The introduction stairs to the Sumida River Terrace were added to the Kachidoki side of Kachidokibashi.
Until now, it was a short terrace from Kachidoki Hashimoto, but it was inconvenient for terrace users only because there was an introduction stairs far from Kachidokibashi.
With the installation of the introduction stairs, it was descended directly from Kachidokibashi to the Sumida River Terrace on the Kachidoki side, making it easier to use for passing through.
It is a gentle stairway that approaches water birds on the waterside of the Sumida River and the flowers of the four seasons.
