The flower of the alley in the open space

[Sam] May 7, 2010 08:30

Open space is a comprehensive design system of the Building Standards Law. An area that is open to the public and can be freely accessed or used among the open space provided on the site subject to development projects.
In Chuo-ku, due to large-scale urban development in recent years, the greening space in the city using this open space is increasing, and it is not only a place for "passing", but also a place for strolling, resting, and relaxation.
This time, I would like to introduce the seasonal flowers of the alley in the open space.

CIMG1934RS.JPGCompleted in 2001, Harumi Island Triton Square is a complex town that harmonizes the three urban functions of "work, play, and residence".

Three terrace spaces with the theme of flowers, greenery and water. There are 600 kinds of trees and flowers that welcome visitors every season.

It is also characteristic that many green spaces exist on the roof of artificial ground. Non-soil soil "light soil", "earth pillars" where Takagi does not fall down, "automatic watering equipment" where effective use of rainwater grows plants, etc. are devised.

The green space is located on the artificial ground slope ground and on the rooftop, and about 300 trees and plants are planted on both sides of the 99-fold small path.
In consideration of ventilation and drainage properties, we adopt soil materials and construction technology corresponding to the special growth environment.

In order to pass on the tasteful alley space that has remained in the city of Tsukuda for a long time, the alleys of road grass, alleys after rain, passing alleys, and alleys of thicket of trees have been restored.
Dosojin objects are found in the green garden of thicket of trees, where you can experience the nature of the four seasons.
Shibahara, where you can enjoy open spaces and a variety of flowers, also plays a temporary disaster prevention plaza in the event of a disaster.
