Duckworth in Kirfebon

[Mapo ★] March 9, 2010 08:45

It's Kirfebon, famous for its tart.
Ginza is next to the Belvia Pavilion at 2-chome.
The building is also fashionable (*^^*)

But in fact, I haven't eaten tart yet (^^;
I found Duckworth on the net, so I went to buy it.
It's 1050 yen for 5, but the box is so cute.
I feel that this price is cheap because it is in a box (^^;

"Duckworth, with egg white
It's a fluffy, crispy baked confectionery.

By the way, it is delicious because it has the flavor of strawberries and the flavor of eggs.
I also like softness. The dough is moist and responsive to eating.
The citron was also delicious, so you can eat fruit.
I don't feel like there was no whole raisins.
It was unusual for all five to be delicious, and it was Duckworth, one of my best three.
