If you pass through the back street of Ginza, just beside the Kabukiza Theater, which is undergoing renovation, you will find the ryokan "Yoshimizu".
It has a humble appearance that seems to be overlooked if you are inadvertent, but it shows a solid presence.
I used to have a meal here and have visited a screening of independent films. It's a very clean atmosphere.
This ryokan is actually famous as an "organic hotel". Using organic materials, such as meals made of natural materials, building materials and bedding inside the building, it feels like an oasis in the city. It seems to be very popular with foreigners.
There is such a wonderful spot in Chuo Ward. I'm glad.
