Autumn <Rooftop Garden>

[Sam] 14:30 on October 1, 2010

RIMG0442S.JPG RIMG0461ARS.JPGSt. Luke International Hospital is a historic hospital that was founded in 1902. The current building, completed in 1992, currently has 520 beds, and the number of outpatients is 2,500 per day.

Since its founding, the goal has been "to provide patient-centered medical care and nursing under the spirit of Christianity."

In addition, in the event of a large-scale disaster, it is said that the functions are temporarily expanded and medical treatment can be carried out. (Three years after completion, it was regrettablely demonstrated in the subway sarin incident in 1995.)

As introduced in "Rooftop Gardens for Healing the Heart" dated May 11, a rooftop garden with the theme of light and green is attached on the 6th floor.

At this time, the tunnel of Tsurubara is fruitful (upper right photo), and it is not as gorgeous as when the spring flowers are in full bloom, but the seasonal vegetation provides a place to relax.

Concerts and health lectures are also held at the Toysler Memorial Hall on the 2nd floor.           RIMG0441RS.JPG   Cosmos RS.JPG   Kawaranadeciko RS.JPG
