In the morning of the arrest of Captain Sea Shepherd

[Yurikamome] March 15, 2010 09:35

As you may have seen in the newspaper, the Tokyo Coast Guard was sent to the Harumi Wharf in a case where a member of "Sea Shepherd" illegally invaded the monitoring ship "No. 2 Shonan Maru" of the Japanese research whaling fleet. I received the handover of Peter James Bethoon from "No. 2 Shonan Maru" who entered the port.

The Japan Coast Guard patrol boat "PL66 Shikine" and the patrol boat "PL31 Izu" first arrive at Harumi Wharf and wait for "No. 2 Shonan Maru".

The second Shonan Maru carrying the suspect arrived at Harumi Wharf. "PC87 Suganami" and "PC23 Awanami"

A large number of patrol boats, such as "PS07 Tomorrow" and "high-speed rubber boats," arrive around them and are alert.

It seems to be a measure to eliminate various interferences.

Several helicopters hovered and flew around the sky.

There was a lot of noise and it felt strange.
