Hamarikyu Garden Village Cherry Blossoms

 The Hamarikyu Garden, which has been blooming beautiful flowers since the end of March, is also turning to soft green.

In such a situation, the last village cherry tree of this season is competing and blooming.

 Sekiyama (Kanzan) blooms late in the village cherry blossoms, but the flowers become lumps and continue to bloom until early May.

 Ukon (turmeric) has a clear yellow color at the beginning of blooming, but whitish at the end of blooming.    It looks like it's thin and pinkish.

 Gyoiko (Gyoiko) is a little darker at the beginning of blooming, but it turns a little yellowish by the end of blooming.

   2011_0424 Beach 23 Gyoiko 0036.JPGFugenzo is said to have been named in this way because the two stamens in the center of the flower are light green and the shape resembles the elephant's fangs on which the Fugen Bodhisattva is riding.

   Surugadai smell has a very good scent when approaching the flower.
