2010 <Tsukiji Autumn Festival>

From 9:00 to 15:00 on October 16 (Sat) at Tsukiji Outer Market and Odawarabashi Parking Lot (event venue) in order to make the general public more aware of the appeal of each store in Tsukiji Outer Market. "2010 Tsukiji Autumn Festival" was held and was crowded with many people.

Sponsored by the NPO (Non-Profit Organization) “Tsukiji Food Town Development Council” consisting of the Tsukiji Outer Market Shopping District Promotion Association.

Booth of Choshi City Fisheries Cooperative. Charcoal grilled fresh saury directly sent from the fishing port on the morning of the day (100 yen per animal). The baker is also a local fisherman, and bakes the flames of the dripping oil with spray water. The surface is scaled, and the body is plump. It's a bit different from home. "Yaki saury", which was prepared about 1,000, was sold out before noon.
