Ningyocho Setomono Market will be held from August 3 (Mon) to 5 (Wed)

[crescent moon] 09:00 on July 29, 2009

The summer tradition Setomono Market will be held from August 3 (Mon) to 5 (Wed) from 9:00 to 20:00. The location is the two sidewalks of Ningyocho-dori St. from Suitengu intersection to Ningyocho intersection. You can walk many round trips while thinking about what to buy, eat and shop at a long-established store in Ningyocho Shopping Street, and enjoy all day long. It is crowded with a lot of people after noon, so the time I recommend is morning or evening.

It can be used in many bargains such as Edo Kiriko, ceramics, vases, lacquer vessels and chopsticks. I think the reason why it is popular is that you can buy good things at a conscientious price.

Recommended is a corner where you can experience electric potter's wheel that can be enjoyed by adults and children. There are people who teach you one by one, so even beginners like me can make things that they like very much.

If you choose a color and write a sending slip, the work will arrive at home in a few weeks. It is only about 1,000 yen including mailing fee, and it is unique to the city with cheap moose. Why don't you try shopping and try to make a work? It's very fun.happy01
