of their arts and skills.

An old merchant from the Edo period has changed the store and family register in order to inherit the names of ancestors.

We hope for the prosperity and continuation of the store, and the weight and pride of history will be conveyed.

1849 It is a long-established laver that was founded in 1849 in the current location of the shop. Mr. Yasuto Yamamoto, vice president at the time (currently Mayor of Chuo), answered the interview.

1 1923 Until the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923, the fish shores of Edo-Tokyo were located in Nihonbashi.

The first opened a shop where fish, shellfish and seaweed were gathered from all over the country and auctioned off.

1 In "Dairitsu Ritsuryo" issued in 702, nori is listed as the subject of tax.

1 There is also a description of seaweed in the geography "Fudoki" published in the early 8th century.

1 More than 1,300 years ago, seaweed was collected for food purposes.

1 In the 17th century, in Edo during the Edo period, itanori was invented by thinly stretching Japanese paper and drying it.

1 Nori was cultivated in the sea and Tokyo Bay in front of Edo and processed into itanori to make it easier to store and eat.

1 Ariake Sea Nori, Saga Prefecture, is the largest producer of modern seaweed in Japan in terms of production and quality.

Yamamoto-noriten buys all seaweed called "Ariake Sea Ichiban" as the best brand in Japan.

1 The status of "Yamamoto-noriten" aims to provide customers with the best seaweed.

1 The quality of the seaweed is determined by color, gloss, shape, and flavor, but "Yamamoto-noriten" emphasizes the softness of the mouth.

1 When you put the seaweed in your mouth, it is important to melt quickly. Only when it melts, the scent and taste spreads in the mouth.

1 In the circle of "Yamamoto-noriten" ("Yamamoto-noriten"), nori became tasty when the buds of the plum swelled, and it became a trademark because 'ume and laver value incense.'

1 It is misunderstood that a black glossy laver is a good laver, but there are many things that are hard and remain in your mouth forever.

1 Nori is minerals and vitamins. It is a healthy food rich in folic acid and dietary fiber, so I want foreign people to eat it.

Nori goes well with dairy products, so Nori butter toast is delicious.

1 We have been developing new products for 30 years.

Snack confectionery "Nori Cube", "Nori Cube", "Nori Chip plum, brown rice, sesame, yuzu honey", etc.

From the 56th Concierge of a long-established Toto Norenkai [the Toto Renkai]

I was surprised not to know that "Yuzu honey" is popular and sold well in Singapore.

The inbound rice ball boom and snacks with seaweed seem to be popular among young people.

              Onoya Sohonten

Watch the Onoya Sohonten Nihonbashi Coredo 2TOHO Cinemas Nihonbashi "National Treasure", and I am impressed by the connection between the husbands of Nihonbashi and the appearance of Kabukiza from the Edo period!

Founded in Mita during the mid-Edo period (1772-1781) as a tailor of costumes during the Yasunaga period.

In 1840, it moved to Shin-Tomicho in 1849, and it is said that it is a long-established tabi shop with a history of 170 years.

Mr. Shigeo Fukushima, the 7th generation, answered the interview.

1 The two-story wooden shop was rebuilt immediately after the Great Kanto Air Raid in 1923, so it was 100 years old.

It has become a registered Tangible Cultural Property as a Machiya architecture in the late Taisho era.

1 Tabi is the center of the product. It deals with Japanese clothing accessories such as underwear and handkerchiefs.

1 1872 1872 and 1889 Kabuki-za Theater was completed. In addition to ordinary customers, actors and costume shops became favorites.

Invented by Fukutaro the fifth generation. Onoya's tabi features a plump and round toe.

"New wealth type" With this ingenuity, the legs look thin, small and beautiful, and the standing behavior looks beautiful.

1 For custom-made orders, Kabuki actors, actors, singers, idols, and tea ceremony teachers often order according to performances and roles, so there are also special orders that they want to make as many right foot as they can easily damage their right foot.

1 A rare order is to create gold-colored tabi for the performance of Super Kabuki "Wanpis".

1 All the tabi fabrics are made in Japan, and the cut of the fabric is set with a pattern paper, and cut off at once.

1 The sewing of the tabi is a German sewing machine, which is sewed by skilled staff.

There are many long-established stores in Japan for more than 100 years, mainly in Nihonbashi and Chuo-ku. In addition to protecting a long-established store that I can be proud of, I felt that the process of reforming with a spirit of challenge without being content with tradition was wonderful.

Chuo-ku is now in the spotlight in the movies "National Treasure" that attracted people who do not know Kabuki and NHK Taiga drama series "Bellabo-Tsutashige Eikano Yume Story".

I was impressed because I couldn't usually see the scene of climbing the Ogane of "Dojo-ji Temple" where Ryo Yoshizawa and Yokohama Meteor danced. As a result of a year and a half of the training, the performance of the two Kabuki female characters was wonderful.

It seems that the effects of movies and dramas are clearly appearing, such as more people going to Kabuki, and the sales of Ukiyo-e and Tsuta Shigemoto are also good.

In 2025, we will continue to disseminate the unique charms of Nihonbashi and Chuo-ku.
