Long-established soba noodles: Yabu Izu Sohonten (Nihonbashi), a direct line of Yabusoba in Kandasudacho, holds the Yabu Izu Saturday Yoseki once a month.
I visited for the first time the other day.
There are climbers lined up in front of the shop, giving you a sense of excitement.
Pass through the heavy outer gate ...
"Yabu Izu" strikes buckwheat flour ground with a stone mill twice a day in the morning and evening.
Before the vaudeville, I decided to have a soba at the second floor seat, saying, "I'm a little hungry ...
Cold soba, warm soba, soba using seasonal items ... There are various things and all look delicious.
Sanzan-san's lost phrase ... I had lunch with Seiro lunch
It is 2 pieces of Seiro, 1 shrimp tempura, 2 pieces of "Kago Kiyo", homemade egg grill, boiled sprouts & trefoils, condiments.
The fact that buckwheat miso is attached to the photo is ... A companion said, "On a day off, when the day is a little high, I can't say that I have a cup at a soba shop." Because I asked for alcohol ...?
Both of them have the same "Seiro Lunch", but for the first time, they gave me something other than Seiro so that I could enjoy it as "tidbits", and when I run out of alcohol, I served the soba soup again, it was a soba hot water, slightly sweet and delicious!
I was very satisfied with the taste of the bush-like crisp soup, thin and fragrant soba, sweet shrimp heaven, and egg-yaki with the taste of Edo-mae soup.
After this, I thought that I would enjoy rakugo, and I felt very rich that people from the Edo period felt like this!
The appearance of "Yabu Izu Saturday Yoseki" and the name of "Kazaguruma no Kai" is Suzusha Fusha and Sanyutei Nuo. The storyteller's photo should have a problem with portrait rights, so I took it around Koza. Kido coin: It's ¥1700.
The performances were windmills "Shirimochi", Nuku (which was included in the plan as "fun on the day") "Fudobo", and windmills "well bowls" after a break.
I've heard about other storytellers several times, such as "well teacups", but windmills refer to the tea bowl appraiser "Nakajima" (an antique expert who is also active on TV ) And included the current essence, so I enjoyed it very much!
Both of them were very energetic, and with a sweating performance, they laughed without worrying about the wrinkles at the bottom of their eyes.
The next time is January 16th.
And at Yabu Izu Sohonten, Yanagiya Hanaen's "Rakugo and Soba no Kai" is also held in odd months, and this is said to have soba kaiseki.
