It is a “Notoshinoichi” that serves as the delivery of Toshinoichi in Tokyo, and is lined with about 150 stalls such as New Year's goods, clothing, bags, and miscellaneous goods.

The image above is the whole view.

The center is the statue of Kobo Daishi.

The back left is the monument of Juntendo.

In 1838 (1838 AD), the founder of Juntendo, Taizen Sato It is said that a Japanese orchid medical school will be opened here.

The right back of the center is the monument to the opening of the lecture.

In connection with this, Tsuji lectures will be held by the Kodan Association in front of the gate from the evening of the 28th.

The splendid stone monument on the left of the entrance is the old city monument.

Looking from the front, it is reminiscent of the lively history of the neighborhood of Yagenbori due to the engraving picture and the inscription on the inscription. Please take a look.

From the middle of the Edo period, in the city of Edo in December, there were year-old cities in various places.

The year-on-ichi is a city that sells New Year's goods such as the Kadomatsu Shinto straw festoon decorative Hagoita in December. Beginning at Fukagawa Hachiman on the 14th and 15th, go around the Tenjin Shrine of Atago Jinja Shrine Hirakawa Yushima in Asakusa Kannon Kanda Myojin Shiba.

Finally, at Yagenbori fudoson on the 28th, I was told that this city was the year-old city of Yagenbori fudoson. At that time, plum bonsai was sold and called the plum market, dozens of Hagoitayas lined up in front of Fudoin before the war.

In Yokomachi, stalls for spring goods such as Shinto and Buddhist tools Usuki cutting board brooms opened, and on the street of Chiyoda Elementary School at the time, `` Gasa City '' stood on the street of Chiyoda Elementary School at that time, and Kadomatsu bamboo shrimp konbu etc. were sold vigorously, and there was a year-end landscape rich in downtown atmosphere.
